子供たちの卒業旅行で、全行程のホテルを慎重に選びましたが、バンヤンツリーを選んだことで旅に温かみが加わりました。 チェックイン時にAbbyさんにお会いした時から、すべてにおいて細やかな配慮が感じられました。私の子供たちがもう大きくなっていることに気づき、お得なアップグレードを手配してくださり、さらに私の誕生日であることを知ると、バースデーデコレーションまで用意してくださいました。これらが老舗ホテルの通常のサービスだとすれば、旧市街を散策中に雨に降られてずぶ濡れになった私たちに、温かい生姜湯を特別に用意してくださったのは、本当に体も心も温まる気遣いでした。そうそう、Abbyさんの瞳はとても美しく、優しくて、滞在した2日間、お客様を対応されているのを何度かお見かけしましたが、いつも穏やかな口調で、忍耐強く、集中されていました。 湖畔で美しい景色を眺めながらの朝食は、本当に心地よかったです。もしまた麗江に来る機会があれば、バンヤンツリーをまた選びたいです。

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip in Yunnan Province. The facilities are excellent and the staff’s service is absolutely top-notch — warm, attentive, and truly professional. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Our kids even complained that they couldn’t spend more time at the hotel because we were out doing activities all day. They felt so comfortable and happy here and kept saying that next time we come to Lijiang, we must stay at this hotel again — and dedicate one full day just to enjoy the hotel without going anywhere. Highly recommended!

The room was extremely clean and spacious with 2 queen sized beds that can easily sleep 4 adults. Nice hot tub in the balcony with both cold and hot water taps, can adjust to your preferred temperature. We were entertained by the voice control of common appliances in the room. The hotel breakfast and welcome tea break were delicious, and we could enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains while having our meal. All the staff we met were very pleasant and enthusiastic in welcoming us and making our stay an enjoyable one. A special mention to hotel staff Ava who helped us collect our laundry from the dryer and sent it to our room while we spent our day outside the hotel. Free laundry service at the hotel too, just have to diy. Overall great experience during our stay here, will strongly consider staying here again for a next visit to Lijiang!

Rebooked again for 2 nights after back from Lugu Lake. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Have a dining area that have nice grind coffee and ginger dates tea.  Room and bed are big and comfortable. Big tv projected

Oriental aesthetics in every corner The guesthouse is converted from a century-old traditional Bai courtyard house. With its grey-tiled roofs, white walls, and beautifully carved wooden structures, the space carries a quiet sense of history and elegance. The courtyard features water elements, stone paths, and blue and yellow lanterns that create beautiful layers of light and shadow during the day. At night, the soft lighting outlines the architecture and gives the entire space a warm, cinematic atmosphere. The common areas are equally charming, with a stone-built fireplace, vintage furniture, and art pieces thoughtfully placed throughout. The design blends traditional Eastern aesthetics with modern touches, creating a space that feels both timeless and refined. Comfort with thoughtful details Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. A stone feature wall behind the bed, paired with soft bedding and warm lighting, created a subtle sense of “wild luxury” while still feeling cosy and relaxed. Opening the window reveals the courtyard view — waking up to birdsong in the morning and watching the lanterns glow in the evening adds a special charm to the stay. Warm and attentive service From booking to check-out, the hosts were welcoming and attentive. Upon arrival, they introduced the history of the house and highlighted the design features of the property, and were happy to recommend nearby restaurants and local spots to explore. The afternoon tea was beautifully presented, with fresh fruit and delicate snacks — perfect for enjoying a slow afternoon in the courtyard. Breakfast included some local Bai-style flavours, simple yet delicious, and a lovely way to start the day. A peaceful location near the old town The guesthouse is tucked away in Zhongyin Village at the foot of Cangshan Mountain, about a 15-minute drive from Dali Ancient Town. It offers a quiet retreat away from the crowds while still being conveniently close to the main attractions. Surrounded by village life and forested hills, the air feels fresh and full of the scent of nature. More than just a place to stay, Mutian Time feels like a living piece of art. It brought a sense of calm and poetry to our trip to Dali. チームメンバーは、卓越したサービスのおかげで、非常に有能で礼儀正しく、素晴らしい働きぶりを見せてくれます。訪問者と積極的に交流し、温かく迎え入れてくれる彼らの能力は特筆に値します。環境全体が美しく、受付とダイニングエリアには居心地の良い読書スペースがあります。Bivouでは、アクティビティも豊富に用意されています。朝、カフェの外でコーヒーを飲みながらリスが走り回る様子を眺めるのは、とても楽しいひとときです！素晴らしい宿泊施設です！

麗江に到着した夜は、激しい雨が降っていました。2泊滞在だったので、オーナーが空港まで迎えに来てくれました。本当に心遣いが感じられました。B&Bに到着すると、オーナーが大きなスーツケース2つをB&Bまで運んでくれました。雲南省の高地に慣れない私たちを心配するほど、とても親切な方でした。到着時には温かいお茶を、毎日新鮮なフルーツを用意してくれました。更衣室での不便さも考慮して、お部屋をグレードアップしてくれました。本当に心遣いのあるB&Bでした。これほど心遣いのあるサービスは他にありません。強くお勧めします。彼女と二人で素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。

今回の滞在は大変満足のいくものでした。ホテル全体の雰囲気はとても優雅で、リラックスしてストレスを解消するのに最適です。ホテルのサービスは非常に丁寧で心遣いが行き届いていました。フロントでのチェックイン手続きは迅速かつ効率的で、スタッフは皆、温かく親切な対応でした。滞在を通して素晴らしい体験ができました。部屋は広くて快適で、バスタブ付きだったので、温泉のようにゆったりと浸かることができ、とても心地よかったです。細部までこだわりが行き届いており、朝食の種類も豊富で新鮮でした。周辺環境も安全で快適です。

ホテルは静かな場所にありながら、旧市街まで歩いてすぐで、賑やかさからは離れています。部屋のデザインにはナシ族の要素が取り入れられており、木の家具は質感が良く、バルコニーからは緑豊かな山々が見え、空気も澄んでいます。部屋はとても快適で、コーヒーメーカーや加湿器など設備も充実しています。バルコニーでの休憩はとてもリラックスできました。ホテルには様々な食事の選択肢があり、朝食は中華と西洋の組み合わせです。フロントのクリスティーナさんはとても親切で忍耐強い方でした。次回の休暇でもぜひまた利用したいと思います。

很少對一家酒店的評價是賓至如歸，這家柏聯值得！ 首先説服務，淡季入住，服務人員並不多，但是能感覺到從管家大山到餐廳、温泉、前台所有服務人員的熱情專業。前台服務人員一人身兼多職，幫我們泡茶、開車送我們去房間等。全程顯示出專業的培訓水準。 雖然是一家開業二十年的酒店了，但是處處不覺得老舊，酒店處處是風景、温泉也很不錯。房間的院子美到窒息。 驚喜的是餐廳的出品很好吃，雲南菜系做的很棒。 下次還會再來的。 酒店還贈送了免費的商務車機場接送機服務和消費券在酒店用餐或者spa使用。很不錯。
