Even before our arrival, the host proactively contacted us via WeChat to confirm details and assist with planning. Communication was extremely smooth and responsive — no matter what time of day we had questions, we always received quick and helpful replies. For a destination like Jiuhua Mountain, where logistics and routes can feel overwhelming for first-time visitors, this kind of support makes a huge difference and immediately puts you at ease. The room itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with a layout that worked perfectly for a family stay. Unlike many homestays that feel cramped, this room had plenty of space to relax, unpack, and truly rest. The bedding was clean and soft, and the overall atmosphere was calm and quiet, allowing us to sleep extremely well. Housekeeping standards were excellent — everything felt carefully maintained and spotlessly clean. One of the highlights of our stay was the afternoon tea, which was freely available and not limited or rushed. Sitting down in such a peaceful environment with tea and snacks after a day of sightseeing was incredibly relaxing. What impressed us most was the overall sense of being well taken care of. This is not a place where service is performative or scripted — it feels sincere and consistent. My stay at Luming Valley Hotspring Holidays B&B exceeded every expectation from the moment we drove up the hill. My husband and I stayed in the Mountainscape Terrace Mountain View Suite, which genuinely felt like a 5‑star hotel room. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with an incredibly comfortable bed, a fully stocked mini fridge, and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The smart controls operated by “Xiao Bao” were a fun and convenient touch. We were completely blown away and honestly wished we could have stayed in the room forever. Even before our arrival, the staff communicated with us via WeChat to ensure everything went smoothly. We were able to speak with an English‑speaking staff member who took care of every detail for us—booking the hot springs, arranging breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea, and even offering to help us get to the train station on our last day. Their attentiveness went far beyond anything we’ve experienced at other hotels. We were even given a thoughtful bag of gifts upon departure. Because the hotel is quite isolated, we ate all our meals on-site. The cuisine is Chinese, which isn’t usually my preference, but everything was delicious, freshly prepared, and presented with great care. A standout was the afternoon tea we enjoyed on our second day. We could choose to dine in our room or at the restaurant, which was perfect depending on how we felt each day. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot springs. There are four in total, and we used the two located higher on the hill, which offered an incredible view—even on a cloudy day. The temperature was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff assured us that each pool is drained and refilled after every use, which gave us great peace of mind. Soaking in the hot springs in the heart of winter, surrounded by Huangshan’s beautiful mountains, was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is about an hour from both Huangshanxi and Huangshanbei stations and easily reachable by car or Didi. Due to the weather, we didn’t visit the mountain scenic area, but the staff were more than willing to help us plan if we wanted to explore the surroundings. This was truly a 10/10 stay. The staff make you feel like you’re the only guests there with their warmth and attentiveness. The design and architecture are stunning, and the hotel even smells amazing. I have absolutely no complaints and would rank this among the best hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. It’s a perfect romantic getaway, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. I can’t wait to return!

帶媽媽來宏村旅行🧳，最愛隱沫這家的服務，非常貼心，特別安排了靠裏的安靜房間，尤其是還提供好吃新鮮的徽菜，當知道我們沒有好好吃飯，雖然過了飯點，老闆還親自下廚做飯，讓我們按需點菜現炒現做，煲了一下午的土雞湯晚上等我們回來吃飯，讓旅途中的疲憊一掃而光。隱沫：第一是新建不僅有早餐（宏村遊玩更適合帶早飯的酒店）有電梯🛗方便不用爬樓👍還有就是離宏村西門入口特別近，很方便。房間內設施齊備，床墊特別舒服，床品是高質量精梳棉加分項，躺着看到窗外的白牆黑瓦一秒入夢。 乾乾淨淨的，洗漱衞浴還特意備了消毒棉片和一次性馬桶墊，空調系統也是給力。徽州特有的原木色裝飾，簡單卻見功力。的的確確感受到了景美人美的舒適安心的旅途感受。

ホテルの立地は最高です。太平ロープウェイまでわずか1km、夕方に排雲亭まで歩いても20分、始信峰で黄山松を見るのにも便利ですし、雲谷ロープウェイで下山するのも楽でした。 Aエリアのデラックスルームは広々としていて、大きなバスタブが付いています。5時間以上山を登った後、お風呂に浸かると全身の疲れが取れました。翌日もまた5時間以上登りました。夜には伝統文化のプログラムや無形文化遺産のパフォーマンスがあり、楽しいインタラクティブなイベントもあって、みんなが楽しみに没頭できました。

The owners were very happy to shuttle us to and from the bus station which was a great help. The location was brilliant for exploring the ancient city. The rooms were beautiful furnished to a very high standard. The accommodation was really quirky making our stay extra special I would highly recommend anyone going to Hongcun to stay here. A very unique place.
