ニュージーランドウェリントン地方で、スパのあるホテル

Seriously lacking in hospitality. Asked for a latte at 5:57am and was told “ we don’t  open until 6am” No newspapers available. Bellhop service virtually nonexistent. Room service was good. Front desk agent untrained and unsupervised. No greeting upon entering the hotel or restaurant. Great mixologist at the bar.  Kudos to Andreas the only friendly person we met not really sure what his position is there but he was great, helpful and kind to two old ladies with multiple bags.  No hand soap in the bathroom and towels were not changed.  $45.00 per day valet car service seems a bit much given that there really isn’t another option. We stayed in a “superior double double “ Not sure what superior meant. One of the beds was hard up against a wall. Less than a meter between end of beds and desk/tv stand. Entertainment system did not offer any pay as you go options just a bunch of sky. No Netflix type options. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and most certainly will not be going back!

QTホテルとしても知られるこの美術館風のホテルは、館内、特に公共エリアに現代アートをふんだんに取り入れ、独特で芸術的な雰囲気を醸し出しています。ホテルのバーとレストランは洗練された雰囲気で、フロントデスクは24時間対応です。サービスアパートメントホテルのため、客室にはキッチン設備と洗濯機・乾燥機が完備されています。ホテルのすぐ外には大型スーパーマーケット「ニューワールド」があり、食料品の調達や自炊にも便利です。全体的に見て、非常に快適なホテルです。湾岸に位置し、市内中心部からわずか500～800メートルです。桟橋沿いにはフードコートを含む多くのレストランがあり、特に南極ガニを専門とするシーフードレストランは絶品です。

Great hotel, Friendly staff, very clean, room service excellent. Love the sauna, spa, pool. Beautiful hotel we really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely book Bolton hotel again. Bedding very comfortable. We had the garden view

もともと3泊予約していましたが、初日は夕方9時頃でした。フロントは仕事を休んでいました。私は自分のオフィスに電話してパスワードを取得してから、ドアの鍵箱を開ける必要があります。全体の経験は真実です。あまり良くない、サービスが追いつかない、後で分かったのは部屋があまりないので夜勤はなかった。部屋に入ると、写真とは部屋が違うことがわかりました。レイアウトは同じですが、実際の部屋は比較的古く、照明も冷たい光で照らされています(ベッドサイドランプは長い間オンになっていません)。後で、私は引退を求めました。部屋には何もありませんでした。動かなかった、翌日、フロントデスクは最初の夜の宿泊料金が請求されることを確認し、その後返金できます。全体的な気持ちは、払い戻しを希望するホテルに感謝します。部屋の設備と夜間のフロントデスクサービスを改善することをお勧めします。

ホテルとサービスはとても良いです。場所はウェリントンのほとんどすべてに便利です。しかし、trip.comがすでにすべてを支払っているにもかかわらず、宿泊料金を追加で支払うように言われたとき、チェックアウトに問題がありました。私はtrip.comでこれを整理しなければならなかった、そして彼らは料金を落とした。
