カンボジアケップで、バーのあるホテル

プールが小さすぎて、朝食の選択肢がほとんどありません。前述のようにレストランやスカイバーはありません。しかし、部屋は大きく、素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。

10年ぶりのカンボジア旅行、10年ぶりのベランダリゾート、ここに行きたい気持ちでコロナ以来初の旅先をカンボジアに決めました。かなり長い時間が経ちましたが、まだ美しい場所でした。毎朝丁寧にご用意いただく朝食も美味しかったです！インフィニティプールで夕焼けを見ながら飲んだモヒト一杯！忘れられない思い出になると思います。スタッフの方もいつも親切に迎えてくださって滞在中にいつもおもてなしを受ける気分でした。いつでもケプに、カンボジアにまた行くことになったらぜひまた滞在したいそうなところです。長い間その場にいてください。

We been there already two years ago and back last week the hotel and the amenities are still very clean and service staffs are friendly. Will go back again for sure.

1. 酒店乾淨衞生 服務態度好 遊客很多房間基本都被訂滿了 一樓有些潮濕 樓上好一些 2. 攜程刊登的是虛假訊息，標註有廚房，可酒店所有房型均沒有，且酒店經理也向我們展示了他們刊登的情況，不清楚攜程為何亂誘導。所以從螃蟹市場買回來的海鮮無法加工，非常坑人. 3. 攜程房型不同價位實際上和酒店核實了是同一個房間，面積房型均相同，一個顯示是3人早餐，一個顯示的2人，我的訂單是3人，可實際上衹有2人且酒店也從來沒有3人早餐的訊息。 4. 因攜程刊登的虛假訊息 入住不便 衹能提前退房一天 攜程聲稱不可退房，酒店不同意，可我當時就在前台，酒店完全同意，且並未收到訂單款項所以錢是攜程扣着，和酒店無關。最終經反饋同意退費並聲稱象徵性的退36元紅包作為補償，尚未收到。

The location is good: close to the beach but not on the beach. The staff is not cool and extra-charged my friends (2 adults and one kid) for an extra-bed while they and had ordered a room for 3 people...that came with one bed only (exactly the same room as mine, just more expensive). On the ground floor, rooms have a small terrace directly next to the pool. But nobody cleans it. The swimming poo itselfl is really nice. The breakfast is really not good. I do not recommend it.

We were nicely welcomed and checked in very easily. The bungalow was quite roomy, a little hot but we had a mobile fan that was just enough. We were right in front of the swimming pool which was accessible even at night so we had one last dip to refresh before going to bed. The vegetation between the bungalows made for a nice and relaxing atmosphere.

I had a great stay here. A nice place right in front of the beach, with sea view from my room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped me book the bus to Kampot, and the day trip to Rabbit island. They also allowed me to check in a bit earlier and helped me do a laundry. Hot water in the shower was slow, but not a big deal. Nice decoration in the room and around the facility.

Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

非常に速いホテル、良い場所。スイミングプールは速く、小さく、レストランは限られていますが、おいしい地図、公園は美しいです。スタッフも非常にサービスが行き届いていて、非常に効果的で、来るのは素晴らしいことです!部屋は少し更新されるべきで、時には少し(それは私たちが戻るのを妨げません、価格と品質の関係は素晴らしいです)

ホテルはフランス人によって管理されており、中国のサービスがあり、非常に熱心です。ホテルの環境は清潔で整頓されており、部屋のレイアウトは完璧でエレガントで失われていません。サービスは行き届いており、人々は非常に快適です。今日は30歳です。中国の旧正月を祝うために、中国人のゲストを何人か紹介します。価格もとてもリーズナブルです。次回バイマに旅行するときは、このホテルに泊まります。
