Our first time in India, and what an amazing stay at The Chancery Hotel!
I stayed here with a group of 6 students, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with top-class hospitality. The staff welcomed us with smiles, opened doors, helped with our luggage, and personally delivered everything right to our room doors — truly impressive service from start to finish.
The rooms are quiet, clean, and super comfortable. Great beds, modern bathrooms, and even a bathtub to relax after a long day — everything was just perfect.
Breakfast was another highlight! A wide selection of Indian food and Japanese options too — such a pleasant surprise and absolutely delicious.
There’s also a gym in the hotel, perfect for burning off all the good food 😂💪.
Location-wise, it doesn’t get better than this. MG Road is within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and malls nearby. Eating, shopping, and moving around were all super convenient.
Overall, The Chancery Hotel is trustworthy, great value for money, and highly recommended.
A huge shout-out to all the staff — from the entrance, front desk, restaurant, to housekeeping — every single one of you was friendly, professional, and always smiling 👍👏.
Management, you truly have a wonderful team… they deserve a raise! 😄

バンガロール(ケンペゴウダ)国際空港からタクシーで10分程度。キレイで明るい雰囲気のホテル。周りにはレストラン、薬局、スィーツ屋、ファストフードがありとても便利。ホテル両側に新しい建物が建つのか工事中で日中はかなり重機の騒音、また目の前が空港〜市内間を結ぶハイウェイなのでこちらも車の騒音やクラクション(インドの車はとにかくクラクションを鳴らしながら走る)がやかましい。気になる人は部屋がどちら向きなのかチェックイン時に確認のこと。ハイウェイ反対側は緑豊かな住宅街。私は7階で工事中と住宅街が半分ずつの角部屋だったので何とか耐えられた。

ベンガルール最後のステイ先として選びましたが最高でした！
お値段ほどほどなのにクオリティは問題なし、スタッフのホスピタリティも高くベッドメイクのあとはタオルアートをしてくれていたりと宿泊客を楽しませてくれることをしてくれます。
朝食も色々な種類があり、メインからスイーツまで選べます。
今回高層階だったのもありますが夜は非常に静かで周辺の騒音はほとんど聞こえませんでした。
メトロをメインで使う場合は少し歩きますがUberなど配車サービスなら何も問題ありません。
総じて非常にいい滞在になりました。
またベンガルールに来た時は使いたいです。

ホテルと客室は少し古かったです。チェックインスタッフのサービスはあまり安定していませんでした。チェックインを担当してくれた女性は、私たちのレイトチェックアウトのリクエストに対応してくれた男性ほど親切ではありませんでした。朝食は種類が豊富で、行く価値がありました！

ゲゲストこのホテルは短期滞在にのみお勧めします。2泊以上の滞在は絶対にお勧めしません。8泊しましたが、長期滞在には到底耐えられないような問題がいくつかありました。
最初から、簡単に解決できるはずの小さな問題がいくつかありましたが、解決しませんでした。部屋の椅子は壊れていて、交換されていませんでした。部屋の金庫は施錠されており、助けを求めましたが、前の宿泊客が施錠したと言われました。ホテルにマスターキーや金庫のロック解除方法がないのは奇妙でした。これはホテルの基本的な管理方法です。
また、トイレに小さなゴキブリが数匹いました。滞在中に2、3匹しか見かけず、部屋も概ね清潔でしたが、それでも適切な害虫駆除がされていないことが分かります。
大きな欠点は、ホテル全体に給湯器がなかったことです。これは基本的な設備であり、確認したところ、近隣のホテルはすべて入浴用の温水を提供していることがわかりました。特に連泊する場合は、かなりがっかりして不快な思いをしました。
朝食も改善の余地がありました。ビュッフェやコンチネンタルブレックファーストのようなメニューではなく、インド料理の朝食メニューが限られていました。2人だけの時でも、簡単な食事に15～30分待ちました。とはいえ、味はとても良かったので、評価に値します。
立地的には、徒歩5分のところにマクドナルドと、素晴らしいマンディレストラン「Al Zara」があり、これはプラスでした。
スタッフは概して静かで、あまり人付き合いをしませんが、受付係はたいてい挨拶をしてくれたので良かったです。しかし、チェックアウト時の対応は本当に印象が悪かったです。夜行便で日中はオフィスに出かけていたので、朝にチェックアウトして荷物を預けようとしたのですが、驚いたことにちゃんとした荷物置き場がありませんでした。小さな受付カウンターの近くに荷物を預けるように言われただけで、受付係が常にそこにいるわけではないので、非常に不安でした。防犯カメラが設置されているとは言っていましたが、万が一何かあった場合のリスクは計り知れません。
その日の夕方、荷物を取りに戻り、フライト前に歯ブラシを清潔にしたいと頼みました。驚いたことに、受付係とハウスキーピング係は、8泊の滞在中に歯ブラシの交換を頼んだのはたった一度だけだったにもかかわらず、料金を請求するかどうかを話し合っていました。幸いにも料金は請求されませんでしたが、そもそも話し合いの場に出たことが、後味の悪い思いを残しました。
全体として、食事の味や部屋の清潔さなど良い点もありましたが、基本的なアメニティの不足、チェックアウト後の対応の悪さ、そしてサービスの質の悪さから、特に長期滞在の方にはお勧めしにくいホテルです。

SSeveino brigatoThe Oberoi Bangalore, in my opinion, is a hotel that does not go beyond a four-star level. The property feels very old, and the furniture in the rooms is outdated and no longer very functional.
The staff is wonderful and truly outstanding — from the reception to the overall service, everyone is extremely professional and kind.
The breakfast is good, but the rooms urgently need renovation. Unfortunately, you can clearly feel the weight of the years

ゲゲストWe had a lovely stay at this resort. Best is to have a car to get here. The hotel was very beautiful and lots of greenery. Breakfast was awesome with lots of local cuisine to try. The service was impeccable and of a high standard. The room was large and enough for 3 of us including our teenage child. Everyone was kind and nice. The nature specialist Harish gave us a wonderful talk on kodava people (local folks) and about elephants. He was very knowledgeable and we did this over a bonfire which was lovely. The pool should be warmer during the cooler weather in the evenings especially if temperature control is available. The check in staff were nice but they tried to upsell an upgraded room when we didn’t really need one. We have stayed at countless Mariott properties worldwide and this was the first time someone tried to sell us an upgraded room which I felt was wrong considering that we fit comfortably in our booked room. If u want to upgrade u should provide it as complimentary otherwise don’t try to see something on false pretext as they said we may not be comfortable in our existing booking. Also the bed sheets need to be cleaned better as there were lots of stains. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Apart from this the stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff from check in to the buggy drivers to the valet drivers to the breakfast staff. The housekeeping also had a special welcome treat and welcome design in our room. And so kind of the restaurant staff to provide a goodbye cake.

ゲゲストThe hotel staff was prompt to look into my requirements of late check in and airport and within the city transfers. They were prompt in offering me a good room. The breakfast was extremely good and filling. The staff is excellent and listen to the customers requirements and act upon it. It was their 13th anniversary when I visited. wishing them luck and many more gr8 years in serving excellent experiences to the customers.
