イギリスジャージー島で、朝食のあるホテル

とても素敵なホテル、清潔で整頓されていて、気配りの行き届いたスタッフがたくさんいます。私たちはジャージーを探索するための拠点として使用したので、ホテルの設備は実際には使用しませんでした - 素晴らしい朝食を除いて - 朝食が少し早く始まったら、おそらく午前7時30分に良かったでしょう?(午前8時から午前10時まで走りましたが、OKでした)。最後の夜遅くに、荷物をまとめたところ、部屋の金庫が故障していたので開けられなかったことがわかりました。午後11時過ぎでしたが、受付係が最善を尽くして助けてくれたので、実際にはホテルのスタッフに非常に良い光を見せてくれました。レストランのマネージャーは、金庫を開けることが最優先事項であると言いました、そして、約20分後、ポーターは金庫を開けました(「機械的に」 - しかし、それは別の話です!)だからすべてが良かった......問題は電子機器でした-ホテルのスタッフは素晴らしく、問題は解決されました!全体的に非常に良い、再び滞在します。

Beautiful grounds and welcoming staff. Check-in was smooth, and breakfast was tasty and varied. The y staff were also very attentive. I didn’t try the set dinner menu,. Ordered from snack menu which was very carb-heavy and on the pricey side for what it was. Room was comfortable but carpets decor and bathroom dated, which was clear from photos and other reviews, so it wasn’t a surprise. Unfortunately, there was used plastic film left on the bathroom floor on arrival indicating it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise, for the price and the grounds, you can’t really complain, especially if you’re after a quiet place to unwind

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Jersey Hotel in a stunning Seaview room, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The room offered breathtaking views of the sea, making each morning a delight to wake up to. The hotel exudes elegance and comfort, with impeccable service from the staff who were always attentive and friendly. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing stay. I would wholeheartedly rate my experience as 5 stars and highly recommend the Grand Jersey Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

場所は市内中心部から少し離れていますが、価格も手頃な価格に対応しており、施設、環境、サービスは良好で、隣にスーパーマーケットがあり、道路の向かいには海があり、とても静かです。バーも持参してください。推奨～

レストランで最悪の経験。ここでの最後の日、朝食の時間が終わったとき、私は午前10時まで朝食を食べていました。私はスタッフの一人にお茶を部屋に持って行くことができるかどうか尋ねました、そしてスタッフはイエスと言いました。他のお客様も飲み物や食べ物を家に持ち帰ります。私がレストランを出るとき、別のスタッフが私のそばを通り過ぎて、私の手の中のお茶を見つめました.それから彼女は劇的に目を転がし、大声で軽蔑的な「tsk」の音を放ちました.

I booked for a family room for me and my friends . We are so delighted we didn’t expect it to exceed on our expectations considering that it’s a 3 star hotel but went beyond.Room is clean esp the bathroom ,beddings are done neatly and clean.All room amenities are replaced generously,But the best are the staff from reception down to the restaurant .All are nice,approachable and helpful.We will surely comeback to stay.Kudos to all the staff  💯

I Loved this hotel the staff went above and beyond and all so friendly , the food was amazing and lots of choice would highly recommend and would definitely come back, I left an item of clothing and contacted the hotel and it was sent to my home address I just paid the postage and received it very quickly thank you to all the staff, if other hotels follow your services they wouldn’t go wrong😊 fantastic hospitality

Once again an excellent stay at the Somerville Hotel, over Christmas. This hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and the location cannot be beaten. I can’t wait to return, for another visit, around April 2026. Thank you to all staff, for making my visit so memorable, once again.

海の見えるスーペリアルームを予約しましたが、とても爽やかでした。この場所は、ほとんどの観光客にとっておそらく最高です。市内中心部とバス停（タクシーでは高すぎる町外の観光名所に行く場合）に近く、またコンドルの港にも非常に近いです。フェリー（同じ旅行でガーンジーなどの他のチャンネル諸島を訪問したい場合）

素晴らしいホテル、フロントスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。部屋はきれいで、必要なものはすべて揃っていました(冷蔵庫は便利でした) 10-15町と海の前まで徒歩数分。朝食は素晴らしく、選択肢が豊富で、良い夜のメニューです。 スパは、追加料金なしでインフィニティプール、ジャグジー、コールドプランジプール、サウナ、スチームルームで素晴らしかったです。 間違いなくお勧めします。
