ホテルはとても清潔で、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。 もっと改善の余地があります。 朝食メニューについては、もう少し工夫が必要かもしれません。野菜の種類がもっと豊富だと嬉しいです。3日間滞在しましたが、カプカイの野菜メニューは3回も食べてしまいました。

良い価格、良い場所、全体的に良いです。次の旅行で間違いなくここに再び滞在します。非常にお勧めします。

Lokasinya yang strategis di dekat lampu merah, sehingga dengan mudah dijangkau oleh kendaraan roda 4 maupun 2. Ruangan bersih dengan fasilitas lengkap.

excellent service ever!!!!.. very recomended hotel in Palembang.. we arrived in a evening, the security have a good knowledge of service, help us to call the bellboy and bring our luggage to the lobby. the customer service very friendly and helpful. i got a lot of convinience and highest service from them. the room cleaniest hotel room ever. we got connecting room. the swimmingpool is small but no worries kids got a lot of happiness play on it. last but not the least.. they offering palembang foods' breakfast. the choice is not as much as i though but its enough to taste a from the sour savory food until sweetness.. maybe next if i come back palembang , will chose this hotel agai.. thanksss all staff the excelton more success and famous!!!

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Near LRT station so eady to get from and to the airport cheaply as well as to other major places in Palembang. Ehailing service also easy to get. Food very nice, local and menu changes everyday. Room is spacious enough with chair and table. But no tea or coffee sachet in room! AC also not cold enough - just OK. Considering everything, will come afain.

食べ物は多様で、たまたま予約した部屋のタイプが使い果たされましたが、無料でより高い部屋タイプにアップグレードしました。素晴らしい

Superb hotel for this price. However was in renovation perhaps that's why I got cheap. Great service and great pool and bar area.

This is my 2nd stay. I like Batiqa's ambience so I booked again. Pros : + super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks + mini gym with some good equipments for working out + sofa on the room + comfy beds with large pillows Cons : - the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard - when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from
