今回の杭州出張で、蘇州のチェーンホテル「Shuxiang Shijia Hotel」を選びました。ホテルに到着する前に、フロントの女性が事前に電話をくれて、部屋の希望や車の有無を確認してくれました。さらにWeChatも追加してくれて、いつでも連絡できるようにしてくれました。ホテルに着いてからすぐにルームキーを受け取れました。部屋は新しくはありませんでしたが、とてもきれいに掃除されていて、バスルームはシャワーとトイレが別々になっていました。驚いたことに、部屋には足湯用の桶が置いてあり、試しに寝る前に足湯用のパックを使って浸かってみたら、なんとぐっすり眠ることができました。最近仕事が忙しすぎたのかもしれませんが、思いがけずリラックスできました。ホテルの2階にはレストランもあり、外に出なくても本格的な杭州料理が味わえるので、ビジネス出張者には最適です。唯一残念だったのは、防音がもう少し良ければ完璧だったということです。それでも、友人に勧めるホテルです。

夜の7時か8時頃に到着しました。ホテルでは無料のスープ、湖裡泉水、龍井茶の小箱を提供してくれました~~。 1. 宿泊体験は主に良好な生活環境を重視しており、休暇中に天気が良い場合は、プールと庭園に直接面したプールサイドの部屋を選択することをお勧めします。 比較的静かです。ホテルのスタッフはチェックインとチェックアウト時に荷物の受け取りを手配します。サービスはより丁寧で、より良い経験になります。 2. ホテルは麗吉龍山に位置し、龍井村と龍井茶道の八景のすぐ近くにあります。ホテル自体にはジムはありませんが、窓際の席で読書をすることもできます。 3. ホテルのシェフは悪くないと言わざるを得ません。私が到着したのが遅かったので、レストランで食事を注文するのが少し遅かったのですが、東坡豚肉と広東キャベツの炒め物はとても新鮮で美味しかったです~~もちろん食べられます。テイクアウトも注文してください。 4. 休暇中の観光名所の制限により、自家用車、オンライン配車サービス、タクシーには一部の出入り規制があり、予約時にご確認ください。バスも到着しています。今回の旅行は全てタクシーでの到着でした。ホテル入りは午後6時過ぎ、タクシーは正午にホテルに到着し迎えに来ます。 5. 茶摘み体験をご希望の場合は、予約に無料ギフトがあるかどうかを事前に確認するか、別途料金を支払うためにホテルに連絡してください~~

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Magical Family Escape at Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel, Anji County (11–13 July 2026) We recently stayed at Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel in Anji County from 11–13 July 2026, and overall it was a wonderful family experience. This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. A more professional arrival service would better reflect the quality of this beautiful resort. 🌧️ Typhoon Weather — More Indoor Activities Needed During our stay, a typhoon affected the weather and some outdoor facilities were closed. バトラーのシャオ・ワンさんは、温かく、きめ細やかなサービスを提供してくださり、メッセージにも迅速に対応してくださいました。本当に素晴らしい滞在でした！ 宿泊施設は清潔で整頓されていました。6号棟からは日の出を含む素晴らしい景色が望め、専用の小さなプールもありました。ミニバーには無料のスナックが用意されており、子供たちは大喜びでした。 ふれあい動物園には、キリン、アライグマ、カピバラ、ゾウガメ、鳥類など、たくさんの動物がいて、触れ合うことができました。ミーアキャットやクジャクもいました。 公園は広大で、シャトルバスが頻繁に運行していたため、とても便利でした。運転手は皆とてもフレンドリーで、荷物の積み下ろしやカーテンの開閉などを積極的に手伝ってくれました。 公園内のレストランは美味しく、値段も手頃でした。

大学入試を受ける学生専用のグループ購入ウェブサイトを通じて部屋を予約しました。試験用の特別なギフトパッケージが含まれており、予約は不要で、大人1人につき1つ受け取れると明確に記載されていました。大学入試は社会の大きな関心事であり、これは子供たちに試験プロセスを予習させることを目的としていました。私の親戚も今年試験を受けるので、このパッケージを予約しました。しかし、フロントデスクは学生以外の人のチェックインを拒否しました。苦情を言わざるを得ません。カスタマーサービスの担当者であるShao Linfangは良識的でしたが、全体的な経験は非常に悪く、二度とここに泊まることはありません。プールとジムは外部委託されており、水質は良好で、安全担当者は非常に責任感があります。

設備：設備は充実しており、ミニ冷蔵庫があり、換気システムも良好で効果的、しかも音が非常に静かです。ジムの器具も揃っていて清潔です。 衛生：とても清潔です。 シャトルバス：朝はトレードセンター行きのシャトルバスがあり、予約不要で時間通りにホテルの前に到着すれば乗車できます。 ビュッフェ：ローストビーフ、ラムチョップ、焼き魚、焼き赤海老が美味しく、中華料理の温かい料理も種類豊富で、滷味（煮込み料理）が数種類、スープも5〜6種類ありました。主食にはご飯、麺、特色のある焼き餅があり、デザートやお菓子もたくさんあって、お腹いっぱいになりました。

This is a good hotel in a convenient location. The staff was remarkably proactive, they even helped us with our laundry needs before we could inquire. And their service shines: when I left an item behind, they immediately helped locate it and arranged to have it shipped out to me. Truly above-and-beyond service that I greatly appreciate.

the people were of all support and super friendly. It felt like home. even some interiors are simple, it's functional, clean and super comfortable. I missed food, since I slept over twice... and got something as a gesture by the people from the counter, even I didn't ask for this. they can deal with english speaking guest and I will come back... for sure

I had a fantastic stay at Pan Pacific Ningbo, and I especially want to thank Igor for making my visit so memorable. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything went smoothly. Although my stay was short and very busy, his kindness and attention to detail stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who makes guests feel so comfortable and valued. Thank you, Igor .
