スリランカ東部州で、朝食のあるホテル

ホテルの環境とロケーションはとても良いですが、サービスは良くなく、特にレストランのサービススタッフは非常に無愛想で、座席の位置も悪く、中国人を差別しています。食事中に非常に不快なことが起こり、私たちは夕食にビュッフェを食べました。以前はスリランカのホテルでのビュッフェ式ディナーは宿泊料金と一緒に請求され、一部のレストランでは数日後に別途請求が必要でした。しかし、彼らはあなたに請求書を持ってきて、食事中にあなたに話しかけます。 このレストランは良いです。サービスはなく、食事の途中と終わりに誰も請求書を持ってきませんでした。すると、ウェイターは泥棒のように私たちを追いかけてきたようで、私たちが支払っていないのは非常に失礼で失礼だと大声で言いましたが、彼の態度と表現は非常に差別的でした。中国人はとても腹立たしいです。その上、サービススタッフはワインか飲み物を買うように勧めるだけです（スリランカのビュッフェでは飲み物は提供されていません）、その時はレモネードを注文しましたが、ミネラルウォーターで大丈夫だと言われました。 、本当に飲み物を飲みたくなかったので、それは利用できないと言ったので（ウェイターが白人のテーブルにミネラルウォーターを持ってくるのを明らかに見ました、これはあからさまな差別です）最後に、ウェイターはそう思った。お金を稼ぐ必要があるかもしれないので、ジュースを 3 杯注文しました。しかし、そのプロセスは非常に不快なものでした。 これは私たちが何度も宿泊した唯一のホテルで、これらの不愉快な経験のためにレビューを書きたいと思います。

Welcome to Trincomalee, Sri Lanka. Nice hotel with great swimming pool. Hotel is close to the beach, you can walk there very fast. Service was good, friendly and kind staff with great English language skills. My friend and she's family really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Swimming pool, also to childrens pool was very nice size and well maintained, very clean water and surrounding.

Tutto perfetto! La location ha tutto. Qualità ed efficienza. Lo staff è gentile, educato e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Mare cristallino con colori pazzeschi. Unico neo è la barriera corallina troppo vicina ma puoi comunque fare un bel bagno nelle acque calde e meravigliose dell' oceano.

Большой отель! Были не в сезон. Но с погодой повезло. Номер достался большой, но в торце корпуса и наш 'якобы” балкончик представлял собой два стула на грязном куске бетона, причем за пляжным туалетом. Так как мы были 2 ночи, не стали возмущаться. Сначала положили два полотенца - остальные пришлось просить. Завтраки хорошие, так как много пакетников, то пообедать самостоятельным туристам в ресторане это целое приключение - отдельный заказ вводит персонал в ступор и ждать супер долго. Развлечений в отеле вечерами мы не застали. И в округе ничего нет. В шаговой доступности 1 ресторан (на 3+) и все. Если бы мы приехали сюда больше чем на пару ночей я бы была расстроена - честно. И это мы были на машине, могли самостоятельно доехать хотя бы до супермаркета. Кальян в отеле не берите - он ужасен.

価格と品質は対応しており、清掃は要件に従ってのみ行われ、衣服は変更されず、香りとエアコンはなく、小さな脂肪は配置され、スタッフは丁寧で熱心です。駐車場、部屋のエアコン、弱いWi-Fiがあります。一般的に、シンプルで予算の多いホテルでは、お金がありますが、もちろん、超過ホテルを待つ価値はありません。

色々とありすぎましたが、総合的にスタッフは皆とても一生懸命で優しくて良い人たちでした！ まず、Trip.comで予約していた4泊分の予約がチェックイン時に予約されていなかった様子。スタッフはたくさんいるのですが英語で問題なく意思疎通できるスタッフが2人くらいしかおらず毎回なかなかその2人に当たらない笑。 バタバタと部屋に案内されるもエアコンのリモコンが見当たらず、ちょうどスタッフがタオルを持ってきてくれて(恐らく急いで提供した部屋だったので準備が完璧ではない部屋だったのかな？)そのタイミングでリモコンをお願いすると比較的すぐ持ってきてくれました。wi-fiパスワードが電話に手書きで書いてあるがかすれて読めずまたスタッフを探して聞く笑。 お湯が出ると思っていたら常温(始めちょっと冷たいけど頑張って浴びているとなぜかだんだんあったかくなってる気がする不思議、でも温度は全く同じだった笑)で水圧もかなり弱い。スタッフにお願いするも温度は恐らくどうにもならない模様。水圧だけでもとお願いしたら少しだけ良くなりました。ただ次の日の夜になるとまた水圧が弱いので4日間毎日シャワー前に水圧を調整してもらうようお願いをしていた。水圧チェックを確かめに来る時にスタッフが靴のままバスマットにのり、水で靴も濡れてる為、バスマットが黒く… 2日連続これをされたので、水圧良くなったのでチェックはも大丈夫ですーとこちらから伝えた。文化の違いかもしれないけどやはりゲストのバスマットが黒くなるのとか気にしないのかな。 Trip.com (***********も同様) に載っていたランドリーサービス、自転車無料貸出、両替などは全てなかったです笑 ロケーションは海の目の前で気持ちいいです。町中までも歩いて10〜20分で着きますが、私は夜の野良犬が怖すぎて(昼は寝ててのんびりしているのに夜はスーパーアクティブ..)毎回トゥクトゥクを使わざるをえなかったです。 ホテル自体は悪くないですが、やはりシャワーだけがどうしても気になりました。あと停電は毎日頻繁におこりました。(特に困りはしなかったですが長い時で数時間笑) スタッフは本当にみんな問題を解決しようと必死で要望を聞いてくれようとします。とても穏やかでフレンドリーでハニカミ笑顔をいつもしてくれます笑 ただ英語が結構弱いので根気強く伝えるのが必要です。

Siamo stati qui due notti, la famiglia è molto disponibile e cordiale. Abbiamo anche fatto qui colazione, hanno un salone comune al piano terra dove ad ogni camera/gruppo viene servita. Le stanze sono in buono stato ma sulla pulizia si può fare di meglio, soprattutto nel bagno.
