The hotel is very well-located in Derry. Check-in process is smooth and the front desk staff are very friendly and professional. The breakfast is a really good Irish fry and some other fruit and cereal options. There's a nice lobby bar for hanging out with friends or getting some work done - charging points etc are available.

I had a lovely stay at the Ebrington Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to find a vegan breakfast option, which I really enjoyed, and the vegan curry in the Cornerstone Bar was also excellent. The hotel is in a great location on the waterside, just a short walk across the Peace Bridge to the city side. The staff were very friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable.

ホテルのサービスはとても良かった。その日、私は部屋を拾ったときにファンが使えないことがわかりました。スタッフは私たちが問題を解決するのを手伝ってくれてとても嬉しかったです。部屋にはエアコンや空気循環装置がないため、この問題を解決するためのファンがあります。
ホテルの設備はとてもきれいで、ほとんどが満足していると思いますが、改善すべきことはシャワーの水の流れだけです。部屋を取った後、チェックしたときに少し弱いことがわかりました。当時は使えるはずだと思います。夜は水滴しかありません。後で改善できることを願っています...

We had a lovely stay. We went to a Motown show which was great. The room was lovely, everything we needed and the food and service was excellent. The receptionist on arrival was very welcoming. The pianist in the foyer was also a nice touch. Overall a very pleasant experience and we would stay again.

酒店就在倫敦德里的城牆旁邊，酒店分成二部分，不帶廚房的普通客房，還有公寓式客房；我們住的公寓客房，帶有廚房可以煮東西吃，天天在外面吃西餐實在是很難受，住公寓酒店可以做一些吃的可口的飯菜；這個廚房基本的東西都有，但沒有洗碗機和洗衣機；碗比較小，但也能用；晚上屋裡的暖氣挺熱的，洗了衣服可以幹，這挺方便的；就是洗手間太小了，尤其是刷牙洗臉的盆小的完全不能用，這個確實有點彆扭。

I found I couldn't check out at desk to get my receipt for my room.They said to do it online,but my hotel in Derry was not listed,therefore I couldn't check out..this was disappointing.. So I didn't get any bill/receipt..

ホテルの場所は非常に中心で、城壁のすぐ内側にあり、ウェルカムクッキーとチョコレートがあります。子供たちはそれがおいしいと言いました。部屋は比較的狭いです。イギリスの朝食サービスはとても良いです。

ゲゲストWhen checking in the lady was cold and unpleasant Informed me that there was £14 a night charge for parking which I thought was ridiculous. There is works going on in the main floor of the hotel which was aware before booking but I was on the fifth floor and was still awaken to drilling at 8.30. The room was tired looking and there was no plug sockets by the bed. Wouldn’t recommend here the only good thing about the hotel is it’s location
