Hotel was good. Room was quite warm. Breakfast was also good. We were 10 people and we had lots of bags, so one of the staff person helped us as well, I don’t know his name though. Overall good experience.
I would say lack of customer service. Although the staff were warm & welcoming ( without smile from reception ). The service want to point out is on information & communication regarding an in house service of dinner buffet, which was failed to be mentioned on being seated at the restaurant or at reception.
Stay at best western gudauri was just amazing. Indian restaurant was good, breakfast was also very good. The facilities and services too good. The booked a room with balcony and view was to die for.
