Superb hotel for this price. However was in renovation perhaps that's why I got cheap. Great service and great pool and bar area.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

My seven coworkers went on a reporting trip to the city of Palembang and stayed at this hotel. They said the rooms matched the description and allowed them to rest well. Thanks.

While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. Aryaduta is to me a old hotel. The bed is worn out...room is quite small for 2 single bedded. But its ok... Their wide choice of buffet breakfast is their saving grace. Really nice and delicious food. Front desk to concierge is nice and friendly. My biggest DISLIKE ? Their limited lift or elevator service... There was a wedding being held there. Their lifts are constantly full...after 30min waiting...8-9 times lift doors open and close as it is full...I used the staircase. Not good....inconvenient.... Would I recommend it ? For that price, there are better choices out there... It would be a choice if my favorite hotel is fully booked.

I really enjoyed the food. The view is also stunning. However, the pool feels a bit small, and the fitness center has limited hours. The rooms are decent, I have a very nice sleep. highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable stay with easy access to the city center.

Strength : reasonable price, delicious breakfast, room service also great, kindness, near from downtown or airport Weakness : can be noisy because of other guests and music, a little messy(but bearable)
