Sehr gute Lage, nur 3 Min Fußweg zu Metro Station, in ca.15 Min bis Valencia City. Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet, sehr gute Kaffeeautomaten. Es gibt einige kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, ansonsten Parkplätze in der Hotelgarage für 10€ /Tag. Wir haben netterweise ein Upgrade als Suite bekommen, vielen Dank dafür. Das Hotel Olympia würden wir jederzeit empfehlen.

We had our bag stolen on the last night. The police were very unhelpful. We were left with no phones or money or bank cards. The hotel staff helped us contact relatives at home so we could have our flight details home sent to us. Also relatives paid the hotel directly and they arranged lunch, taxi to the airport and assistance with the police forms. Could not have been more grateful. Our 10 night stay had been wonderful up to this point, and the staff made sure that we were ok and did not worry. Would definitely recommend this hotel for location and cleanliness and staff attitude.

La habitación amplia y las camas muy cómodas, el baño estupendo. Lo negativo : las almohadas, para mí marido genial pero yo no he podido dormir bien por ser demasiado altas para mi. Teniendo en cuenta que hay una de repuesto en el armario, sugiero que sea más baja.
Instalaciones muy bien y limpieza también, la mayoría del personal muy amables .
Buffet: algún día calidad muy justa. El resto buena relación con el precio, aplaudo el zumo natural, el yogurt natural aunque podían estar mejor, bollería buena y en la comida mejoraría el tema de la plancha.
Sugerencia: marcar la bebida que pidas y guardarla para la cena como hacen en casi todos los hoteles, de esa forma .
hubiéramos pedido botellas de vino aunque sólo fuera para mi pareja
Resumiendo: Muy bien, notable alto
Sugerencias:
1.la almohada de repuesto más baja
2. Etiquetar las bebidas para siguientes servicios
3. Mejorar la plancha tanto en lo que se cocina como el tener siempre algo haciendo parano esperar tanto

華やかな言葉は文字通りです。10施設、良い場所、非常にフレンドリーな人事、常に注意してください。スイートルームをください。部屋の部屋です。
Uniq工場は素晴らしい経験です。数日間で雇用します。
唯一のことは、ロビーで朝食を食べている場合は、ロビーのようには見えません。

それは素晴らしいホテルです。 1泊14ユーロで駐車するのはとても安いです。スーパーマーケットの駐車場は地下（近くで最大のもの）にアクセスできます。とても美しい独立したスイミングプールがあります。ビュッフェにはたくさんの食べ物があります。

This new hotel equipped with latest tech items to make our stay (3 nights) comfortable and enjoyable. The design of our room (junior suite) is fabulous, tasteful yet simple and functional, spotless clean. Front desk staff are all extremely helpful and attentive indeed. Location is super convenient with just 100m walk to the centre. We will definitely come back MYR Puerta Serranos next time when we visit Valencia again!

JJoD1979Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it.
The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in!
The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there.
Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes.
If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

CCall me ZhalaThe hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. The pools were also very clean and were maintained regularly, which was a big plus.
However, the hotel could benefit from offering more entertainment options. It tended to feel a bit dull, especially after dinner, with not much to do on-site.
On the bright side, the location is great — it’s close to beach bars, which makes the evenings more fun. On the opposite side of the hotel, there’s also a golf area and padel court, which is a nice option for daytime activities.

AannWe had a lovely 4 night break at the hotel Neptuno.
The room was comfortable and clean with complimentary tea and coffee and it had a fridge with complimentary water, fanta lemon and coke.
The breakfast had a good selection of fresh fruit, meats, hot food, cakes etc. We enjoyed the omelettes and pancakes which were made to order.
We went to the spa one evening which was very relaxing after a busy day sightseeing.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
