Hotel was at great location. Excellent service no complaint at all. I will surely go back in may. Bought a cake for some friends family. Every one love the cake. I did eat it also. Very tasty Staff goes out of way to help the guests.

Close to hospital walking distance. Restaurant and cafe near hotel. Nice and helpful staff. Berdekatan dengan pelbagai tarikan dalam jarak walking distance.

とても快適な宿泊施設でした！障害者用駐車場も完備されています。部屋は清潔で整頓されており、ケランタン川の美しい景色が楽しめます。朝食もとても美味しく、料理の選択肢も豊富でした！

Check in was quite late. Took 30 minutes just for us to check in. We had to wait at the lobby. After driving 6-8 hours from KL, and really wanted to check in the room to freshen up, being tired and exhausted, this really tested our patience. Thank god there was kids play area at the lobby. So my girl 6yo could entertain herself after sleeping in the car along the journey. So that was good. The room was okay, not too big no too small. The toilet and shower was only divided by Glass door, wish they had a closed area for the toilet. Location was strategic as it’s near to Pasar Siti Khadijah. Came to attend a friend’s wedding and got to shop some local stuffs as well. Food in Kelantan not as good as before.. Went to Ulam Cikgu, and the food was not that good. Tasted better at Singgey Budu and Meghek in KL.

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、部屋も素敵です。ロケーションは最高で、パサール＆モールの近くです。新館が気に入りました。部屋の中には祈りに必要なものがすべて用意されていて、素晴らしいです。

The mattress comforter was full of stains. It should have been replaced long time ago. The breakfast combination was very good. The food taste good as well.

Stayed at H Elite Hotel for 2 nights. Overall, the experience was good.The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the parking area was convenient and sufficient. However, the bed and mattress could be improved. The bed made loud spring noises even when just sitting on it, which suggests that the mattress and bed frame may be quite old and need replacement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and upgrading the bed and mattress would greatly enhance guest comfort.

Always stay here whenever im in jb..nice place to stay and pleasant staff. Clean room and spacious. Keep it up👍👍

Usaha saya nak tukar tarikh check in dari 25.12.2025 kepada tarikh 26.12.2025 tidak diluluskan pehak Hotel walaupun saya apply penukaran 2 minggu sebelum tarikh yg dibenarkan UTK dapat free cencelation. Saya call pehak Hotel. Hotel minta call Trip Com Saya call Help desk Trip.Com....mereka kata mereka boleh bantu jika hotel setuju. Saya call sekali lagi pehak Hotel...mereka maklum tak terima apa apa call dari Trip.Com. Saya tetap check in 26.12.2026 3H2M

Clean hotel but parking is a challenge. Food is a no issue. Shops are everywhere.
