ブータンパロで、スパのあるホテル

The positive thing, the location is very nice, right at the riverside. Now the negative… for starters, staff at the reception, especially those boys, needs more training on how to handle guest requests. Their attitude is not helpful, borderline rude sometimes. One staff tells you something and a minute later you hear exactly the contradictory thing from another staff. Very confusing and frustrating. Don’t expect 5 star service here …  Let’s move on to the amenities. The rooms are simple and clean, but very outdated, the floor queaks and you clearly hear footsteps from above.  Then there is the spa… first of all, you need to inform them 20-30 mins before you want to use the sauna in order for the staff to turn it on. Then the steam room had really dirty floor which a kinda of unknown black gluey thing sticking to your feet, kinda disgusting. When I told the spa staff about it, then they just ignored it.  Finally, the food in the one and only restaurant, last recipe, was „underwhelming“, if you want it said in a polite way. The pizza dough was still raw when it was served to us.  I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again but I guess this is your only choice if you want a safe option besides Aman or Six Senses.

ここに3泊しました。部屋は清潔で、良いマットレス、コーヒー設備、そして巨大で設備の整ったジムでした。レストランのスタッフは並外れたもので、私が好きなかもしれないと思った特別な料理を作ってくれました。食べ物は通常、ほとんどのゲストの好みに左右される定食だったので、少なくとも2泊はインド料理がありました。ただし、このホテルの大きな問題は *&*&#(*&吠える犬です。ブータン、特にパロ周辺のほとんどのホテルの特徴ですが、この場所には隣に少なくとも 2 匹の犬が住んでいて、一晩中絶えず叫んでいます。耳栓を持ってきて、とても嬉しいです。耳栓がなければ、星2つを与えたでしょう。

広とした客室、部屋からの素晴らしい眺め、中心部に位置するこのホテルの完璧な説明です。 食べ物は良かった。 彼らのサービスは最高でした。実際、彼らはあなたを邪魔するのを助けます。私は重度の風邪をひいていて、疲れすぎて外に出ることができませんでした。 彼らは私に薬を手配しました 私は間違いなくこのホテルをお勧めします。 インド料理とブータン料理を提供しています。

Nice place, very friendly staff. Simple hotel with a pleasant peaceful area. If you want to get outside the hotel there is basically nothing and you're not too close to any town area, that's the only downside. You need a taxi to all towns, treks and the airport

My stay at rema was just another level, aesthetic rooms, vibrant interiors and wonderful hosts. I have to say that the best part of my stay was the town view from my room, i could here the flowing river water and that made everything so calming. The staff over there was so friendly and helping. This is where i will stay if i happen to visit bhutan again.

Quiet and peaceful place, not very convenient but service was good. Very nice architecture.

Prachtig gedecoreerd gebouw in traditionele lokale stijl met moderne architecturale invloeden. Attente eigenaars doen er alles aan om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Aanrader!

ここの男の子と女の子はとても親切で静かで衛生的です。バグが多いです。ホテルには蚊よけ剤もあります。プナカホテルと同じです。プナカにはエアコンがあります。誰もがチップを与える習慣を持たなければなりません、彼らの給料は非常に低く、運転手とツアーガイドは時彼らが住んでいる場所と食事をする場所を見つける必要があります。
