Отдыхали с семьей дочери, супер обслуживание на ресепшен-нам сразу предоставили номера рядом! Спасибо!!! Номера. Здания 3-х этажные. С первого этажа у половины корпусов выход из номера на лужайку у бассейна(это номера с одной кроватью), номера с двумя кроватями(когда с детьми) выходят на противоположную сторону от бассейна, но всё равно бассейн очень рядом. Бассейны длинные,начинаются у ближних к ресепшен корпусов и заканчиваются у моря. Каждое утро очищают от листьев, если они упали в воду. Анимация. И для детей и для взрослых! Были танцы на пляже, аква-аэробика и всего много! Команда-молодцы! Море. Здесь самое лучшее расположение-в 100 метрах риф, который защищает от волн. В наш отдых шли дожди и у берега соседних отелей были волны, а у нас совсем небольшие!!! Но….в дни, когда ветер дул с моря, было много водорослей у берега в воде. Питание. Очень вкусно! Рестораны Аля карт без записи, мы сходили один раз, так как еда в ресторане была настолько разнообразная, что не хотелось никуда идти! Аквапарк. И для детей и для взрослых. В обед прямо на территории аквапарка барбекю и перекусы.

My flight was canceled, so I stayed here for just one night. I was very satisfied because all the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was also delicious. The omelet in the photo looks good, but the sandwich my husband ordered was much tastier. If you need a simple stay near the airport, I think this place offers good value for the price.

My stay was overall great, the room looked good and comfortably accommodated 3 persons with the bed, sofa bed area, the nice kitchen with a big fridge and appliances, and the bathroom was big and looked great. The staff were great and very accommodating, very friendly and helpful in every way. My only complaint would be the lack of insect control. I believe it’s due to the high door that insects can easily crawl under and get inside. Numerous small insects, mosquitoes and even a small lizard at one point were found in the room (compliments to the male front desk worker who came and tried helping to remove the lizard that night). Also cobwebs and dust (minimal) in the ceiling and on the surfaces of high appliances respectively. Seems as though the room I got hadn’t been used in awhile. But overall a wonderful stay.

這個酒店挺不錯，特別是樓頂的無邊泳池，太美了！早餐可以自己點餐，還有鮮榨西瓜汁，一樓出去就是酒店專屬海灘，海灘晚上不關門，樓頂sky bar營業到十一點，總體來説挺不錯，這個城市很漂亮

Hotel el imperio es un buen lugar para un estancia corta o una estancia para realizar tours en Punta Cana, si bien su ubicación no es la mejor , es fácil llegar en transporte (uber o taxi), Resaltó el desayuno. Pueden mejorar la limpieza de las instalaciones.

We had such a positive experience at this hotel that we decided to book it again for our last night in the Dominican Republic. The resort is peaceful, featuring saltwater pools, private sea access via a ladder, and crystal-clear waters. A special thanks to Elisabeth, who made us feel right at home and handled our requests with great flexibility and positivity. Breakfast is not a buffet but à la carte, with excellent quality. Amazing sunsets! The location is strategic for visiting Dominicus and Bayahibe. We would definitely return if given the opportunity.

Estuvimos hospedados en el hotel Bakour y nuestra experiencia fue absolutamente excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal nos hizo sentir como en casa. La atención fue de alta calidad, familiar y extremadamente atenta. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La recepción fue especialmente destacada, gracias a la amabilidad y eficiencia de Kimberly, quien nos saludaba todos los días y nos mantenía informados sobre las actividades del hotel. Su atención personalizada y su disposición a ayudarnos en cualquier momento fueron fundamentales para nuestra estancia. Pero lo que realmente nos enamoró fue la actitud del personal en general. Desde Manuel, el vendedor de tours que se convirtió en un amigo y nos hizo varios obsequios sin compromiso, hasta los chicos del bar y el buffet, como Jazmín y Joan, que siempre estuvieron atentos y amables. Incluso Junior, que trabajaba por las noches, fue extremadamente sociable y nos hizo sentir parte de la familia. Celebramos mi cumpleaños número 27 en el restaurante japonés del hotel y el equipo nos preparó un festejo inolvidable. Nos dejaron un pastel y una botella de Aperol en la habitación antes de la celebración, lo que nos hizo sentir muy especiales. Aunque la playa no estaba en su mejor momento, la estadía en general fue excelente gracias al personal. Todos y cada uno de ellos se preocuparon por nuestra comodidad y felicidad, y eso es algo que no se puede medir solo con estrellas. En resumen, el hotel Bakour se merece las 5 estrellas con creces. El personal es extremadamente atento y se preocupa genuinamente por la experiencia de los huéspedes. Si buscas un lugar donde sentirte como en casa y ser tratado como parte de la familia, este es el hotel perfecto para ti.
