ポーランドドルヌィ・シロンスク県で、朝食のあるホテル

チェックイン前の手荷物は手荷物保管の部屋に快く預かってくれました。中央駅から近いため移動に便利な場所でした。お部屋は暖かく過ごしやすかったです。 冷蔵庫とティッシュがなかったので、トイレットペーパーで代用していました。 お水がサービスでお部屋にありました。炭酸水でしたがありがたかったです。 現地払いもなくとても良いホテルでした。 クリスマスマーケットへは20分程度歩きますがわかりやすい立地で苦なく行けました。

部屋は非常に綺麗で新しく、広々としていました！ サウナは20PLN/1人1時間の追加料金がかかり、フロントで予約必須です。水着も持参が必要です。 早めに予約してかなり安く泊まれたので、コスパはかなり良かったと思います。立地も非常に便利でした。 バスローブやスリッパもあり、良かったです ただ何点か気になったことがあり ・予約が確認できないと言われ20分ほど待たされ、結果ホテル側の不手際だったのですが最後まで謝罪がなかった。 ・チェックイン時間に大行列ができ、チェックインするのに数十分かかっている方もいた。 ・部屋の枕元のコンセントが4つ全て使えなかった(部屋に備え付けのライト等では使用できるのに、携帯の充電等ができなかった。他の場所のコンセントでは充電できたので充電器の不具合ではない) ・キングベッド1つで予約していたのに、ツインルームだった。1人で宿泊したので実質ベッドの大きさが半分になった。 ・チェックイン時間(15時)に周辺の部屋の掃除が終わっておらず、18時頃までドタバタとした音と振動が響いて落ち着かなかった。 ・吹き抜けを囲むように部屋が設置されているが、一周できるように完全に繋がっているわけではないため、エレベーターを間違えると部屋まで非常に遠い可能性がある。

The hotel is located right outside the central station, shopping centre, and public transport, making it very convenient to reach tourist destinations. The initial room on the fifth floor was dark, and the lights stopped working the following day. The cleaning staff did not proactively report the issue that they certainly would have noticed, and a room change was required because the technician was not available on a Sunday. The hotel provided a welcome drink ticket to compensate for the inconvenience, and the new room on the third floor was much better lit. Although the situation was poorly handled, the overall stay was nice.

The first thing to point out is the great location: right in the heart of the city, in front of Wrocław's iconic town hall (visible from the windows of the ”common room” on the 3rd floor, see my photos). Despite the area being almost constantly busy with tourists, we didn't hear any noise from our room, which faced the inner courtyard. The room, on the 2nd floor, was tiny but sufficient. The common kitchen is equipped with a fridge. The showers are of push-button type, each dose annoyingly short, and the cabins are small and have no clothes hangers. You need a strategy to avoid your things get wet, or keep them outside the cabin. No elevators in the building. The whole place (except the classy common room) is slightly shabby and could be tidier and cleaner, but it is a clean and decent hostel overall. Upon checking out, we were able to keep our luggage in the hostel until the evening, for which we are very grateful.

感情が混在し、理由を説明しましょう。すべてが真新しく、非常によく設計されており、スタジオは写真のように素晴らしく見え、照明は素晴らしく、使用する素材は良好です。視覚的なpovから見ると、すべて完璧ですが、ここに欠けている良いホテル体験にとって重要なことがいくつかあります。まず第一に、ベッドは柔らかすぎて、枕についても同じように言えます。次の問題?シャワーの水圧は低く、すべてが新しいので、それは意図的であり、私はそれが好きではないと思います。そして、私が気を失くした最後のことの 1 つは、朝食が含まれていても、その場で追加料金を支払う必要がある新鮮な「追加のオプション」があります。 Tbh このような解決策に初めて会ったのですが、わかりません。朝食は私の宿泊料金に含まれています、なぜ私はいくつかのポーチドエッグのために余分な現金を支払わなければならないのですか? 駐車場はかなり狭い入り口ですが、広としたスポットがあります。

If I had known that it was not possible to open a window and ventilate the room (which for me is the minimum required, like changing bed linen between guests, and air as well), I would not have thought of checking out the possibility of staying there even if they had given it 10 stars (I am starting a search for hotels with a sauna and an indoor pool and a minimum of 4 stars). The biggest disappointment is the pool that children use to learn to swim!!! Terrible acoustics, the wet sauna, after a minute I ran away from there because of the noise. The hotel lobby is bustling and noisy, you can't sit and chat. I must mention the staff member from the reception who was very helpful and helped with useful information. The breakfast staff as above (the disappointment is probably because of the previous hotels (5 stars) that we stayed at in Zakopane, Krakow and Lodz)

ヴロツワフ中央駅からは徒歩20分ですが、結局、中央広場と同じ場所にあるので、徒歩かトラムでホテルまで行かなければならないので私は徒歩で行きました。トラムを待っている時間やトラムの乗り方を調べている時間に徒歩でホテルまで着いてしまいます。また、歩いて2分のところに中心部の広場があり、他にも徒歩圏内に観光地があるので大変便利です。 お部屋は大変綺麗で広く、目の前がメイン通りにもかかわらず、夜も大変静かでぐっすり眠れました。コンセントの沢山あります。朝食も美味しかったです。スタッフも親切でした。ヴロツワフ観光にお勧めのホテルです。

部屋は素敵で、小さめでしたがコンパクトでした。 テレビは主にポーランドのチャンネルでしたが、CNNとユーロニュースも視聴できました。 シャワーはあまり良くありませんでした（水圧が弱かったです）。 ロビーに入ってすぐの設備は乏しく、受付に椅子が数脚あるだけで、他にはバーがあるだけでしたが、バーは営業日と時間が限られていました。 部屋の清掃は毎日行われると思っていましたが、リクエストする必要がありました。 紅茶とコーヒーの種類は非常に限られており、基本的なものしかありませんでした。コーヒーメーカーもありませんでした。 クローゼットにはハンガーが少なかったですが、部屋には引き出しや衣類を置く場所は十分にありました。 受付で「特別タクシー」を80ズウォティで予約したのですが、空港到着時にタクシー運転手から130ズウォティを請求されました。 これは明らかにホテルのミスで、少しストレスを感じましたが、最終的には80ズウォティで済みました。 総合的な評価としては、4つ星ではなく3つ星から3.5つ星といったところでしょうか。

Pani w recepcji wieczorem 29 sierpni śliczna i przeurocza. Pani rano 30 sierpnia pomocna ale chyba znużona, pani sprzątająca 30 sierpnia rano (Ukrainka) ładna, ale świadomie lub nie- nieprzyjemnie roszczeniowa. Hostel położony blisko starówki, ale wieczorem otoczenie wydaje się nieprzyjazne. Pokój zaskakująco schludny, łóżko wygodne, towarzystwo kulturalne, łazienka ma wszystko co niezbędn, także szafki pojemne zamykane na klucz (płynu do kąpieli zabrakło pod pryszniceml). Mankamenty do zniesienia, cena przystępna, generalnie polecam.

Hotel jest w naprawdę dobrym miejscu, pokój był ładny. Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu, jedynym minusem było to, że było trochę zimno, nawet po ustawieniu temperatury na najwyższą.
