「広とした付属の部屋で、すべてが新鮮です。
真遺、無音はあまり良くない、顧客が大声で歩くとき、失礼な感覚は全部です。
朝食はカードに良かったが、30分間驚くほど長く待っていた、私たちは部屋全体にとどまり、たった4人しかいなかった、このことを扱った人は、いつも怒っていた女の子で、この仕事には適していなかった。
私は、午後と夕方に入り口と外出時に男の子の暖かさを示しますが、受け入れた女の子の朝は散らばっていて安くはありません。
最後に、部屋に毛がなく、受付で利用できませんでした。」

AAna BalcarThe Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

ゲゲストExcelente hotel , gran ubicación , hay supermercados , restaurantes etc cerca .
El hotel es limpio , las habitaciones amplias, cómodas , tengo unas vistas excelentes. Además de la piscina que es fenomenal.
No puedo olvidar que el personal desde la recepción, vigilancia y limpieza son muy amables y cordiales .
Perfecto la verdad , lo recomiendo.

ゲゲストこれはこの施設での2回目の滞在です。私は最初の滞在を本当に楽しんだが、これは私が1週間以上予約できる場所かもしれない。
前回ダブルルームを予約し、今回はシングルルームを予約しましたが、戻りません。
シングルルームはダブルルームよりもはるかに小さく、前回と同じ価格を支払ったので、これのお金の価値はそれほど大きくありませんでした。
眺めは素晴らしく、設備も良く、ACはなく、部屋で暑くなります。まともな朝食とフレンドリーなスタッフ。
最後の2泊で私にとって大きな問題は、通りの下のクラブが音楽を演奏するので、ベースが10階上に感じることができ、これは午前4時まで続きました. これは月曜日と火曜日の夜でした!
音楽で窓を開けられないほど暑い部屋、ファンがいっぱい、テレビの白い騒音がいっぱいで、耳栓が私が探しているものではありません。
バーがそのまま続けば戻れませんでした。以前の滞在は問題なく、最初の5泊は問題ありませんでしたが、これは私にとって大きな問題です。考えていた月を予約せず、1週間後に出発してくれてとても感謝しています。
騒音のないダブルルームは、私が戻るのに適した価格です。

ゲゲストDos inconvenientes el primero en el hotel me dijeron que la tarifa de tríp que pague, estaba errada en relación con la de hotel. En tríp la tarifa dice incluye tasas e impuestos y en el hotel decían que no. Lo cual generó incomodidad ya que fueron insistentes en esto.. Y en la madrugada 4 am hubo mucho ruido de la habitación continua.

ゲゲストThe view from the hotel was amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. There is no phone in the room, so every time we needed assistance we had to go up and down three flights of stairs to reception. When we went down to get the Wi-Fi code, the handwritten note was so unclear that we couldn’t connect and eventually gave up trying.
The toilet seat was completely loose, which was very uncomfortable and not ideal at all. We also had no hot water for our shower. Breakfast was extremely limited, with virtually no options available. We travel around the world and have stayed in many different places, and in our opinion this hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The staff did try to make it up to us the next day, but since we were only staying one night, it didn’t really help. For the price we paid, we were expecting a true 5-star experience.

Pphoenixluckstar攜程預訂的房間一般位置都不會給日太好，因為大家都是中文評論，去南美的華人也少。多虧了IHG金卡才給換了房間。酒店位置超好！唯一的不足是玻璃都是單層薄玻璃，一個不隔音，即使是最高層也有很大噪音，二是危險。

ゲゲストVery well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

ゲゲストサービスは温かくて効率的で、すぐにチェックインしてから部屋に案内し、部屋のすべてがどのように機能するかを時間をかけて説明してくれました。近くの活気あるエリアを探索したいのであれば、場所は素晴らしいので、それは私にとって大きなプラスでした。公共交通機関も近いので、総合的にはとても便利な場所にあると思います。早く寝たい場合は屋上バーに注意してください。本当によく眠りたい場合は、低層階の部屋をリクエストすることをお勧めします。
