部屋のインフラは利用可能で、比較的広としていて清潔です。唯一の欠点は、スリッパが提供されていないことです。トイレタリーは持ってきましたが、ホテルがスリッパを提供しないとは思っていませんでした。清掃サービスが必要な場合は、フロントデスクに通知する必要があります。そうしないと、彼らは率先して掃除しません。他はかなり良いです。フロントデスクのスタッフはとても熱心です。朝食は標準的なイングリッシュブレックファーストビュッフェです。パン、ヨーグルト、フルーツなどからお選びいただけます。

Very accommodating. Lovely rooms. Location is great as it is near Stratford upon Avon and Warwick so you can spend a day in both. Use of facilities are good. Very happy to recommend this to someone.

Location is great but is expensive. They have tried to automate things but means a hit on service. Did not tell us about registering the car numberplate in a computer as part of check in. We then got stuck at a barrier just popping out to see the area. Then had to pay the barrier as no humans. Then had to make a claim. Then still waiting for the claim. Computers reduce headcount but reduce service. The hotel itself is fine but was not value for money.

Lovely hotel,really friendly staff,great location and clean rooms. Very quiet location even though the hotel is on the high street. Would definitely book again and it’s dog friendly

ヌネアトンでの素敵な停留所、部屋は改装され、新鮮です。ホテルの子犬レストランはとても便利です。フレンドリーな人。私の部屋で隣の部屋の活動がとてもよく聞こえました。
複数のEV車が駐車されている場合、充電施設は素晴らしい追加料金になります。

Had a big problem at check in time. Had 2 separate bookings and both of them caused alot of stress and issues. Had to check in on both occasions and at one point i was charged again but luckily my payment never went through. I was notified half an hour after payment was attempted. Booking with this website caused so much confusion with the hotel rates. Rates on this site are definitely cheaper however it dors cause alot of confusion and un-necessary stress with does not help the situation. Great thanks to Vincent and Beata who were a great help and managed to solve the situation out and they did a handover in the morning and yet we had a problem!!!

We booked two rooms for a 2-night family stay —a family Suite and a Classic Room. The hotel’s amenities and location were excellent, with plenty of eateries nearby. My son was unwell during the trip and it’s really comforting that the stay was great for him to rest and recover.
We had dinner in the hotel and the food was amazing!
The breakfast served was also good, we like the hot dishes that we chose English breakfast, scrambled eggs and salmon 👍!
Very cosy, comfortable and pleasant experience!

匿匿名ユーザー15世紀に建てられた歴史あるホテルで、無料駐車場も充実、公共エリアも申し分ありません、今回はスイートを予約したので、部屋の広さ、立地ともに大変満足です。ただ、非常に不可解なのが、朝起きてシャワーを浴びる時…意外と水圧が問題なんです🤨水圧自体が足りず、水が出たり出なかったり…。とても心配です😐トイレ🚽トイレの水洗も水圧不足です…以下一連の事には触れません😅朝食はかなり満足です…伝統的なイングリッシュブレックファストに驚きはありません。それは、切ったスイカが臭かったことです🤮

ゲゲストIt’s an impressive building so I was having some expectations. The room it was a bit dated in the newer part. Not many amenities as you can expect from this kind of hotel. The bar area is really nice looking over a fabulous garden and so the restaurant. On that note the food was areal let down. I have ordered a Thai green curry chicken. I was soo looking forward to this but when arrived it was a total disappointment. The chicken was probably a leftover from another meal, very dry. The sauce was nothing like green curry and the rice it was microwaved. The waitresses were very lovely and apologised and the removed it from my bill. They said that they have an agency chef! So it’s a real shame !!

ゲゲストホテルはワーウィックシャーの田舎の素晴らしいエリアにあります。到着すると、隣のバー/フードサービスは現在メンテナンスの問題を抱えているため、現在は営業していません。私たちが到着したとき、サービスは素晴らしかったです:親切でフレンドリーで親しみやすい。私たちの部屋に到着したとき、部屋(21)は大きなサイズでした。ダブルベッドは巨大で、ダブルベッドは2人の子供に利用できました。荷物が部屋の周りに散らばっていても、子供たちが走ったり遊んだりする十分なスペースがありました。私の婚約者は、部屋は静かで暖かいと言ったが、私は部屋の温度が好きで、暖かすぎたり寒すぎたりせず、とても快適だった。
私たちが家族として恩恵を受けた唯一のアメニティは、私たちの最年少が一晩乳製品のない牛乳を必要とするので冷蔵庫でした。しかし、これはホテル内の贅沢なので、文句を言う要因ではなかったことを感謝しています。
ベッドは快適でした。朝の朝食-7am-10amから走る(午前9時に到着)は少しがっかりしました。10-15分間待たなければならなかった多くの選択肢と多くのアイテムがあり、非常に不在のキッチン/ビュッフェスタッフに何も言わずに、満たされませんでした。私は残したものをやったが、トースト(パンなし)、ベーコンなし、卵なしで終わることはなかった。 12.99価格タグの価値はありません。私はこれを他のレビューで言及しているのを見ましたが、朝食エリアはコンサバトリースタイルでかなり寒かったです。前述のように、カスタマーサービスは素晴らしく、これはチェックアウト時に維持されました。近くの地元のアメニティ、イブニングレストラン、地元のショップなどはありませんが、全体的に素敵な滞在です。

Dds999午後3時頃に到着し、指示に従ってバーでチェックインしました。温かい歓迎を受け、ケースを階段に運ぶことさえできました(エレベーターなし)。私は部屋3、大きなシングルベッド(非常に快適)の独立したバスタブとトイレプラスt&コーヒーを備えた十分なシングルを与えられました-私は嬉しく驚きました。壁に取り付けられたテレビは効率的に機能し、2泊のニーズに十分な収納スペースと吊り下げスペースがあり、tと牛乳は要求に応じて補充されました。 brekkyは十分で、私は滞在を楽しんだ。午前10時のチェックアウトは、私の電車が正午までだったので、2日目の朝に少し問題がありました(駅まで徒歩5分以内)。ストラトフォード、ウォーウィック、コヴェントリー行きのバスは角を曲がりくねって行き、町は通りを横切って徒歩710分です。川橋とポンプルームを過ぎます。たくさんのダイニングオプション。お金に見合う価値がありますが、ホテルよりも寄宿舎です。私は戻ります

匿匿名ユーザーI spent two nights here for the Shakespeare celebrations and absolutely loved it. The house has such a perfect ambience — cozy and welcoming.
The room was perfect, too: spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also liked that they had a TV in the room — it was nice to have it on for some white noise since I was travelling alone. Plus, they provided an electric kettle with instant coffee, milk, and tea, which was a nice touch.
The bathroom was spotless, and the amenities (soap, towels, etc.) were complete.
They offered several options for breakfast, but I always went with the English breakfast—and it was so good! Not to forget, cereals, fruit, jam, and milk were also available in the dining room.
It's too bad I didn’t have the chance to enjoy the separate kitchen, but the street view from its window gave it such good vibes.
I would definitely come back here if I revisit this city!

Mmanami_co22日間滞在しました。ヒースロー空港近くのレンタカー会社から車で1時間ちょっとで着きます。駐車場は1日￡5でした。コッツウォルズを巡るのにちょうど良い場所でした。
スタッフの方々は、4人程見かけましたが皆さん優しく迎えてくれました。
室内は清潔で、ちょうど良い広さです。水回りが清潔で良かったです。コンセントの場所も多く、便利だと思います。タオル、ドライヤーがついています。ハウスキーピングは、カウンターで事前にお願いするようです。お願いし忘れており、後からタオルのみ交換をお願いしましたがすぐに換えてくれました。
ボディーソープ、シャンプー、リンス、歯磨きセット等は事前に用意した方が良いと思います。
すぐそばにガソリンスタンドや飲食店(KFC、スターバックスコーヒー等)、スーパーがあるのでとても便利です。
丁寧な対応ありがとうございました。機会があればまた行きたいです。

ゲゲストThis venue was stunning, a beautiful quiet location to catch your breath or walk into Stratford-upon-Avon to enjoy the architecture and see the history.
Wish we could have spent more time there, and we would certainly plan to return and explore further.
Very clean, tidy, and spacious accommodation.
Fittings within the room and in the hotel were excellent. Linen and towels were of superb quality.
The service was excellent throughout, and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

SShowkat Ganie部屋自体は一般的に大丈夫で、暖房は完璧に機能しました。しかし、バスルームで大きな問題が発生しました。水が適切に排水されず、床が浸水しました。水を流しに押し込むためにワイパーを使わなければならず(画像が添付されている)、非常に不便でした。
もう 1 つの驚くほど残念な詳細は、タオルや石鹸が提供されていないことです。これらはどのホテルの基本的な必需品であり、自分で持ってこなかったので、追加料金が請求されました。これは完全に不合理に感じました。
最後に、場所は理想的ではありません。ホテルは町の中心部からかなり離れており、公共交通機関は頻繁にないため、移動が困難です。お勧めしません!!!

ゲゲストWe did not eat, so cannot comment on it. The hotel was quite unusual, yet with charm in a ramshackle, real sense. It reminded me of backpacking in Asia, but staying in a nicer kind of place while doing so. The explanation for why soap disappeared from the hotel made no real sense, but as we can use the liquids it was okay... it seems an odd penny-pinching move to deny guests a simple small round disc of... 'Guest soap' during their stay. They do exist, I stay in hotels often. It's jarring not to give people soap, and overall I suggest that it is a negative cost saving given the potential loss of repeat business that such incongruences, as they build, can result in. A special thanks to the kind night receptionist.

ゲゲストAnother great stay here, our room was the exact same as usual however some of the lights were abit naff or didn’t work this time around, no major issues but shame compared to previous stays. Likewise the tv remote was very temperamental this time around. But as it was booked in advance for a cheap night it was great.
