タンザニアキリマンジャロで、朝食のあるホテル

環境やサービスが絶対に一流であっても、特別な飛行機に特に適しており、ピックアップサービスも非常に思いやりがあります。 旅行中に医療サービスが必要でしたし、ホテルは医療機関への連絡も手伝ってくれました。全体のプロセスは私たちの期待を上回りました。

It’s a popular place with foreigners who are going to climb Kilimanjaro or go on a safari trip. You can order food in a restaurant and buy some souvenirs.

這個酒店在機場附近，有免費接送，只是好像聯繫不上接機，酒店也沒主動提供接機服務安排訊息。送機是安排了。淋浴間比較小，花灑在正頭頂，且無手持花灑，調水温十分麻煩，且洗澡將頭也洗濕了，也沒個電吹風。性價比比較低，勝在地理位置，需合晚上到達，第二天一早離開趕飛機的人。

こんなにいいホテルはないと思います。部屋はとても清潔で蚊帳もあります。使用していない部屋は毎日換気されています。屋上で朝食や夜ご飯を食べることができて、おいしかったです。用事がなくても屋上でくつろぐことができて、キリマンジャロが見えるので癒されました。何よりスタッフの方がとても優しかったです。ホテルから安くで、ドドマ行きのバスを手配してくださったり、バス停までのピックアップサービスもありました。 コーヒツアーも35ドルほどで用意してくださり、お弁当と水まで持たせてくれて、村の滝までハイキングしたり、とてもお手頃なツアーでした。 いつも私たちのことを気にかけてくださったり、料金も誠実に提示してくれて、お金目当てじゃないのが分かりました。近くのおいしいレストランを聞いたり、何でも相談できる存在でした。モシに来られた際は、ぜひ利用してみてください。

I had dinner at the hotel and I did not realize that the waitress made a mistake and charged my credit card in US dollars instead of 33.990 TZ shillings. An hour later, the waitress knocked my door and told me about the mistake and that they would reverse the transaction in the morning. It took the hotel 2 days to sort that out with their bank (NMB Bank). I spent about US$500 on international phone calls with my bank in SA so that they undersand the problem and help me solve it. After a long struggle, I got my money back after 25 days. I am writing this to alert tourists who visit Tz. Please look at the credit card machine to ensure that the correct currency is being charged before pressing the buttons. Scrutinize the receipts that you get and keep them until you get home. Regardless of the nerve-racking experience that I had, I would like to thank the Kibo Palace Hotel administration and staff for their honesy (admitting the error) and for the great efforts they put forth to ensure thae reversal of the reve money as they had no experience with this issue before. Everybody at the hotel was sympathetic and very supportive. Every now and then they contacted me to see if I got the money or not. My advice to the hotel is to train their staff especially waitresses/waiters in using payment machines, and even improving their English to avoid such mistakes and hastles. I wish the accountant tooke me with her to the bank so that I know exactly what is going on so that I give solutions or ask my bank for solutions. if I come back to Moshi, I would definitely stay at the Kibo Palce Hotel and enjoy Mt Kilimanjaro views.

If you just look for an accommodation which is closed to the airport, then this is value of money. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer basic facilities.

日本からキリマンジャロ登山の前後泊で利用しました。 1日目、ツアー会社との前日ブリーフィングがあるのですが時間になってもホテルにガイドが来ず、困っていたところ、ホテルのスタッフの方がわざわざツアー会社への問い合わせや話をつけてくれて、本当に助かりました。 登山中の不要な荷物は無料で預かってくれます。 ウェルカムドリンクのフルーツジュースがとても美味しく、シャワーのお湯もすぐ出ますし、ホテル内には虫や蚊もいませんでした。とても綺麗でしたし、朝ごはんや、夜ご飯までご馳走になりました。 また次来る時に利用したいと思います。

The staff was very helpful and accepted all my requests. If I have another chance to come to this country, I would definitely like to stay here again. I also want to recommend this place to my friends.

スタッフは親切で、プールもあり、部屋はコテージ風でリゾートホテルとしては良い感じでした。部屋も清潔で、ベッドには蚊帳が設置されており、蚊の対策も万全です。キリマンジャロ登山やサファリへのアクセスには良いのですが、繁華街には少し遠く、車を利用しなければなりませんでした。
