正直なレビューです。 良かった点： 1. 最高のロケーション 2. 豊富なプールから選べる 3. フレンドリーで丁寧なスタッフ、迅速なサービス 4. 親切な対応 5. 広々としたロビー 6. チェックイン・チェックアウトが簡単 その他の点： 1. ホテルの値段が高す​​ぎる 2. 朝食ビュッフェは高級ホテルとしては標準的な内容で、屋外に設置するべきでした（豚肉は出ませんでした）。 3. エキストラベッドを保管するための別の部屋が必要でした。私たちの部屋（エグゼクティブスイート）のすぐ外には置かれていませんでした。 4. CRの鍵のノブが壊れていました。 5. ディナービュッフェは1人2,500ペソで高すぎました。 6. 花火大会は、ビュッフェ（夕食）の客だけでなく、全ゲストのために中央のステージで開催するべきです。 7. ジムエリアは高級ホテルにしては広すぎます。 8. 選べるレクリエーションアクティビティが限られています。 9. ホテルの色（ディスカバリーの標準色であることは承知していますが）は地味で、魅力がありません。

素晴らしい場所でした。家族連れに最適です。リビングエリア付きのキングサイズの部屋を予約しました。ミニキッチンと洗濯エリアも付いています。シャワールームは広く、タブも付いています。リビングのテレビは受信状態が悪いのですが、寝室にもう1台テレビがありました。サービス技術者もテレビをチェックしに来てくれ、新しいテレビに交換してくれると言ってくれました。 朝食ビュッフェも美味しく、さまざまな料理から選ぶことができます。

Disappointing Family Stay Despite Beautiful Resort This was our first time staying at Dusit Thani Plantation, and unfortunately, it may also be our last. While the resort itself is beautiful, with excellent amenities and friendly staff, the overall service and experience were very disappointing. Check-in: We had to wait an extra hour before our room was ready. This was very difficult as we were traveling with two babies who were already tired and needed to rest. Food: Dining was one of the biggest letdowns. We expected high prices, but unfortunately, the quality did not match. During breakfast, the ham served was spoiled, yet instead of apologizing, the staff insisted that the smell was just “because of spices.” I pointed out it tasted sour, but the head chef defended it after tasting himself. Other food items were bland, and our T-bone steak, ordered medium well, came out completely well-done. Room: The room itself was cozy, but our sleep was disturbed by noises coming from the ceiling at night—sounding like cats or rats. Service: Staff were polite but very slow and unorganized. I had to ask multiple times for our bags to be delivered, and in the end, I had to walk all the way to reception to collect them myself. Transportation carts were too few to accommodate guests, and the overall check-in experience was the worst we’ve had—no welcome drinks were provided even though they were supposed to be included. In summary, Dusit Thani Plantation offers a beautiful environment and facilities, but service, food quality, and guest handling fell far short of expectations. For the price paid, we expected a smooth and relaxing family getaway, but instead, it turned into a stressful experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness throughout the property. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again!

昨年12月にも訪れているのですが今回も従業員の皆さんが親しみ深く親切なので今回もアホビューホテルに宿泊することにしました。部屋は掃除がしっかりされており清潔感があります。また部屋の窓から眺めるシティビューのロケーションにも及第点をあげられます。そして何より朝食のビュッフェの内容には満足していますが果物コーナーにマンゴーがあればもっと嬉しかったのですが。そして何よりカフェでいただくハロハロはとても美味しかったです。写真を掲載しますのでご覧ください。今回はダバオに3日間の宿泊でしたがとても満足する旅になりました。お客様のために真摯に仕事に取り組むホテルの従業員の皆さんにはとても感謝しています。

フライト前に1泊利用しました。その目的のためだけのホテルだと思います。スタッフは素晴らしく、屋上のレストランは景色も食事も最高です。ドリンクは基本的なもので、種類は多くありません。湿気の臭いが強かったため部屋を変えなければなりませんでしたが、スタッフはとても効率的で、すぐに新しい部屋を用意してくれました。ボタンに触れずに別の階にアクセスできるペダルには感心しました。 私が泊まった部屋には窓はありませんでしたが、1泊なら大丈夫でした。 プールはメインのプールの隣にある別の建物にあります。 全体的に良い滞在でした。 SMシティモールのすぐ近くのロケーション。

朝食が素晴らしい。ビュッフェ形式で、野菜の料理があるのがとても良い。蓋をあけっぱなしにするため、遅い時間に食べに行くと、やや乾燥していることもある。 部屋は清潔で快適だが、クーラーのコントローラーが若干壊れていたり、トイレの水が流れにくかったり、設備の古さが目立つ。

ホテルは空港からほど近く、大型SMモールのすぐ隣という絶好のロケーションです。3階にある中華レストランは本格的でボリュームたっぷり、しかもリーズナブルな価格です。客室には使い捨てスリッパ、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉が完備されており、朝食もご用意しております。

It could have been a beautiful and relaxing stay if the resort had been properly maintained and kept clean. Unfortunately, there were quite a few flies around the room, which became annoying, and the smell of the room was not very inviting. The water from the faucet was also brownish in color and had a salty taste, which was quite disappointing. Nevertheless, I truly commend the courteous, friendly, and attentive staff who did their best to make us comfortable despite these concerns. The resort itself is beautiful and has so much potential. The craftsmanship of the furniture and fixtures is quite exceptional and clearly reflects quality and attention to detail. However, it seems that the resort’s cleanliness and maintenance have been overlooked. With the price we paid—which is even higher than some 5-star hotels—I honestly feel that the experience was not worth the cost. It is a beautiful resort, and with proper maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to the overall guest experience, it could truly live up to its worth.
