イタリアリグーリア州で、スパのあるホテル

Chambre spacieuse, fonctionnelle et très propre. Soins et spa très appréciables. Intérieur et extérieur bien entretenus. Propreté irréprochable. Personnel très professionnel. Seule déception la piscine, elle mérite une rénovation totale (manque par endroit des petits carreaux et du ciment colmate tant bien que mal l’ensemble des divers usures) , bien dommage nous n’en avait pas profité.

I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Nazionale in Sanremo and could not have wished for a better experience. The location is simply perfect: right on Corso Matteotti, just steps away from the famous Teatro Ariston and the sea. The property is elegant and well-maintained in every detail. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered the comfort you would expect from a true 4-star hotel. Breakfast, served on the top floor with a spectacular view of the sea and city center, was one of the highlights of my stay: fresh products, a wide selection, and impeccable service. A special thank you to the entire staff, who were exceptionally kind and professional—always ready to fulfill every request with a smile. A particular mention to the reception team, quick and extremely helpful with information and recommendations about the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Sanremo at its best: unbeatable location, excellent comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I will definitely be back!

私たちは2人の子供と一緒にこの美しいホテルに初めて滞在しました。私たちは2つの部屋を予約しました。どちらも海の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。建物の歴史的な特徴によって強化された、魅力的で自然にエレガントな雰囲気です。スタッフは私たちの滞在中フレンドリーでサポートしてくれました。朝食は素晴らしく、国際的なオプションと地元のオプションの両方が豊富でした。ビーチは通りの向かいにあり、徒歩わずか2分で、私たちに最適でした。また、建物のすぐ外にあるホテルの便利な駐車場にも感謝しました。バーのあるスイミングプールはハイライトでした。夕食前にリラックスして前菜を楽しむのに理想的な場所でした。全体的に、今後も喜んで繰り返す素晴らしい経験でした。

hotel prenotato con it.trip ad un super prezzo. tutto bene, la qualità percepita è da hotel 4 stelle. camera spaziosa, aria condizionata silenziosa. segnalo solo qualche piccolo particolare da migliorare, come una mensolina in doccia, le placche portafrutto elettriche da fissare meglio.

L’hôtel est agréable et propre. Notre chambre avec vue sur la mer était très bien. Malheureusement, le monsieur à l’accueil est tellement désagréable que ça donne une très mauvaise image de l’hôtel.

窓が2つある部屋で、1つは開かないシャッターで閉められ、もう1つはエアコンのモーターを見渡せます。なので部屋に光はありません。 メンテナンスとスパエリアのジャグジーは週末のみ営業しており、平日は営業していました。 もっと安いものを選べば良かった。すぐ近くのホテルは確かにはるかに優れていました

ジェノバの山の中腹にあり、観光スポットからはちょっと離れており、徒歩で約20分です。ジェノバ市内には何も楽しいところがないので、レンタカーを借りてビーチからドライブするのに適しています。その隣の町はとても快適です。

We had booked in two hotel rooms but was offered the option to move to an apartment owned by the hotel instead which was a great decision as we were able to stay in the same space as our teenagers, had a full kitchen, two bathrooms and only 200m from the hotel reception. Had a brilliant stay in Rapallo (which we extended by a night as we were enjoying ourselves too much) and a fabulous experience with the hotel, would definitely come back again.

Lovely Hôtel in Genovese decorated details with amazing staff members. English reception a plus in Italy. Well received and a rapid Check in. The hotel is located in an excellent position for anyone who wish to be in central Genova. The parking is 25 euros extra but you can leave your car for 24hours. They have all the aménities available just a Quick call to reception to ask for it. Coffee and tea sélection in the room and two bottels of water complimentary on arrival.

ホテルはカモーリへ続く道の終点に位置し、通常は駐車スペースが限られている市営駐車場に隣接しているため、非常に便利な立地です。ホテルでは、十分な駐車スペースを備えた2階建ての専用地下駐車場を1日35ユーロで提供していますが、螺旋状のトンネルの端は小型車向けなので、駐車場への出入りには注意が必要です。 客室は不規則な形状ですが、モダンで機能的です。バスルームは広々としており、非常に大きなシャワーブースがあります。ウォークインクローゼットは便利ですが、金庫の位置がやや不便で、説明書を読むには体を曲げなければなりません。55インチのプラズマテレビは素晴らしいのですが、設置場所があまり良くありません。ベッドのマットレスは非常に快適です。スタッフは非常に親切で丁寧です。到着が遅かったため、サウナやジャグジーなどのアメニティは利用できませんでした。
