I would like to share my wonderful experience staying at Mercure Pangkalan Bun. The hotel is excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. The food was also delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. After a long 6–7 hour business trip through off-road conditions, I did not regret choosing this hotel as a place to rest and relax. It was truly a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

リピーターです。 パランカラヤを訪れるたびに、スイス ベル ホテルに宿泊しています。部屋はいつもきれいに清掃されていて、素晴らしい滞在になりました。食事はいつも美味しく、最近の滞在ではメニューが変わりました。唯一の不満は、人気が高いため、ホテルでイベントが開催されている時は駐車場に向かう車が渋滞することです。それ以外は、ぜひ予約することをお勧めします。また必ず訪れたいと思います！

It is a nice hotel. The location is a bit out of town, and grab car is not so easily available so you have to wait for a bit before you can get a ride. My only main complaint is the room is too dark, there are not enough lights. I asked the reception if they could provide me an additional lamp or light but unfortunately they couldn't. The view from the room is nice.

清潔さはとても良いです..しかし残念ながら、水施設は非常に小さいです...入浴には追加の時間がかかります..スターホテルですが、水質が小さすぎます..............
