I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

良いサービス、フレンドリーなスタッフ、朝食はOKです。ホテルは桟橋の隣にあり、大西洋に面しています。場所は素晴らしいです。市内中心部では、食事が簡単です。欠点は、1泊12ユーロの駐車料金です。ホテルにはウェイターの駐車場があり、態度は良いです。

Gostei de quase tudo. Classificação acima da média. Não gostei que o quarto tivesse uma cama tão pequena.

De um modo geral, o staff precisa de formação na área da hotelaria. Uma das recepcionistas mostra pouca simpatia, flexibilidade e atenção ao cliente.

The facility was clean and quite large. It was too cold for the pool. Do make sure you walk around the grounds and go to the water. We did not find it til the last night. Staff was super nice and attentive. They even set up reservations for us at a local restaurant. There are 3 restaurants but it seems they alternate which one is open. It was October so it may be due to the slower season.

The first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.

В номере было очень много песка на полу, также не работал сейф. На ресепшене пообщелали устранить проблемы, но на следующий день уборка была в моем присутствии уже в 6 вечера, длилась 5 минут, полы пылесосят и не моют, влажную уборку не проводят. Сейф так и не работал. На ресепшене очень приветливые сотрудники, постоянно вызывали такси, завтрак неплохой, расположение отличное!

Foi uma estadia ótima, mesmo tendo sido apenas por uma noite. O quarto estava limpo, arejado e muito confortável. Quero dar um destaque especial para o atendimento da receção no dia em que chegámos: o senhor que nos recebeu foi extremamente simpático, fez questão de nos apresentar o hotel com todos os detalhes e deixou-nos logo à vontade. Esse cuidado no atendimento fez toda a diferença e tornou a experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendo!
