立地とサービスは最高でした。
部屋自体はビジネスホテル並みの狭さで、大きいスーツケースだと開けにくいかもしれません。またドアが薄く、隣の部屋のくしゃみや着信音が聞こえます。幸いとてもうるさい人がいなかったので大丈夫でしたが、こればかりは運かな・・・

まるで映画に出てくるようなホテルです。歴史的な建物、美しいデザイン、そしてすべてが高級感に満ちています。部屋はこぢんまりとしていましたが、快適でした。バスルームも便利でした。駐車場もあり、アクセスも良好です。朝食も美味しかったです。スパは設備が充実しており、プール、ジャグジー、様々なシャワー、ハマム、サウナが備わっています。屋外プールはかなり小さめです。

このホテルは伝統的なスタイルのホテルです。とても快適で、とても気に入りました。最高の夜を過ごすことができました。ホテルで一番大切なのは睡眠ではないでしょうか？伝統的な客室は居心地が良く、バルコニーも付いていて気に入りました。サービスも親切でした。ホテルの外観は（私見ですが）あまり美しくありませんが、中は良いホテルです。またぜひ泊まりたいです。駅や市内中心部へのアクセスも便利です。朝食もとても美味しかったです。

What a lovely hotel in a beautiful location where stepping out is into fresh air with the scent of pine trees. Really loved my stay! Staff were super friendly. Just marked down on amenities as the restaurant was closed, but staff recommended restaurants for dine-in or delivery.

Hotel in una bella villa di campagna con un parco molto curato. Carina la camera anche se un po’ piccola. Da rivedere la colazione povera sia in quantità che in qualità. Un plauso per l’accoglienza: super!

Excellent service and great breakfast provided. The hotel is new and stylish which made us have a pleasant stay. Location close to Casa Pavarotti Museum and in the middle of two Ferrari museums.

JJoe RossiterBooked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport.
The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines!
Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in.
The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water.
There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that.
Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted….
Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too

FfanWe are business travelers and our clients stay this hotel many times . It a standard 4 stars hotel , clean , staff and environment are good .
Unfortunately this time had a bad experience on it .
Never happened in this 4 star hotel .
The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room .
We didn’t said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons
At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.

LLolloGramStruttura fronte mare camera essenziale buono il materasso con un bel topper molto pulita la stanza e devo dire anche la colazione non è male.
Piccola pecca la silenziosità delle camere, non sono insonorizzate e un gruppetto di ragazzini è rientrato alle 3:30 facendo un bel chiasso in corridoio e una volta nelle stanze si sentiva il loro parlare.

Room was ready in the morning but we only dropped off our luggage as we had a Ferrari factory tour waiting ahead.
We spent 2 nights there. I thought we had an hour free private usage of the spa area but seems not.
Room was clean & staff were cheerful.
The coffee machine was not working on the first night and I report it to the reception in the morning when we went out. They sent a staff to assist after we returned from sightseeing. Then, I noticed that they replaced the machine and leave extra capsules. However, there
was no electric pot for hot water& they offered only one free bottle of water upon check-in.

- Located in a very central area of the town;
- Cosy, nice breakfast area with varied choice;
- Clean;
- Friendly and welcoming staff.
Cons:
- It was high season but the price was way too high for a room shared by 4 people;
- Too much chlorine in the jacuzzi;
- Very narrow and old elevator;
- Room for 4 with chargers only by the double bed and not the bunk beds. The bunk beds literally are hostel looking. The space is very small for 4 people to be in and move around.
Me and my friends opted for this structure since we were keen on spending the 15th of August in Cervia, which justifies the high price, but we still had higher expectations.
