I am torn with this one so I'll list both the pros and the cons, starting with the bad parts to get that out of the way: 1) The pool was closed due to a part missing, and we only found out at check-in. I work in property management, so I know how hard it can be to keep a property fully operational 365 days per year. I still have a hard time understanding how a resort can find itself with a missing pool part in the middle of the season! And not give a heads up to guests before they arrive! 2) For that inconvenience, all we were offered were two (2) $10 vouchers to the spa... which was already closed for the day and was not going to reopen for 4 days! What kind of hotel calls itself a resort if the spa is closed 3 days per week?! And even if that's how you normally operate, wouldn't you think to change the schedule when the pool breaks down in the middle of the summer and you decide that spa vouchers are the way to compensate guests for the inconvenience?? For the good parts: 1) Parking was free. 2) Drinks were cheap at the casino. 3) Room was clean (we had a bad view but not much can be done about that I guess). Two (2) final comments I'll call ”neutral”: 1) the mattress was a bit too firm and the pillows too thin for me. But I'm not counting that as a bad thing since that's more of a personal preference. 2) I'm not a huge gambler but I thought the sportsbook was small. I understand it's not meant to be Vegas but again, if you're going to advertise yourself as a casino resort, I just expected bigger. This part wasn't an inconvenience on my trip but I might as well mention it.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend and it was fantastic!! The lodge was great but the food was spectacular!! We never left and we ended up eating there Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday brunch. The staff was amazing!!! What a gem. We will be back  . Shout out to Phil, Tyler and Paige. Truly wonderful at what they do and made us feel like we’ve known them forever.

Very nice clean hotel. We didn’t even realize until we were there that the hotel had a walkway connecting to the Fashion mall. The bar service was awesome, the bartender was very friendly and made amazing drinks. You can take drinks up to your room as well which we loved. The staff was all very nice and the location was very convenient if you’re doing something in Indy.

We went to hotel because we were still in the dark with no power at home from storm that hit us 10 days ago. Hotel looks nice. Once in the room, there are floor tiles cracked(broken movable pieces), chairs are visibly worn out, carpet is worn out and some edges are torn and sticking up. No TV service maybe due to storm as well.

Excellent stay at the Hilton! The location was perfect and made it very convenient to get around. The room was large, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the entire experience was excellent. Everything was just perfect!
