Trip.com では常に他よりも低価格を提供しています。いいね☺️ 今はホテルが大きくなったので、部屋に入る・探すのが少し難しくなりました。 ここに来るのは久しぶりです、 家族と一緒にまたここに来るのが、たとえそれがブカシだったとしても、日常から抜け出すための私の忍法です。 ホテル ホライズンは食事に関しては失敗しません。

Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

I travelled to Bandung and stayed near Ciumbeleuit and Dago. Harris hotel is really family friendly and elderly hotel. The foods are interested for children’s appetite. The facilities like gym, pool, spa and kids playroom also well maintained. Only parking is a matter that it is the same area with apartments. But they have already provided Basement 1-4. The room was very coold since the ac is well maintained. The staff also friendly and very customer focus. I recommend this affordable hotel to family travellers.

道路沿いの場所は非常に戦略的で、簡単にアクセスできます。 ただし、駐車するのは難しく、バレーパーキングするか建物内に入る必要があります。ホテルの場所はスーパーマーケットの近くにあります。食べ物や飲み物、必要な道具の購入にOK。まだ新しいので綺麗です************。スマレコン モール ブカシのすぐ近くにあります。

Room are OK but not clean when we enter the room . Wash basin , water taps are not properly designed so water from the basin tap always flow to the vanity top and drop onto the floor which made the floor wet most of the time . Location is at good point but can’t go anywhere as we don’t feel safe to walk around .

最近、クラウン プラザに宿泊する機会がありましたが、最初から最後まで本当に素晴らしい体験でした。到着した瞬間から、スタッフのおもてなしとプロ意識が際立っていて、本当に歓迎されていると感じました。 部屋は広々としていて、完璧に清潔で、モダンなアメニティが備わった美しいデザインでした。ベッドは信じられないほど快適で、ぐっすりと眠ることができました。また、高級なバスアメニティや窓からの素晴らしい景色など、心のこもった配慮も嬉しかったです。 ロケーションも大きなプラスでした。便利な場所にあるため、ビジネスでもレジャーでも、街を楽に探索できました。コンシェルジュ チームも素晴らしく、滞在中素晴らしいアドバイスやサポートを提供してくれました。 全体的に、クラウン プラザでの滞在はあらゆる点で期待以上でした。贅沢さ、快適さ、卓越したサービスが組み合わさったこのホテルは最高の選択肢です。私は間違いなくまた戻ってきますし、思い出に残る滞在を求めている方には強くお勧めします。

It’s very convenient that the mall is directly connected and no need to go outside to have dinner.

清潔感があり、朝食ビュッフェも充実していました。 歩いてBragaStreetに行けるので立地も良いです。

部屋はとても素敵で、バスタブは素晴らしく、誕生日ケーキも用意され、スタッフはフレンドリーで、テレビはスマートテレビで、Netflixも視聴できます😍魚に餌をあげることもできます、私の子供はとても喜んでいます。家に帰りたくない 😁 あと、ジムは少し遅いし、設備や朝食もいろいろありますよね?!でも、味は美味しいし、雰囲気はとても良いので、息子の誕生日を祝うときに、きっとまたすぐに戻ってくるでしょう 🤭

Very happy with the Hotel and the room that we stayed in, we booked the deluxe twin bed and they upgraded our room with the bigger size. We also requested a quiet and nonsmoking room which is we are happy with what we got. They just need to upgrade the towel cause it’s looks old already and do the maintenance of the furniture inside the room cause some of their chair have lots of stains. Breakfast menu not bad, lots of options. Just need to check the plates some of them they didn’t wash properly.  Location it’s superb, very convenient to go here and there. Staff very friendly.
