Very welcoming. Clean. Nice breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

We ordered room service and it never came to the room, after an hour or so we had to go to the lobby and ask, just an accident. But we confirmed the room number 3 times on the phone, and ate cold food which was a little disappointing for room service prices.

This is my second stay at the Seven Oaks in a few months. The front desk staff was excellent for my arrival. Super friendly and helpful unlike my previous stay. This current receptionist set me up for a very pleasant stay. Sometimes the staff can make all the difference!

Hotel is nice, I would stay here again. On the surface it looks very nice and modern and clean, but if you look closer you can see that the construction/upgrade work was cheap and not done properly. For example, the door in the bathroom looks very nice but if you look closer it is not flush with the wall, and the latch is actually sticking out very far from the frame in order for the door to line up with it because it is so crooked. Not a huge deal to me, but for the money I’d want it to be a bit more well done. We did the “lil romance” package as well which was nice but not worth the money. We got a bottle of champagne, a cheesecake slice and some roses in the room, as well as a free breakfast from the restaurant which was all nice, but not for the price that it is. The food was ~20 each, and I could have brought a cheaper bottle of champagne myself which would have done the job just fine. Overall it was good, but I wouldn’t do it again.

Amazing place to stay, very clean and great care. Also loved the breakfast included.

場所は良いです。 家族が多いので騒がしいウォーターパークがあります。 防音はあまり良くありません。 ホテルの構造が複雑なため、部屋を見つけるのは困難です。

Budget friendly hotel 🫶

私は今この場所に数回滞在しましたが、価格が正しいときはまた滞在します。快適なベッドと広とした客室で一貫して清潔です。私たちはレストランで一度食べましたが、食べ物は良かったし、その夜は忙しくなかったにもかかわらず、サービスは遅かった。私はスターバックスのコーヒーと朝の新鮮な朝食を手に入れることができるのが好きでした。この場所に対する私の主な不満は、駐車場の料金を支払わなければならないことであり、場所は少しスケッチのように感じますが、夜は外出しません。

應該是薩市可圈可點的酒店了，處處都是old money的味道。自助早餐也很不錯，酒店大堂也有自己的酒吧，晚上可以消遣一下

Amazing property and staff. I stayed for five days and felt like home. The room was big and clean. I got the 8th floor and a good view from my room.
