中国新疆ウイグル自治区で、朝食のあるホテル

Cons: Receptionists creates much confusion and leave a bad experience. I won't return again unless the hotel do something about front desk customer service.. Before booking, they confirmed via wechat that the hotel provides free shuttle to ski resort and guests can use laundry room. Upon check-in, the female staff confirmed the ski resort shuttle service timing and said she will set up wechat group for me. Next day, i turned up at the agreed timing and she claimed that i should have contacted the driver directly if i needed the shuttle service and told me to wait in case there are more guests who wished to go to ski resort last minute. In the end, i never used this ski resort service as revised set off timing at 10:30am was too late. I only take the free shuttle to and fro the transfer station. Even then, the front desk often do not acknowledge my wechat messages, claiming they don't monitor the phone all the time. A few occasions, i had to wait in the cold. Towards the end, i just contacted the driver directly, who is more prompt. There was one evening (about 6:30pm) i wanted to use the mini washer in the laundry room as i only had a light load and requested for help from the male receptionist on duty. He claimed the laundry room is only for the hotel's use. After I insisted, he told me he didnt know how to use the washer and told me the last wash must be before 7pm. How ridiculous! I know some hotels have laundry curfew but not so early. Some people may not even be back from the ski resort or dinner. Pros: Polite driver and breakfast staff. Newly renovated, clean interiors. Great variety in breakfast menu with changes every day.

ナラティを4回運転する予定でしたが、ナラティは少し猿です!最後に、私はバスに乗って景勝地に1日入ることにしました!最も嬉しい驚きは、このホテルが提供したことです。少し古いですが、設備が整っていて、フットマッサージがあり、ロビーレストランでバーベキューがあります!部屋はとてもたくさんありますが、たまたま部屋をアップグレードしました!大好き!ナラティならここに住むことをお勧めします。とても便利です!窓の外の景色はナラティケーブルウェイです!

One reason for choosing Wanda Moments was to see the views of the mountains from the rooftop but it was so so. The mountain view from the room window is awesome. Another reason is for the Oxygen supply in the room but it was so confusing. We couldn’t understand what the staff is saying. We don’t understand why only one guest get the oxygen supply. The young guys at the reception were not helpful and were hesitant to go up to the room to assist us. Our stay was all in all hectic, going up and down to get assistance. For tourists from out of China, be warned that the food serving is huge. Rice came in a huge portion, soup in a huge bowl. It was sad to see them go to waste. Perhaps the hotel can tailor the menu down to smaller portions.

Location: ▪︎The city of Aksu itself isn't particularly interesting for tourists. Therefore, I found the hotel's location convenient, as: ▪︎the bus stop to and from the train station is a 1-minute walk away. ▪︎Aksu's old streets (though not particularly interesting) and the night market are about a 20-minute walk away. ▪︎A lively night market sets up in the evening just around the corner from the hotel. ▪︎The Cultural and Tourist Distribution Center – where buses and shared taxis depart for Wensu Grand Canyon – is easily and quickly accessible on foot in about 20 minutes. Service: ▪︎Excellent welcome at both check-in and check-out. The young woman was able to provide me with information and efficiently direct me to the Tourist Distribution Center for my visit to the Grand Canyon. ▪︎One comment: there was no follow-up to my request, made at the time of booking, for a ride to the train station upon my arrival. Nor was there any offer of a ride to the station at check-out. Perhaps this should be considered as a standard practice. Surroundings: ▪︎A very decent hotel, which exudes a cozy atmosphere from the moment you enter, with its spacious lobby, decor, and layout, and offers typical Chinese amenities such as laundry facilities and breakfast. The hotel is very quiet ▪︎I appreciated the hushed ambiance of the long hallways leading to the rooms. The carpeting was clean and well-maintained. Room ▪︎Room with double bed: exactly as shown in the photos. Extremely spacious. Beautiful view of the city (even if the windows weren't very clean from the outside). ▪︎The sofa/bench area was very welcome as an additional relaxation space. ▪︎The room was perfectly clean. ▪︎Very good quality bedding. Clean and good quality linens. ▪︎The bathroom area was conveniently located right outside the room entrance. I liked this layout, especially the two large mirrors. Everything was perfectly clean and in good condition. Hot water with good pressure. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were provided. However, there were no hooks for hanging bath towels. ▪︎I didn't test the Wi-Fi as it was incompatible with a VPN (essential for foreigners). ▪︎Electrical outlets were well-placed. ▪︎A minor drawback was the lack of a dedicated space for luggage. Breakfast: A pleasant dining room for the breakfast buffet. From 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. ▪︎Buffet: The buffet was exclusively Chinese, contrary to the information in the Trip.com listing description which mentions ”Chinese & Western buffet.” It was particularly well-stocked with a wide selection of dishes. The food was high quality. Fruit juice was available, but no coffee. AMENITIES ▪︎The room had a hairdryer, an electric kettle, and a small refrigerator. The refrigerator's location was a drawback: it wasn't visible, installed under the desk, and not very accessible. As a result, I forgot to take my fruit juice with me when I left. ▪︎Bottled water and tea bags were provided daily. ▪︎Laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers, and detergent was provided. In conclusion, A very good place to stay that I would definitely add to my favorites. Excellent value for money, in line with the national average for this category of hotel.

設施齊全，吹風機是徠芬高速，洗澡水壓很大，有洗衣機，智能馬桶座圈温熱自動開蓋，一次性馬桶墊，床品很舒服，有軟硬兩種枕頭，細節拉滿。衞生不必説，看圖片乾淨整潔。重點誇老闆大叔，可以説有求必應！想早起看晨霧老闆免費開車送到神仙灣，歡迎水果説想吃西瓜老闆直接切了一半西瓜讓我們吃到飽，早餐就在馬路對面很方便，淳樸熱情，服務周到。另外民宿位置很好，換乘中心坐1號線坐一站，或者走路幾百米。民宿在老橋旁邊，遠離主街的吵鬧，休息的很好。早晚遊客旅遊團散去後，到河邊沿着步道散步拍照特別愜意。很適合呆兩天的地方！第一家讓我們離開時都依依不捨的老闆和民宿！

クチャ・ゴールデンサンシャインホテルでの滞在は最高でした！ 今回ゴールデンサンシャインホテルに宿泊して一番印象に残ったのは、スタッフ全員の熱意です！玄関から出て行くまで、フロント、警備員、清掃員など、私が出会ったすべてのスタッフが、笑顔で挨拶をしてくれました。温かい雰囲気で、まるで我が家のようにくつろげました。 フロント：サービスはプロフェッショナルで効率的。出発前にちょっとしたプレゼントをくれるという心遣いには、驚きと温かい気持ちになりました！ 警備員：真面目で責任感があり、常に万全のセキュリティ体制を整えています。 清掃：共用エリアと客室は非常に清潔に保たれています。 シェフ：料理は種類が豊富で美味しく、食事の体験も素晴らしいです。 ホテルのサービスチームは非常に高いプロ意識とホスピタリティを発揮し、細部まで行き届いています。強くお勧めします！

雖然阿勒泰不大，但酒店位置去那裡都方便，大堂裝修風格比較時尚大氣，但維一缺點：地下車庫的粉塵太大了，又比較暗，與大堂形成強烈反差，地下車庫拖後腿了，就不能把地下車庫搞好一點嗎？其它各方面：房間衞生、整潔，有洗衣房；早餐品種超多，這方面應該點贊！

1. 部屋が臭いです。今年（2025年）リノベーションしたばかりとのことですが、匂いに敏感な方は宿泊を避けた方が良いでしょう。 2. サービスは平均的でした。特に、一泊1000元以上する五つ星ホテルとしては、物足りなさを感じました。 3. 焚き火パーティーは、女性ダンサー2名と男性司会者1名のみで、正直少し寂しかったです。 4. 朝食はまずまず。他のホテルに比べて種類も多く、会場も広々としていて良かったです。 5. チェックインのためフロントに着いた際、若い女性スタッフ3名が私語に夢中で、私に全く声をかけませんでした。 6. Ctrip（シートリップ）のポイントで交換したフルーツが部屋に届けられたのですが、誰も部屋にいないとはいえ、ノックもせず勝手にドアを開けて入ってきたのには驚きました。 7. オーナーの人柄は良いのですが、外部からサービススタッフを招き入れて、ホテルのレベルアップを図ることをお勧めします。

2泊した後、このアトゥールのホテルが他のアトゥールのホテルより好きになりました! ！強くお勧めします! 設備：設備は充実しています。基本的に欲しいものがないということはありません。ジムや絵本図書館まであります...本当に思いやりがあります...私たちが予約した親子ルームは、今回の旅行で最も快適に眠れた夜でした〜これは今後、伊寧で一番好きなホテルになります👌マットレスはゴムやシリコンでできており、とても快適です〜 衛生面: 新しいホテルです。全体的にとても清潔に見えます。細部まで行き届いています。私は寝具とバスローブに最も気を配っています。バスローブはすべて袋に密封されています～ゲストごとに1着ずつ～私はホテルに到着したら通常キルトを持ち上げて寝具をチェックします。問題ありません👌 交通：伊寧は乗り継ぎ駅なので、駅まで迎えに来てくれるホテルを優先します。このヤドゥオは経済開発区にあり、六星街から徒歩圏内ではありません。幸い、伊寧自体は大きくありません...ここのロケーションは珍しく静かです🤫 サービス：サービスが一番褒めたいところです。朝食のおばさんはすごく親切でした。最終日にお腹を満たすために何か食べ物を持っていきたかったのですが、おばさんはおいしいと言っていました。ホテルのフロントもすごく良かったです。通りかかるたびに、何か必要なものはないか、お湯は必要かと聞いてくれます... 一番満足したのは「朝食」です。本当に美味しいです～～～家族全員が2日間の朝に大満足でした😍アトゥールのサービススタッフの皆さん、新疆への旅を完璧なスタートにしてくれてありがとう❤️
