Hotel is OK at best. Prime location and beautiful building, but it's all show and no heart. Breakfast is a let-down and staff stops replenishing it hours before it ends. Cheap and tasteless bread rolls, limited choice, flaccid coffee - a range of disappointing quality choices extending to the cheap sparkling wine offered as a luxury finishing. Small hotel room with next to absent sound insulation. Bathroom was downright chilly, shower tepid at best. Staff is friendly but trained to courteously deny and deflect any demand which doesn't allow for extra charges. This hotel is run by a management only interested in the bottom line, and is cutting all corners that do not endanger their 4* status. It deserves a team with passion for the hospitality business, in which case I wouldn't even mind paying more. As it stands, a disappointment if you expect a 4* treatment.

Goede snelle roomservice, vriendelijk personeel en probeert te helpen waar mogelijk! Tevens kan je eventueel zomaar een upgrade verwachtten, kortom thumbs up!!

ホテルの場所は絶対に素晴らしいです。鉄道駅から徒歩わずか数分です。フロントデスクでのチェックインは迅速です。ホテルのレイアウトは非常に特徴的です。部屋はシンプルで衛生的です。面積は適度です。朝食は豊富です。

Prima hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Snel geholpen en fijne oplossing toen de airco het niet deed. Ook goed gegeten in het hotel in de avond en ook het ontbijt was goed!

Nice place near to town center, many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Friendly staff and great breakfast

Questo hotel è stato fantastico, uno dei migliori in cui abbia soggiornato, la camera era pulita e spaziosa e l’ubicazione centrale. L’hotel offriva poi servizi unici per il prezzo che aveva come la piscina tiepida, le saune non affollate e la sala giochi. La colazione era ricca e ben fornita, ma non eccezionale. Il personale molto gentile ci ha fatto stare nelle zone comuni dell’hotel anche dopo la fine della nostra prenotazione. Hanno anche il deposito bagagli!! Tornerei a eindhoven solo per soggiornare lì!

Had a very pleasant experience for one night stay at the hotel. Booked a junior suite. Ample of free parking. Good Wifi signal and connection. Did not take breakfast, thus cannot comment. Overall a happy experience
