スリランカ東部州で、朝食のあるホテル

すべてがとても良いです。ウェイターは礼儀正しく、環境は美しいです。プールから部屋に出入りできます。朝食と夕食は中国人の好みに適しています。チェックイン中に少し問題がありました。シートリップも問題解決に積極的に協力しました。

色々とありすぎましたが、総合的にスタッフは皆とても一生懸命で優しくて良い人たちでした！ まず、Trip.comで予約していた4泊分の予約がチェックイン時に予約されていなかった様子。スタッフはたくさんいるのですが英語で問題なく意思疎通できるスタッフが2人くらいしかおらず毎回なかなかその2人に当たらない笑。 バタバタと部屋に案内されるもエアコンのリモコンが見当たらず、ちょうどスタッフがタオルを持ってきてくれて(恐らく急いで提供した部屋だったので準備が完璧ではない部屋だったのかな？)そのタイミングでリモコンをお願いすると比較的すぐ持ってきてくれました。wi-fiパスワードが電話に手書きで書いてあるがかすれて読めずまたスタッフを探して聞く笑。 お湯が出ると思っていたら常温(始めちょっと冷たいけど頑張って浴びているとなぜかだんだんあったかくなってる気がする不思議、でも温度は全く同じだった笑)で水圧もかなり弱い。スタッフにお願いするも温度は恐らくどうにもならない模様。水圧だけでもとお願いしたら少しだけ良くなりました。ただ次の日の夜になるとまた水圧が弱いので4日間毎日シャワー前に水圧を調整してもらうようお願いをしていた。水圧チェックを確かめに来る時にスタッフが靴のままバスマットにのり、水で靴も濡れてる為、バスマットが黒く… 2日連続これをされたので、水圧良くなったのでチェックはも大丈夫ですーとこちらから伝えた。文化の違いかもしれないけどやはりゲストのバスマットが黒くなるのとか気にしないのかな。 Trip.com (***********も同様) に載っていたランドリーサービス、自転車無料貸出、両替などは全てなかったです笑 ロケーションは海の目の前で気持ちいいです。町中までも歩いて10〜20分で着きますが、私は夜の野良犬が怖すぎて(昼は寝ててのんびりしているのに夜はスーパーアクティブ..)毎回トゥクトゥクを使わざるをえなかったです。 ホテル自体は悪くないですが、やはりシャワーだけがどうしても気になりました。あと停電は毎日頻繁におこりました。(特に困りはしなかったですが長い時で数時間笑) スタッフは本当にみんな問題を解決しようと必死で要望を聞いてくれようとします。とても穏やかでフレンドリーでハニカミ笑顔をいつもしてくれます笑 ただ英語が結構弱いので根気強く伝えるのが必要です。

Восторг полнейший) Начиная от сотрудников, которые нас встречали на входе в отель. Совсем не хотелось уезжать, но смогли забронировать только на один день, на другие даты уже не было свободных вилл. Встретил нас главный менеджер и у нас был личный помощник. Все так красиво, номера с собственным двориком более уединенные, чем те, что с выходом к морю. Интерьер очень стильный, классная зона для чая и душ на улице, а самое главное-это наличие ванной) В главном корпусе есть зона для работы на компьютере и детская зона-невероятно красивая комната. На пляже много фотозон, возле бассейна есть бар, официанты разносят напитки. Завтрак идеальный, подача и сами блюда-высший класс. Ужин понравился, заказывали блюдо от шефа, оно зависит от улова в этот день. У нас были лобстеры. Везде делают комплиментики-кокосы при вселении, креветки у бассейна, детокс напитки на завтрак и т.д. Много путешествуем, но именно этот отель запал в сердце. Наверное, дело ещё в душевном отношении к каждому гостю. Главный менеджер Умберто - итальянец, провожал нас вместе с остальными сотрудниками. Обязательно вернёмся ещё.

At the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to both Robinson and Ruchira!! I was on BB basis and the breakfast was very good! And unlike other places where they offer chicken bacon these guys had the good stuff! Thanks

Zonas comunes muy buenas y con buen mantenimiento, con unas vistas impresionantes. Restaurante pequeño pero con muy buena calidad de comida. En esto podría ser 5 estrellas pero la calidad de la habitación, cama y baño deben mejorar. Servicio, hay empleados agradables pero también algunos que solo trabajan de manera agradable si das propinas antes del servicio. Recomendable la actividad en un catamarán de 3 horas que puedes reservar en recepción.

Amazing stay, apart from squirrels, bats and lizards entering the room from the cracks in the ceiling. Crows will wake you up at 5-6 AM. Lovely sea view, but is far from town
