Easy check in, the place was clean and had great facilities. It was a 5-10min walk away from the Old Town and right next to a tram stop. Would recommend!
Super super good location, direct in the most important street of old town, 1 min by foot to the Neptune’s fountain, other sightseeing places we can also go to there by foot. Very clean and super big room. Very friendly stuff.
Just one thing, there is no swimming pool, no sauna. Spa includes only massage.

Our suite overlooked a canals. The hotel’s Michelin dinner was unforgettable, as was the traditional onsen spa experience.
Service was intuitive, discreet, and truly world-class. Every staff member treated us not as guests, but as honored visitors. This is more than just a luxury hotel—it’s where hospitality becomes art. Worth every yen.
The hotel is very conveniently located, which is definitely a plus. However, there are several issues that prevent it from truly living up to its five-star rating.
At check-in, we were not informed that parking was paid. As a result, after three days of stay, we were required to pay a rather significant amount at check-out, which came as an unpleasant surprise.
The rooms are generally comfortable and well equipped, but in the bathroom there were noticeable uncleaned areas and fingerprints on the faucets, indicating that housekeeping was not done thoroughly.
I would also like to specifically mention the breakfasts, which were a complete disappointment. From a five-star hotel belonging to an international chain, a very different standard is expected. The food was not fresh and appeared dried out (see photos), the selection did not change from day to day, there was almost no pastry, desserts were limited to just two items, and there were no vegetarian options at all, which seems strange for a hotel of this level.
Прекрасное место в самом центре города 😻 ты только выходишь на улицу и уже вокруг красота 🔥 уютный номер с интересными деталями в виде весла на стене и с красивыми светильниками. Удобные кровати и душевая. Есть уголок с чайником, холодильником, микроволновкой, посудой, кофе/чаем. А ещё диван и телевизор) мы безумно довольны свои выбором 🫶

I've changed travel tickets twice list 30 dollars on it Because they weren't answering I've booked another place for 2 days, claimed free cancelation three times it was rejected by Trip.com and still no answer from Noli so I canceled another stay lost on cancelation 70 Dollars and came to see what the property and people are working there. They have a camera everywhere but noone came to help me to check in even after messaging to Trip.com customer service, was able to reach them only by call after almost one hour of trying to check in. And the code they asking while checking in is different from your booking so think twice before choosing this place. -10

MmichgrusekPokój bardzo czysty, łóżka wygodne. Obsługa bardzo miła. Mieliśmy maly problem przy meldunku bo mimo że zrobiliśmy rezerwacje na dwie osoby dorosłe i dziecko, to jednak hotel dostał potwierdzenie naszego noclegu tylko na dwie osoby dorosłe, bez dziecka. Szybko zostało to skorygowane ma recepcji hotelowej i w ciągu 15 minut już mieliśmy pościelona sofę dla dziecka, mega profesjonalne podejście. Śniadania Super, bardzo duży wybór różnych dań, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. No i oczywiście hotel bardzo dobrze umiejscowiony. Blisko do dworca PKP i parku oliwskiego. Polecam. Ja na pewno jeszcze raz skorzystam
