私たちは 2 つの異なるタイプの部屋に滞在します。まず 2011 号室を手に入れ、3 泊目は 1902 号室に移動しましたが、1902 号室のベッドシーツに使用済みのティッシュが見つかりました。

Superb hotel for this price. However was in renovation perhaps that's why I got cheap. Great service and great pool and bar area.

excellent service ever!!!!.. very recomended hotel in Palembang.. we arrived in a evening, the security have a good knowledge of service, help us to call the bellboy and bring our luggage to the lobby. the customer service very friendly and helpful. i got a lot of convinience and highest service from them. the room cleaniest hotel room ever. we got connecting room. the swimmingpool is small but no worries kids got a lot of happiness play on it. last but not the least.. they offering palembang foods' breakfast. the choice is not as much as i though but its enough to taste a from the sour savory food until sweetness.. maybe next if i come back palembang , will chose this hotel agai.. thanksss all staff the excelton more success and famous!!!

ホテルはとても清潔で、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。 もっと改善の余地があります。 朝食メニューについては、もう少し工夫が必要かもしれません。野菜の種類がもっと豊富だと嬉しいです。3日間滞在しましたが、カプカイの野菜メニューは3回も食べてしまいました。

The hotel is new, friendly people and staff. Located in the city many eateries are reachable by taxi. A small restaurant is next door

Stains exists on freshly washed bed sheets. The hotel's laundry somehow couldn't get rid of such stains leading to perception of unwashed / unchanged bedsheets Bath towels have fermented smell like they have not been sunned / dried enough after washing

Strength : reasonable price, delicious breakfast, room service also great, kindness, near from downtown or airport Weakness : can be noisy because of other guests and music, a little messy(but bearable)

3 ベッドの部屋を提供する、戦略的なホテルです。ホテル周辺にはおいしいレストランがいくつかあり、そのうちの 1 つが Hainan Chicken です。ホテルから少し歩くと MRT 駅があり、ホテルの前にはバス停があります。ホテルからブギス地区へも徒歩 20 分ほどで行くことができます。

Good food, but room towel and bed sheet/cover were not good enough. It will be better to change the towel and bed sheet when it tore or the color change

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.
