Overall good experience. Can be improved but overall not bad

シャーロットタウンの中心部に位置するホテルは、ネットレッドロブスターショップの近くにあります。客室は広々として整頓されており、ダブルベッドルーム、快適なベッド、大人2名様でご利用いただけます。ホテルでは無料駐車場、多種多様な朝食、果物と肉、そして良い選択を提供しています。

ハーバー ハウスは私たちにとって滞在するのに最適な場所でした!私たちはグリーン ゲイブルズのアンのことをするためにPEIに来ました。前夜にハーバー ハウスに滞在するために来ました。一日中利用できるお茶(そしてコーヒー)は、夕方と朝はとても素敵でした。ベッドは快適で、バスルームはとても素敵で、翌朝の朝食は美味しかったです!また、人混みや暑い午後の天気を避けるのに十分早くグリーン ゲイブルズに到着できます。アンのファンやPEIに滞在するのに最適な場所に絶対にお勧めします!ツインベッド2台のイエロールームに泊まりました。

ホテルはシャーロットタウンの中心部から車で約10分です。車で2分ほどのところには、いくつかの飲食店と、PEIを訪れた際にぜひ試していただきたいアイスクリーム店「Cows Creamerie」があります。ホテル自体はとても清潔で快適で、無料駐車場も十分にあります。朝食エリアは広くて快適で、座席もたくさんあります。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。PEIにまた訪れる機会があれば、またこのホテルに泊まりたいと思っています。

素敵な景色

Wonderful grounds and walkways. Spacious rooms some with outside patios and great views. Front desk staff was very helpful and extremely nice. Only one restaurant was open due to the time of year and end o the season. The food selection was limited to bar food. That was a little disappointing, but we would definitely stay here again.

Great location right on the waterfront. Beds are comfortable. However, the hotel needs renovations - the furniture is badly worn, there is a hole in the bathroom ceiling, the shower tiles are dirty, the walls are scratched and dirty, and there is mold growing on the window sill. Buffet breakfast was mediocre at best. Could hear screaming kids, so no sound proofing. Do not plan to return again.

Room was very small, no hot water first night and poor pressure second night. Couldn’t pay by my business debt card for some unknown reason was forced to use my private credit card. Receptionist for check in was not helpful and didn’t seem over friendly felt like we were putting her out.  Breakfast was awful. Food was cold and the toaster wont toast.

The bartender we had, Baylee, was great. Food was very good. Only disappointment was being woken up at 8:00 as they were doing renovations. Felt like the banging from hammers was in my room. Front desk didn’t give a crap about it. Check out time is at 11. That’s when renovations should start!

Great service and experience in PEI, we check in that day was Christmas, hosted gave us a chocolate for Christmas. That’s very sweet, we do have great time staying in hotel. There are fee cookies in lobby for the day. Nice place in PEI!!!
