このホテルは短期滞在にのみお勧めします。2泊以上の滞在は絶対にお勧めしません。8泊しましたが、長期滞在には到底耐えられないような問題がいくつかありました。 最初から、簡単に解決できるはずの小さな問題がいくつかありましたが、解決しませんでした。部屋の椅子は壊れていて、交換されていませんでした。部屋の金庫は施錠されており、助けを求めましたが、前の宿泊客が施錠したと言われました。ホテルにマスターキーや金庫のロック解除方法がないのは奇妙でした。これはホテルの基本的な管理方法です。 また、トイレに小さなゴキブリが数匹いました。滞在中に2、3匹しか見かけず、部屋も概ね清潔でしたが、それでも適切な害虫駆除がされていないことが分かります。 大きな欠点は、ホテル全体に給湯器がなかったことです。これは基本的な設備であり、確認したところ、近隣のホテ​​ルはすべて入浴用の温水を提供していることがわかりました。特に連泊する場合は、かなりがっかりして不快な思いをしました。 朝食も改善の余地がありました。ビュッフェやコンチネンタルブレックファーストのようなメニューではなく、インド料理の朝食メニューが限られていました。2人だけの時でも、簡単な食事に15～30分待ちました。とはいえ、味はとても良かったので、評価に値します。 立地的には、徒歩5分のところにマクドナルドと、素晴らしいマンディレストラン「Al Zara」があり、これはプラスでした。 スタッフは概して静かで、あまり人付き合いをしませんが、受付係はたいてい挨拶をしてくれたので良かったです。しかし、チェックアウト時の対応は本当に印象が悪かったです。夜行便で日中はオフィスに出かけていたので、朝にチェックアウトして荷物を預けようとしたのですが、驚いたことにちゃんとした荷物置き場がありませんでした。小さな受付カウンターの近くに荷物を預けるように言われただけで、受付係が常にそこにいるわけではないので、非常に不安でした。防犯カメラが設置されているとは言っていましたが、万が一何かあった場合のリスクは計り知れません。 その日の夕方、荷物を取りに戻り、フライト前に歯ブラシを清潔にしたいと頼みました。驚いたことに、受付係とハウスキーピング係は、8泊の滞在中に歯ブラシの交換を頼んだのはたった一度だけだったにもかかわらず、料金を請求するかどうかを話し合っていました。幸いにも料金は請求されませんでしたが、そもそも話し合いの場に出たことが、後味の悪い思いを残しました。 全体として、食事の味や部屋の清潔さなど良い点もありましたが、基本的なアメニティの不足、チェックアウト後の対応の悪さ、そしてサービスの質の悪さから、特に長期滞在の方にはお勧めしにくいホテルです。

We recently stayed at Taj Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru to celebrate my mother's birthday. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and there were several things the hotel did well. The check-in process was smooth, the reception staff were courteous, and we genuinely appreciated the effort the team put into decorating the room with balloons and a cake for my mother's birthday and upgrading us to a higher floor. That thoughtful gesture made the celebration special. However, what stood out was that many of the small details expected from a luxury brand like Taj were missing. Luxury hospitality is often defined by consistency in the little things. While walking through the corridors, several staff members passed by without even a smile or a simple greeting. It may seem minor, but these small interactions are what create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. At other luxury hotels such as Oberoi or St. Regis, the staff consistently make you feel like a valued guest throughout your stay. Unfortunately, we didn't get that feeling here. There were also several oversights with the room setup. The room was booked for three guests, yet only two pairs of slippers, two toothbrushes, and one bathrobe were provided. We had to call housekeeping for additional amenities. Again, it's a small detail, but these are the small things that guests naturally expect at this level of hospitality. The Locker rooms just had towels with no bath robes and slippers. Clearly it's cost cutting and any experienced traveller would feel that. Breakfast was not up to the mark as well. I usually start my morning with soup, which is commonly available at many luxury hotel breakfast buffets. When I politely asked if soup was available, the response was simply, ”We don't serve soup here,” rather than offering a warm or helpful alternative. None of these issues individually ruined our stay. In fact, the birthday arrangement and reception experience were genuinely appreciated. But when you're staying at a property carrying the Taj name, it's the attention to detail that makes the experience exceptional. Those details were unfortunately missing throughout our stay. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because the foundation is clearly there. With better attention to small touches and more consistent guest interaction from the staff, the overall experience would better reflect the luxury reputation that Taj is known for.

The stay was good. It is very near to the Mangalore central station. We have access to auto near to the stay. The initial room which I was alloted was nice and neat at the topmost floor. It adjacent to some ongoing extension area and the tv was also not working properly. As I have expressed the reception about my inconvenience they have given me a better room down the floor which was better than the previous one. The food also is great there.Overal a good experience ✌️

Location : excellent many good restaurants around. Food : breakfast is below average though spread is good service: though checkin, checkout were smooth, room wasn't cleaned on day 2 of stay. Had to request to clean up. Overall room cleanliness is average. Stay here if you are looking for an option in whitefield and your budget is <3500

インド滞在最初の2週間で泊まったホテルの中で、間違いなく一番のお気に入りでした。立地が素晴らしく、公共交通機関やタクシー、トゥクトゥクへのアクセスも非常に便利でした。部屋は広々として清潔で、設備もすべて正常に作動し、とても快適でした。 ホテルには併設のバー兼レストランがあり、スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、料理も美味しかったです。スタッフはとても親切で、気配りが行き届いていました。朝食はホテルの7階で無料で提供され、なかなか美味しかったのですが、席数が圧倒的に少なく（ある朝は外の階段に座って食べました）、コーヒーは提供されていませんでした。 一番の不満はWi-Fiでした。各階に2台のルーターが設置されていましたが、最初はやりすぎかと思いました。しかし、実際にはルーターの25%程度しか正常に動作していなかったため、必要な数だったのだと気づきました。滞在中、なぜかどのルーターもiPhoneに接続できず（私とiPhoneを持っている唯一の従業員だけがインターネットに接続できませんでした）、ノートパソコンはロビーでしかインターネットに接続できませんでした。接続を維持するために、ルーターを頻繁に切り替える必要がありました。 Wi-Fiの問題はさておき、このホテルはとても快適な滞在場所で、料金も手頃でした。バンガロールにまた来ることがあれば、間違いなくここに泊まります。

We had a lovely stay at this resort. Best is to have a car to get here. The hotel was very beautiful and lots of greenery. Breakfast was awesome with lots of local cuisine to try. The service was impeccable and of a high standard. The room was large and enough for 3 of us including our teenage child. Everyone was kind and nice. The nature specialist Harish gave us a wonderful talk on kodava people (local folks) and about elephants. He was very knowledgeable and we did this over a bonfire which was lovely. The pool should be warmer during the cooler weather in the evenings especially if temperature control is available. The check in staff were nice but they tried to upsell an upgraded room when we didn’t really need one. We have stayed at countless Mariott properties worldwide and this was the first time someone tried to sell us an upgraded room which I felt was wrong considering that we fit comfortably in our booked room. If u want to upgrade u should provide it as complimentary otherwise don’t try to see something on false pretext as they said we may not be comfortable in our existing booking. Also the bed sheets need to be cleaned better as there were lots of stains. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Apart from this the stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff from check in to the buggy drivers to the valet drivers to the breakfast staff. The housekeeping also had a special welcome treat and welcome design in our room. And so kind of the restaurant staff to provide a goodbye cake.

Newly opened and THE most beautiful hotel at Siddapura, Whitefeild, Bengaluru. All team members we met throughout our 5 night stay were very welcoming and polite. We stayed at a king’s room with balcony at the east side which gave us a calm view with bit of the lake that can be seen from 4th floor. Room size is average but everything else about it is comfortable. The teams ensure that smallest requests are fulfilled at their very best. Food and drinks are a chef’s kiss at Nana’s especially the tamarind mojito with the piece of sugarcane in it. The restaurant menu feels bit incomplete as they are working on it. At the moment you cannot find usuals like continental breakfast and few other main international dishes yet. Because the hotel is newly opened, there are few maintenance work going on at the moment such as landscaping around the property, pool maintenance etc. Hoping that crevices will be maintained by detail cleaning especially in wet areas like bathroom, pool etc. Wish there were more restaurants in the hotel or a lounge cafe’ by the pool to relax in the evening. There’s heavy traffic on the side of the road hotel is located during the peak hours which makes it take a little longer to make a U turn by a vehicle but the area is quiet and walkable otherwise. There are many cafe’s and services around. It was a wonderful stay overall for us. Thank you team Slohh. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant stay throughout.

Was there for one night but no complains at all apart from the room given to me was next to service lift which kept going up and down the whole night. Rest was all cool. The bed was nice.
