New hotel, clean, good facilities, reasonable price, friendly staff, receptionist named My is enthusiastic, but a bit far from the center, room has mosquitoes and screen TV's small
The bungalows and the location are amazing. We had a problem though with the check in. I had informed them in advance that we ll arrive in the middle of the night (we already paid that night) and they said is fine. When we arrived there was no one there. There was a miscommunication even though I tried couple of times to be clear but I didn’t receive any instructions for a self check in. We ended up waiting outside that night until someone woke up and gave us the key. They offered us a nice free dinner.
The location is very good, few meters walk from the mua cave, a lot of restaurants nearby and the staff were amazing. You can rent a motor bike, book a spa and they are amazing. Definitely, we will go back.
This hotel was a real mixed bag!
Some of the staff were exceptional whilst others definitely required more training; our balcony was left unlocked twice by the cleaning staff. Some of the drinks made in the bar were very poor and undrinkable. Reception staff were generally extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
The bar and pool area were grubby and there are definitely nicer choices in the area.
The decor in the rooms and reception was very nice, but it was really let down by the pool and bar. There was also only 3 (conjoined) sun loungers by the pool for the whole hotel.
Bikes were free and accessible which was great, but the location wasn’t great and there was nowhere nice to eat or drink in the vicinity.
Best hotel we stayed in Vietnam. Gorgeous room, amazingly helpful staff and a view that rivals none. Could not have asked for more. Thank you for making our stay in Tam Coc memorable!!
