「The front entry of hotel was nice- wow large seating area with tables and chairs and looked like a bar set up- not sure what they use that for.
Staff at check in lovely!
Large room, lots of place for luggage. Large bathroom. Ice maker in fridge. Nice couch which was also a hide a bed!
Carpet was light brown colour which shows every stain. Could I suggest a medium/ dark brown if you are thinking of replacing. I always take my shoes off at the door but guess things happen and the carpet gets dirty. Poor cleaning staff. I am sure the carpet was clean, like the room just stained. Oh well.
Staff were very nice . And apologized for the few items on the grab and go.
Web site said free breakfast for 4; but…. Grab and go breakfast but not much - granola bar, few small muffins, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Some packs of instant oatmeal but guess you would have to use a coffee cup? No milk but coffee creamer.
The room was great and I would likely stay there again. For all hotels on your site it would be nice to know how to know or give a better indication of breakfast availability - the minimum that would constitute a minimum breakfast items provided or if not then no breakfast provided .

ゲゲストI enjoyed getting out of town for the day, the desk staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and the tv was nice but there were a few issues. The bathtub in room 211 had mold growing; I had requested to be given a room on the upper floor. The pool was not able to be used right away because they had just put in chemicals…why not do this right after 11:00 when everyone has checked out. The breakfast was your typical hotel fair but the $12.99 price tag was a bit steep. It was nice to eat off of real plates and utensils.

ゲゲスト素晴らしいスタッフ。部屋はきれいだった、プールとプールエリア全体はきれいだった、ゲームエリアもきれいだった。ホテルの「ゲスト」のいくつかがどれほど面倒だったかを考えると、それはかなり大きな成果です。レストランの食べ物はかなり良かった。間違いなく私の期待に応えました。レストランのスタッフも一流でした。私たちは子供たちがウォーターパークを使うためにだけ来ました、そして彼らは爆発しました。若い家族に最適なホテル。私の唯一の不満は、ベッドがあまり快適でなかったことです。金属製のベッドフレームはまったく非常に良いサポートを提供していません。

ゲゲストOverall a good stay. Parking in the ramp is a breeze. Downtown location is convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the complimentary bathroom amenities, they are different from the usual hotel stay. Tasteful decor.
The carpet in our room is worn and had a big stain. Bathroom tile could use a good steam as the grout is quite black.

ゲゲスト場所は素晴らしかった、バスルームの床はきれいに見えなかった、液体石鹸とハンド石鹸の両方があったが、一度はハンド石鹸用のホルダーはなかった
濡れていた。入り口は滑りやすかった(たくさんの雪の靴が出入り)。ホットタブは最小限でしたが快適でした。プールタオルはかなり薄かった。
スタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。

WWelsdourWe screwed up our reservations at another hotel on a very busy weekend and the staff at this hotel not only was able to get us two rooms but a handicap accessible room for my mother which was greatly appreciated. Great customer service nice place conveniently located.

ゲゲストThe beds are not the most comfortable. The rooms are cold and drafty. The heater did not turn off due to the drafty conditions of the room. The breakfast was adequate except for the cold sausage links and skim milk for the cereal. Blankets are garbage.

ゲゲストThe room was clean, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was ready at 5:50am which I appreciated because I had to leave for work early in the morning. An overall good motel. The parking lot was a bit icy watch your step.
