I had a really nice stay at Hola. The staff was very welcoming , friendly and helpful.The rooms are very elegant , clean and fresh.I cant say enough about the beds , very comfortable and gave me a good night rest.They also provide some water, tea and coffee in the room.The hotel is located close to the centre so i was able to access different points of the city from that point, its at a really convenient location.Their breakfasts was really nutritious and delicious , so many options to choose from.Overall this is a cozy and and comfortable hotel and i would highly recommend to anyone visiting Gdynia!!
Hotel położony jest w świetnym miejscu, blisko bulwaru, możemy spędzić miłe chwile spacerując w pięknym otoczeniu statków i fajnym, morskim klimacie. Dookoła są liczne kawiarnie. Hotel serwuje smaczne śniadania i oferuje nam pyszną kuchnię. Personel hotelowy jest bardzo uprzejmy, miły i pomocny. Od kilku lat to mój nr jeden na liście hoteli w centrum Gdyni.

I've changed travel tickets twice list 30 dollars on it Because they weren't answering I've booked another place for 2 days, claimed free cancelation three times it was rejected by Trip.com and still no answer from Noli so I canceled another stay lost on cancelation 70 Dollars and came to see what the property and people are working there. They have a camera everywhere but noone came to help me to check in even after messaging to Trip.com customer service, was able to reach them only by call after almost one hour of trying to check in. And the code they asking while checking in is different from your booking so think twice before choosing this place. -10
