The breakfast was good but there is NO air conditioning in the room. It was so hot that I could not get sleep. But even more annoying: There were 5 houseflies in my room! They interrupted my peace - I will never forget this bad experience. I will not come back.

I stayed at the Altes Kaufhaus for 2 nights whilst travelling aboard for work. The hotel was only a short 10 minute walk from the station and was very central to the pubs and restaurants. The rooms were excellent and very clean, would happily stay again.

Best way to spend a night before an early flight in the morning. Easy and quick check in, spacious, clean and quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. This was our second time we used the hotel before a flight, and we will do it again for sure.

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Zimmer wurde, trotz explizitem Wunsch, nicht täglich gereinigt. Zudem war es nicht möglich, das Gepäck für eine gewisse Zeit aufzubewahren. Freundlichkeit und Service für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht angemessen.
