インドネシア北スマトラ州で、朝食のあるホテル

メダン駅から徒歩圏内で非常に便利です。素泊まりにしたので食事についてはわかりません。 チェックイン時にデポジットRp.300.000が必要ですが、領収証をきちんとくれます。 満足した点 ・部屋が広く窓も大きく明るいです。きちんと清掃されていて快適でした。 ・バスルームの水圧が強く、熱いお湯がたっぷり使えます。 ・ドライヤーの風量が強い。ホテルのドライヤーとしては感動レベルでした。 気になる点 ・コンディショナーはないので必要な方は自分で用意しましょう。 ・上階にナイトクラブ？があるのか夜にライブがあるのか、上層階に泊まるとおそらくうるさいと思います。 （私は静かな部屋を希望して6階に泊まりましたが、ズンズンとかすかに音が聞こえていました。） ・チェックインで少し待たされました。

お風呂がついていたり靴を脱げるようになっていたので、日本人にとってとてもリラックスできる部屋でした。 カップルにとっては、3階のレストランで、ロマンティックディナーが5000円ほどから楽しめます。ライブミュージックもついていました。ただし、注意点として1日前に予約が必要です。(私たちは単品料理を5000円以上注文して、メッセージプレートやその席に案内していただきました。) 立地や、スタッフのサービスも良くて大変満足でした！

このホテルには素晴らしいプールがありますが、私は利用する機会がありませんでした。しかし、私の滞在に影響する問題がいくつかありました。まず、ホテルの水圧が残念なほど低く、シャワーを浴びるのが少し大変でした。リネンは明らかに古く、交換が必要でした。また、部屋とトイレにアリがいて、かなり不安でした。

We are happy!!!!! The staff so kind and soft spoken.. we love the view… Masha Allah.. so beautifull.. event we stay at standard room, we also can get the beatiful view of Danau Toba.. the breakfast was delicious.. this is the first time im going to Indonesia and i can eat all the food.. excellent.. i also like the tour package for free…keep it up..next time if i going to danau toba again, i will stay at waterfall inside Taman Simalem Resort..in Shaa Allah

We stayed here this time for 3 nights. We had stayed here a couple of times before. The hotel maintains its hospitality, warmness and courtious reception of customers. It was quite easy to check in and out. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendlyand warm. There are little things that should be paid attention to such as the menu for breakfast.. Although the spread is good but there should be some variation/changes. Overall staying here you get value for your money.

Tempat nyaman dan posisi lokasi sangat cantik karna pas di depan danau toba

Booked 2 rooms for 4 guests via trip.com with an additional request for rooms with a connecting door. In the trip.com app, we intentionally correctly filled all the guest details for each rooms. Upon checkin, the hotel’s front desk said they cant accommodate the connecting room request because they say it was booked under different names. Sadly they used this opportunity to argue with us, printing out in front of ourselves with their printer on the front desk: 2 separate reservations under different names (Maybe since we intentionally filled those guest names correctly? But the contact number and email is still the same, no?). From it we briefly saw all details like the 2 different reservations numbers they used as the crucial evidence, and how our booking was routed through ******* (From this detail one could argue the request was lost through the flawed trip.com system. Yet the hotel could’ve investigated and be more proactive after seeing a reservation for one room asking for connecting doors??). I thought hotel guests checking in at night only wanted rest, not attending trial??? Although to be fair in the end they got us 2 connecting rooms, albeit at a low floor (after the unnecessary bargaining). They required Rp200K as deposit. Room was clean, with a very useful Korean brand smart tv. Functional hair dryer, good lighting, with an in-room safe, and a small fridge/chiller. Breakfast could’ve been better, but there’s a lot of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We got valet parking but didn’t pay for it, was it complimentary because of the limited parking space this hotel has, or did we get it as compensation/goodwill, we never knew (this was not explained at check in).

このホテルのインドネシア人のサービススタッフは非常に怠け者で、アダプタープラグを提供するように求めましたが、「持っていません」と直接答えました。その後、フロントデスクのパキスタン人のサービススタッフがそれを見つけるのを手伝ってくれました。最悪なことの 1 つは朝食です。何も食べるものがない

このホテルに泊まるのは3回目です。その前は2020年と2021年に1回ずつありました。その時が一番印象に残っていました。現在、ホテルのメンテナンスは行き届いていません。私の部屋のワードローブ（金属の格子）の上には埃が積もっていました。シンクの水の排水が悪く、排水口が詰まってしまいました。そして、ティーマグカップの 1 つは、どうやらあまりよく洗われていなかったようで、壁に何か甘いものが残っていて、ひっくり返すと小さなアリがいっぱいでした。約100個。リネンは清潔で、マットレスは快適でした。しかし、枕は...ひどいです。巨大で、非常に硬いです。私と友人は一晩に何度も耳が麻痺し、絶えず目が覚めて寝返りを打つことになり、その結果、首が痛くなって2日目になります。 朝食は以前に比べると充実してきましたが、まだ乏しいと言えます。*は追加料金が必要で、鶏肉料理では胸肉や脚などの柔らかい部分ではなく、背骨や肋骨の骨が多くて安い部分が使われています。 良かった点: 受付のスタッフはとても丁寧で親切で、タクシーを呼ぶのを手伝ってくれました。位置。快適なベッド、清潔なベッドリネン、エレベーター、室内のケトル。禁煙室にはまったくタバコの臭いがしません（スマトラでは必ずしもそうとは限りません）。 部屋の窓が大通りに面している場合は、ストリートミュージシャンや交通機関などの騒音に備えてください。

Overall stay is good but the amenities like bath towel is shabby and faded white color, no face towel n small towel. breakfast is really ‘local indonesian’ style . I ordered room service for dinner and its good👍. I am staying at pool terrace and view is superb at night. I love the view.
