Im afraid to write all this because this place because when we want to go back here, it will get too busy. We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

Very good location in the centre of ponta delgada, the swimming pool and spa is lovely, privat parking is positif value for guest who stay in the hotel,all reception in good, and give us many information about everything in ponta degalda..very recomended to stay while in azores

立地が良く、プール、サウナ、ジムも完備しています。 駐車場は1泊9ユーロです。 朝食は種類豊富で美味しく、サービスも良く、客室の補充も常に行われていました。スタッフは親切でした。 初日、バスルームのシャワーから水漏れがあったので、報告しました。2日目は、部屋とベッドのメンテナンスが行き届いていませんでした（清掃もされておらず、ベッドメイキングも不十分でした）。フロントに連絡したところ、後日改善してもらえました。 部屋には冷蔵庫、ネスプレッソマシンがあり、水道水も補充されていました。 一番良かったのは、とても快適なベッドとシーツでした。

The Charming Hotel is a beautifully preserved historic building with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with most of the amenities you’d expect, including a glass bottle of water that is refilled daily. Complimentary coffee is available throughout the day on the ground floor. The staff were exceptionally accommodating—I made use of the luggage storage and was even able to return after checkout to enjoy a coffee and relax on the patio before my departure. Breakfast was well-prepared and a lovely start to the day. One thing to note: access to rooms is only by stairs, so guests with heavy luggage should keep this in mind. Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful experience in a fantastic location. I would gladly stay here again.

Excelente hotel, onde fomos muito bem recebidos.  Muito sossegado, com oferta de piscina sauna e banho turco, com a vantagem de cederem toalhas para utilização quer no hotel, quer fora, nas praias ou nos banhos termais e que podem ser trocadas sempre que for necessário. O pequeno almoço , muito variado e onde privilegiam os artigos locais, queijo, fruta, bolo levedo. A repetir com certeza.

Did not like at all. Location is excellent, in the heart of Ponta Delgada. Check-in process is quite embarrassing - self check-in with instructions, sent only 1 hour before check-in after I insisted. Charged for parking, which must be free, as per information on Trip.com, saying “sorry, the information is inaccurate”. The price on their website was twice cheaper than at Trip.com. The room was nice, quite practical with lots of amenities, but some of them were broken. Not that much space, not good with children. Can’t recommend at all, sorry

Location is bang in centre of city centre. You can walk absolutely to the heart of the city. Parking can be nightmare. The street on which the hotel is, is narrow and cobbled. We had a tape on our car the second day coz there was a construction on the building it was parked in front. Quite weird. But nonetheless, everything else is quite ok. There’s a lovely pizza place next doors which we felt was better place to have a meal than the restaurant on the property.

В целом отел хороший, расположение отличное, чтобы добраться до всех достопримечательностей. Парковочных мест достаточно, есть бассейн как внутренний так и на улице. Завтрак был ограниченный, за всю неделю ничего нового из еды не появилось. В комнате: наличие розеток ограничено, расположение неудобное, некоторые из них находятся в нерабочее состоянии. Уборка в номере: убрали в комнате один раз за всю неделю, что очень странно, есть возможность вместо уборки получать ваучеры, что нам было не интересно, так как без ваучера, лочески, персонал должен был убирать в комнате, чего не было сделано. Только после прямого обращения на стойке регистрации и личной просьбе на следующий день мы наконец-то получили новые полотенца и убраную комнату.

Hotel bien situado , con aparcamiento gratuito para los coches. Dispones de hervidor infusiones y nevera en la habitación. Hay balcón con mesa y sillas.  Baño aceptable con jabón y crema… Sin lujos pero gran desayuno completo y personal amable. Dispone de toallas para llevarte al exterior y no usar las de la ducha.

海から少し離れていますが、大きなスーパーマーケットがあるショッピングモールの近くです。 部屋とトイレは素晴らしく、きれいです。 無料の朝食は、ベーシックなパン、ハム、チーズ、シリアル、牛乳、コーヒー、ホットチョコレート、時にはフルーツが付いたプラスです。 とても素敵で広とした共通ルーム。 ポンタデルガダでは高価な食べ物のオプションを提供する唯一の欠点は、キッチン設備がないことです。
