The hotel is conveniently located about 10 to 15 mins walk across parklands from East Terrace in the city which is where most of the popular restaurants and cafes are. During our stay, the preparation for the V8 car races was ongoing and many of the roads were blocked off. But finding a detour was easy enough. The hotel has limited onsite parking but there are plenty of spaces in the quiet residential streets behind the hotel. The hotel’s reception also manages the Econo Lodge Hotel which is located across the street and has its own parking. We only stayed for 1 night and did not get to try the restaurant onsite. The rooms layouts were not exactly rectangular but they were big enough to accommodate a king and a single bed and a pull out bed from under the single bed. A good and unusual feature was a power point built into the bed side cabjnet which works well for those with a need to use CPAP machines or for charging devices. There was a study/work table in the room that is useful for business travellers.

大丈夫でしたが、それ以上はできません。 どのホテルでも私にとって最も重要な2つのことは、快適なベッドと良いシャワーです。 ベッドは素晴らしかったが、シャワーの水圧は非常に悪かった。 それ以外にも、この基準のホテルには期待できない問題があります。価格を負担します。 テレビの電源ボタンが機能せず、リモコンの上部ボタンも機能しませんでした。 GPOでテレビをオンにして、実際のテレビ自体をオンにすると、リモコンのスイッチが機能しないので、接続されたDVDプレーヤーを使用することができませんでした。 朝食はかなり貧弱でした。基本的にはシリアルまたはスクランブルエッグに、フルーツカップ、ヨーグルト、ビスケットなどの他のオプションがいくつかあります。 コンベンションセンターに近いという私の目的は達成されましたが、私は再びそこにとどまることを疑います。

部屋は広く、バスタブがありますが、バスタブにはドアがなく、ベッドのすぐ横に設置されています。トイレとバスルームはガラス扉になっています。小型冷蔵庫とテレビがあり、たくさんの映画が見られるのは良い点です。防音性は平均的で、サービススタッフの対応は良好です。

全体的に見て、とても素敵なホテルです。片側は海、もう片側は街の景色が楽しめ、どちらの窓からも素晴らしい眺めが望めます。オーシャンビューの部屋では、日没前にホテルに戻れば、息を呑むような美しい夕日を堪能できます。ただし、私たちの部屋ではバスルームのタンクから水漏れがあり、大きな音がしていました。修理後もその夜に再び水漏れが発生しました。ホテルの駐車場料金は25ドルで、周辺地域と比べると比較的安価です。

市内中心部にあり、地下鉄の駅までは徒歩5分です。空港からはタクシーで33元かかります。ホテルのフロントデスクのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで熱心です。廊下には管理人はいませんが、部屋は掃除されていて、ルームカードがないと入れないのでかなり安全です。ビュッフェ式朝食を含めて3日間滞在しました。朝食はシリアル、牛乳とヨーグルト、パスタ、スクランブルエッグ、ソーセージ、ハッシュブラウン、フライドベーコンなど種類豊富です。栄養バランスのとれたトースト、クロワッサン、アップルブルーベリーパイ、コーヒー、ジュースなど。暑くても寒くても、私の中国人の胃はまだ適応できます。出発時に荷物も半日預けました。チェックインの感触はかなり良いです。 😊, ドライヤー、アイロン、冷蔵庫、エアコンは使用しましたが、スリッパは持参しなければならず、使い捨ての歯磨き粉や歯ブラシはありません。それは環境保護に基づいている必要があります。これらは自分で持って行った方が便利です。全体的に満足しており、お勧めします。

This is a great location and i enjoyed my stay albeit a couple of niggles. The shape of the room meant the TV was so far away from the bed. It seemed positioned perfectly to watch TV from the bath, but id rather have a comfortable viewing from the bed. It also meant two of us squeezed on to one side of the b Bed to be able to see the TV. The mattress was also uncomfortable and clearly needs replacing. It sloped one side and had a big bump in the centre. Overall a good hotel but I wouldn't stay in that specific room again.

Very nice and colorful designed hotel. The breakfast was of very good quality, we would have enjoyed more fruit variety though. The room was clean and spacious but we couldn’t get the night lights turned off. Very friendly and patient staff, especially Rachel took very well care of us.

最悪だった。バスルームは汚かった。午前3時まで壁を突き破るような重低音が響いていた。受付に1時半と1時36分に2回電話して誰かと話したいと頼んだが（24時間対応と謳っていた）、応答がなかった。どちらも電話は出られなかった。 便座は掃除されておらず、茶色いゴミが付着していて拭き取らなければならなかった。ベッドの両脇のテーブルは拭かれていない古い埃で覆われていた。 受付に24時間以内に誰かが連絡すると言っていたが、連絡はなかった。

This was our second stay, convenient location close to city, modern clean room with great views well priced with breakfast and welcome drinks included, will certainly stay again

As I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into. I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.
