Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

My weekend stay at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City was a great experience. The atmosphere at the hotel is fun, energetic, and perfect for a weekend getaway. The tropical indoor pool area and nightlife really give the place a unique vibe, especially at night. The room was comfortable with nice views, and the casino offered plenty of entertainment options. I also liked how convenient everything was, with restaurants, bars, and activities all inside the resort. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay with a great atmosphere. I would definitely come back for another weekend in Atlantic City.

早朝便に間に合うように宿泊しました。 サービス： フロントスタッフの対応は非常に丁寧で、翌日のフライト情報を自ら確認し、シャトルバスの正確な時刻も教えてくださいました。この心遣いには大変感謝しております。 ホテルは空港に非常に近いのですが、チェックインや荷物預けなどの手続きを考慮すると、出発の2～2.5時間前にはホテルのエントランスでシャトルバスを待つ方が、より余裕を持って行動できるでしょう。 また、ターミナルA行きとターミナルB/C行きのシャトルバスは異なるため、利用の際は注意が必要です。

We ate dinner at Capriccio‘s. The bar and dining service was impeccable. The food delicious. Navigating through the hotel was difficult, there is not a lot of information on site as to the floor plan and where things are located. Would be nice to have maps like in a shopping mall. Traffic to most locations is routed through the casino. The smell of cigarette smoke was both shocking and unacceptable. The nicer bars closed down around 10 o’clock. It seemed. Had to go into the casino for a late night cocktails. By that hour of the night casino bars were messy, smoky and loud. All of the staff that we connect with, were very helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us as much as they could .

This hotel was a good choice very clean very posh selection I love how the hotel had two sides one side updates stayed on the updated side the guests at the hotel were very friendly staff members were friendly it was an amazing time

George and Neil welcomed us with genuine warmth, handling our bags effortlessly and walking us through the property with the kind of thoughtful orientation that makes a guest feel instantly at home. That same care echoed across every corner of the hotel. Our Dune Suite was beautifully appointed, blending modern design with quiet comfort, the perfect retreat after long days by the shore. The pool deck offered sweeping ocean views, the workout facilities were pristine and well equipped, and the drawing room felt like a serene escape, ideal for a quiet morning coffee or an evening unwind with a book. Dining was a true highlight. The bar delivered outstanding cocktails crafted with precision, and the Mother's Day menu stood out as a memorable culinary experience, beautifully plated and full of seasonal flavor. Service throughout was attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Asbury Ocean Club delivers genuine five star hospitality in a setting that feels both refined and refreshingly relaxed. We left already counting down to our next visit, and we cannot recommend it more highly.

このホテルに泊まったのはこれが初めてでした。海の見える清潔で広とした部屋にとても満足しました。温水プールを本当に楽しんだ。すべてのスタッフはとても親切で親切でした。サービスはかなり良かった。私は間違いなくここに戻ってきます。

The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

部屋は清潔でした。特に豪華というわけではなく、ごく普通の部屋でした。屋内プールしかなく、ジャグジーに子供は入れないため、家族連れには向いていません。屋外プールにはジャグジーはなく、非常に簡素な造りでした。外窓が掃除されていたので、部屋からの眺めは良かったです。隣のゴールデンナゲットは駐車場が無料なのに、なぜ駐車料金を請求するのか理解できません。アトランティックシティでは良い選択肢ですが、特別なところはありません。私たちはホテルから離れて一日中ビーチで過ごし、シーザーズカジノで遊ぶ方が楽だったので、ホテルには泊まりませんでした。カジノは関連している可能性があるので、ホテル側にとっては大した違いはないのかもしれません。もっと子供向けのプールがあれば、間違いなく一日中ホテルで過ごし、良いカジノを楽しんだでしょう。

マイアミから東京へのトランジットで利用。空港⇆ホテルのシャトルバスがあり、エアトレインでホテルシャトル乗り場へ移動し、バスに乗車。 午前11:00の到着でしたが、チェックインができ、部屋に荷物を置いて出かけることができました。 部屋は広く清潔感があり快適にすごすことができます。 施設も充実しており、室内プールや24時間利用可能なジムもあります。 朝食は平日は午前6:00から、週末は7:00から利用可能。 シャトルバスは30分ごとに出ていて便利でした。
