Great stay. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk away from the Alboraia-Palmaret station, which has several lines connecting to city centre and the airport. There is also a big ALDI store nearby. Free access to hotel swimming pool. The room is cozy and clean. Recommended.

最終日の夜にバッグを盗まれてしまいました。警察は全く役に立ちませんでした。携帯電話も現金も銀行カードも何もかも失ってしまいました。ホテルのスタッフは、帰国便の詳細を送れるよう、実家の親戚に連絡を取るのを手伝ってくれました。また、親戚がホテルに直接支払いを済ませ、ホテルは昼食の手配、空港までのタクシーの手配、警察への書類作成の手伝いまでしてくれました。これ以上感謝の気持ちを表す言葉が見つかりません。それまでの10泊の滞在は素晴らしいものでしたが、スタッフは私たちのことを気遣い、心配させないようにしてくれました。立地、清潔さ、そしてスタッフの対応の良さから、このホテルをぜひお勧めします。

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

Great location and reasonably priced for a four star hotel by the beach. Guests have free access to the gym and €15 (half price) access to the spa, although it’s unfortunate that you cannot get a separate pass to use only the pool- that would’ve been good. The restaurant seems overpriced, with breakfast at €22 per person so I did not try it. Very clean bedroom and bathroom and comfy bed, although the mini fridge was not cold at all (even after I changed settings) and the aircon was slow. Not soundproof at all– luckily I had earplugs but my partner didn’t and you could hear people entering and leaving their rooms from the elevator, as well as hearing everything outside the window.

The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. The pools were also very clean and were maintained regularly, which was a big plus. However, the hotel could benefit from offering more entertainment options. It tended to feel a bit dull, especially after dinner, with not much to do on-site. On the bright side, the location is great — it’s close to beach bars, which makes the evenings more fun. On the opposite side of the hotel, there’s also a golf area and padel court, which is a nice option for daytime activities.

一泊滞在を楽しみました。料金も手頃で、どんなところか不安でしたが、全く心配無用でした。立地は最高で、空港からバスに乗る場合、すぐ向かいにバス停があります。チェックインも簡単でした。3階のツインルームは広々としていて快適でした。角部屋だったので、他の部屋からの騒音は全く気になりませんでした。交通量の多い道路に面しているため、外からの騒音は多少ありましたが。部屋は清潔で、バスルームも綺麗で、シャワーの水圧も十分でした。食事は利用しなかったので、食事についてはコメントできません。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえて安心でした。スタッフは礼儀正しく親切でした。アリカンテを訪れる機会があれば、また利用したいと思います。

私たちはこのホテルで、もちろんベニドムで素晴らしい週末を過ごしました。私たちは彼を知っていましたが、決して驚かされることはありません。ホテルは高い階とより美しい景色の観光スポットでほしいですが、とても速いです。私は戻らなければならないので、次回成功するかどうかを確認してください。朝食のビュッフェは多様で豊かで、最後に、期待されているすべて、そしてもっとたくさんのようです。

- friendly staff - parking costs 19 € per night, but you can park in the streets for free - breakfast was ok, nearly all plates and glasses were dirty and the price of 16 € is a bit expensive for that - restaurant and rooftop bar was closed
