La Palma es la isla Canaria más verde y más bonita de ahí que se le denomine la isla bonita. Tiene una flora variada y su clima és primavera/verano durante todo el año. Lugares interesantes?, muchos desde sus playas , cascadas, bosques. De laurisilva, producción, destilería de Ron canario, molinos de gofio, y lo mejor su gente. el parador es fanatàstico pues es un edificación típica palmera con su patio interior, donde hay microclima primavera, terrazas , restaurante frente al mar con vistas. L punta de Santa CruZ de la P y unos jardines muy bien cuidados con cascada, estanque, dragos palmera afrente al mar. .
El servicio no se puede pedir más. Repetiremos .

孤立した壮大な場所にある魅力的で昔ながらのホテルです。レストランの食べ物は、サービスが少し遅いとしても、本物で素晴らしいです。エルヒエロに6か所滞在しましたが、これが国際サービス基準のトップであることは間違いありません。私はバルコニー付きの部屋を持っていました、そしてそれは素敵でした、私にとって唯一の迷惑なことは、すべての部屋が2つのツインベッドを提供しているようで、古いスタイルのスペインのホテルの間ではかなり一般的であるダブルベッド1台を備えていないことです。

El hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de parada de bus, supermercados, restaurantes. Tiene un bus gratis para ir a la Playa del inglés y a la de Maspalomas. El desayuno espectacular y abundante. La piscina muy limpia y agua a buena temperatura. Te dan toalla con un depósito de 10€ para la piscina. Actuaciones en directo y/o música todas las noches. Todo el personal muy amable. Va necesitando un poco de reformas, los colchones se hunden un poco. Caja fuerte en habitación gratis. Tienen ducha de cortesía y puedes usar la piscina el día del checkout. Nevera en habitación. Hay bastante ruido de la avenida, sugiero tapones para los oídos. Volvería sin dudarlo.

とても新鮮で清潔なホテル。部屋のスタッフはとても親切で、朝食はとても充実していて、毎日さまざまなアクティビティがあり、アパートはとてもきれいで、小さなキッチンがあり、すべての広告が含まれています。

共用エリアからは素晴らしい海の景色が眺められました。（夜はフェスティバルが開催されていたので花火も見られました。）
プラヤ・チカのすぐ近くにあるので、そこで泳いで、ホステルで荷物を預けることもできます。盗難の心配もありません。一人旅にはとても便利です！ちなみに、シュノーケリングや泳ぎで魚を見るのも最高です！
ラス・ビスタのバス停やショッピングモールも近いので、プラヤ・ブランカ、アリセフェ、空港、参加したツアーなどにも簡単にアクセスできます。
洗濯と乾燥のサービスは10ユーロで利用できます（ただし、受付のスタッフに頼む必要があります）。
受付のスタッフは英語はあまり話せませんが、Google翻訳を使って一生懸命コミュニケーションを取ろうとしてくれ、とても助かりました。

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y con todos los servicios.
El trato del personal es de 10, me atendió Kevin a la entrada y me solucionó sin problemas un incidente que tuve.
La piscina está genial, y el ambiente que se forma en ella también.

Booked a full board and food was up to expectations. However do note that drinks (alcohol, soft drinks and even water) are charged separately even under full board. The bed in the room was adequate and had a great unobstructed view of the coast.

El hotel está a 5 minutos andando de la plaza del charco , la habitación amplia con la terraza grande y con césped artificial ideal para las tardes, la habitación dispone de una mini nevera y un calentador de agua para café o infusiones muy práctico . La piscinas se encuentra en la 6 planta con un bar , cafetería snack muy bien equipado con hamacas cómodas y con cojines para el descanso , me gustó todo la verdad el gimnasio tiene equipamiento suficiente cinta elíptica pesas remos etc . Los desayunos variados y el café era bueno .

CClarestaBest 4 star hotel!!
Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel.
The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room.
We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal.
The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy.
It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel.
If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!

ゲゲストThis hotel is no where near as bad as people make it out to be. You get what you pay for. Me and my bf used the hotel as a base to explore. Yes the room was basic but it had beds, blankets, towels, a kitchen area, balcony and shower room. No issues with any of these.
The hotel is on a hill so be prepared for your calves to burn after the first day. Especially if you are heading out the hotel to adventure. Taxis are only like €5 from the main area to the hotel. We used this twice but the rest of the time we have walked up the hills.
Will I stay again … yes! I would use this hotel as the perfect base for my next trip to Tenerife

ゲゲストとても良い場所にある素敵なホテル。モダンで、クリスマスにきれいに装飾されています。丁寧なスタッフ、朝食と夕食に最適です。クリスマスディナーはこの世のものでした(多くのホテルに行きましたが、今ではクリスマスディナーは一致しにくいでしょう)。いつもこんな感じかどうかはわかりませんが、私たちは休日の最初の部分でホテル(43&47)で最年少で、その後他の若い人たちが私たちに加わりました。平均年齢は60年代でした😁このホテルは子供向けではありませんが、私たちにとっては完璧でした-叫び声や叫び声はなく、私たちの女の子はプールで楽しんだ。
彼女自身と彼女のいとこ🤣私は最初はスプリングホテルビタコラを予約したかったのですが、今では素晴らしい選択をしたと思います。つまり、Bitacoraが提供するオールインクルーシブサービスのため、次回は試してみるかもしれません。静かな滞在だったので、トルコ、プールの周りの音楽、キッズディスコ、ショーのようなものを期待しているなら、このホテルはあなたのためではありません。私たちはハーフボードで、4日間プールバーで食事をしましたが、決してがっかりしませんでした。おいしい料理とリーズナブルな価格。私たちは子供たちと一緒にいたので、UPオプションを予約しませんでした(18歳以上です)。

EEvieDarrellxOverall, I am very happy for what I paid (just over £200 for 5 days, all inclusive).
The staff were not always the friendliest and I noticed the animation team only speaking to particular guests and not interacting so much with others. This did not bother me personally though.
The themed restaurant is excellent, and the taxis are a good touch! Only points to note on the themed restaurant though are the booking is for 8:30pm, and they turned the lights off and were encouraging us out by 9:25. Also another couple had come in and sat down with their food. They were asked to move to the other restaurant which they did, and I assumed they would take their food over given they had plated up. Instead, the waiter scraped all their plates into the bin which seemed a real shame and waste of food, and raised a few eyebrows. (The restaurant was only around 25% full and no further bookings so they weren’t taking up space).
The food overall is more than ok for the price paid, even if repeating. The drinks choices were good - I just wish the cups were bigger particularly for soft drinks so you’re not needing to refill as often.
I was kindly given a late check out free of charge which was great.
Corridors and outside are very loud until late - again this didn’t bother me personally as I struggle to sleep anyway.
More than happy for what I paid but if I was paying the peak season prices I’d think a little more

FFabio Marchesani美しく、スタイリッシュでリラックスできるリゾートです。プールサイドの部屋に宿泊しましたが、クイーンサイズやキングサイズのベッドルームがないことを除けば完璧でした。
寝心地は最悪でした。シングルベッド2台（しかも繋がっていない）と枕がとても寝心地が悪かったです。
快適さにもっと力を入れてほしいです。また必ず利用します。

ゲゲスト私が泊まった最も美しい4つ星の1つである美しい景色のホテル、彼自身はダアナへの特別な旅行の価値があります。とても清潔でよく装飾されています(私の部屋には美しいソファがあり、座っているプライベートビュービルは美しいです)。ソファや図書館のサロン、レストラン、景色の大きいテラス、景色のプールの庭などの美しい共通スペースがあります。この4つ星ホテルで最高の朝食を作りました。地元の製品、高品質ではない、早朝の台所、サロン、地元のマウンテンミルク、高品質のキャンディーなど、パドスのロゴが付いた白。

LLauris.little.worldAbsolutely stunning hotel! It literally took my breath away when I walked in. The staff are all amazing and so friendly. The rooms and the grounds are incredibly clean. The pools are stunning (there are busier and quieter ones so no lack of options at all). The beach and shops are a few minutes walk away. The food is spectacular! There’s something for everyone: shows, sports, pools, shopping. I just can’t give this resort enough praise!! We will definitely be back.

非常にきれいな複合施設とフレンドリーなスタッフ。設備の整った簡易キッチンとバスルームの素敵なパワフルなシャワーが大好きでした!
多くのショップやレストランに近いですが、ビーチまで下り坂を比較的急な散歩で、私たちにとっては問題ありませんが、バギーや移動の問題がある場合は運動する可能性があります。車を借りると、屋外の路上駐車場がありました。そうでなければ周りにたくさんのタクシーがあります!観光の1日後には徒歩で地元を探索することができました...旧市街の近くにいくつかの素晴らしいレストランがあります。
私たちが見ることができるアパートにはエアコンがありません(しかし、1月末に述べたように、気温は24°Cで、屋内外は快適です) - ピーク時に行くかどうかを確認することをお勧めします。
プールは加熱されていませんでしたが、9:30 から午後 6 時まで、ディップ クリーンで勤務中のライフガードに最適です。
