Hotel que promete mais do que entrega. Quarto com boas áreas mas praticamente sem luz natural. Layout pouco funcional onde se nota o improviso de alguma mobília. Chuveiro dos anos 80 Chamar spa ao Golden Rock é extrapolar. Dado que é aberto a todos e a crianças, o ambiente é tudo menos de uma spa. É como um aquapark mas que em vez de escorregas tem piscinas e jacuzzi. Se o objetivo for tranquilidade não recomendo. Para famílias com miúdos poderá fazer sentido.

Hotel muito bom e tranquilo. Já viemos várias vezes. Fiz pela primeira vez, uma massagem que recomendo. Um bom local para relaxar e usufruir de todas as comodidades oferecidas.

What an amazing hotel in this city. A great scenic ride down the Serra Estrella, plenty parking and helpful staff to explain where to locate the amazing wall art city trail. The breakfast is one of the best I had in long time, fresh and plenty local options, large rooms and well equipped. No complaints.

Very nice hotel, we only stayed overnight but it was perfect; clean, quiet, and a pretty big room, and we had a nice view out the back. They had a restaurant in the hotel but we walked into town instead, but the breakfast was good, lots to choose from and the staff was very accommodating.

We only stayed 1 night, but it was clean and comfortable, in a good location, with parking and the breakfast has lots to choose from. It also had a bar and restaurant which we didn't go to but looked very inviting.

O serviço do hotel é, genericamente, bom. O quarto em que ficámos era espaçoso e tinha varanda, o que é sempre um extra interessante. Pena não terem atendido o meu pedido, nada extravagante, quanto a ter uma cama da casal, em vez de 2 camas single.

We had a nice room, and a very good service. We had a room on the 9th floor (the highest) and it was a delightful view over the city and valley. Great stay.
