部屋はとてもきれいできれいです。ジムと小さなプールがあり、英国のホテルではあまり見かけません。レストランでは素晴らしい朝食を提供しています。ミルクが不要な場合は、コーヒーや紅茶に豆乳またはオーツミルクを選択できます。フルーツジュースが好きなら、いくつか選ぶことができます。私は特にマンゴーバナナジュースと絞りたてのオレンジジュースが好きです。

Staff are friendly. Walking distance and easy access by car. But the car park is not free. You need to pay

It was a standard hotel, you get what you pay for. The gym's tiny but the main fault was the heating didn't work and it was a fairly cold night. Breakfast was decent though. 3/5

We had brought breakfast for both of us and the hashbrowns didn’t taste like hashbrowns the bacon was like hard cardboard and the sausages were more or less raw and pink on in the inside but cooked on the outside. Wouldn’t recommend the £14.50 per person for such a terrible experience for anyone staying and hoping for a decent breakfast for the price you pay you certainly don’t get what you pay for

So relaxed, beautiful grounds and I loved the family of field mice that happily played in curtains in the garden room

CMK のホリデイ インの大ファンだったのでがっかりしました。スタンダード ルームはごく普通です。支払った料金の割に、部屋とベッドはとても狭かったです。アメニティは 4 つ星の休暇としては基本的なものです。部屋にないアイテムは頼まなければならず、提供されるものも限られています。エアコンは機能せず、電気ヒーターが提供されました。ベッド スプレッドはベッドに対して大きすぎるため、ベッドに押し込んでしまい、夜に掛け布団を掛けるのが困難でした。部屋には指の爪と髪の毛がありました。バスルームには換気扇がなく、シャワーの水圧も低かったです。バスルームが非常に寒かったので、私たちの部屋は階段か地下にあったのだと思います。ロケーションは中心部でしたが、ホテルの横に車を停めるのが一番でした。駐車料金は 1 日 5.40 ポンドでしたが、ホテルの駐車場は 15 ポンドでした。プール エリアは改修が急務で、更衣室は不潔です。朝食はまずまずですが、近くのレストランで 7 ポンド以下で同じ朝食が食べられるのと比べて、17.95 ポンドの価値があるかと言えば、答えはノーです。ウェイトレスはフレンドリーで親切で、特にフレダとカレンは親切でした。私たちが宿泊した多くの 4 つ星ホテルと比べると、このホテルは 4 つ星に値しません。

I stayed at Holiday Inn High Wycombe on 19th February, and unfortunately, my experience started on a disappointing note. Upon arrival, I was greeted politely and checked in by the receptionist, who allocated me a ground floor room. However, when I entered the room, I immediately noticed a strong smell of smoke, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwilling to stay there. It was clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or aired. I contacted reception, and to their credit, the staff member came to inspect the room herself. She acknowledged the issue, apologised sincerely, and admitted it should have been resolved by housekeeping. Unfortunately, I was told the hotel was fully booked and no alternative rooms were available. I was offered a 30% discount to stay in the room, but I declined as I did not feel comfortable. The receptionist then arranged an alternative solution by relocating me to Hampton by Hilton High Wycombe, including organising a taxi transfer. Although there was some confusion about room availability at the Hilton, she remained helpful and even offered me a complimentary drink while I waited. Once I arrived at the Hilton, the difference was clear — the room was clean, fresh, and of a much higher standard, which made for a far more comfortable stay. Overall, while I appreciate the professionalism and efforts of the staff at Holiday Inn to resolve the issue, the initial room condition fell well below expectations.

The hotel was amazing , the staff very friendly and the location is good , I recommend this hotel to anyone wants to relax

The staff was rather basic with directions to find my room it is a very big place and not very well signposted. The room had everything needed and was clean. The pool, jacuzzi , sauna & steam room are all included in your stay, just a bit of a walk to another building.
