私たちは最初の部屋をチェックしたところ、ベッドのキルトに2インチの黄色がかった染みがあり、ジャークオフのように見えました。部屋の変更をリクエストしたところ、2番目の部屋で同じ問題が発生していることがわかりました。本当に嫌です！朝食クーポンを差し上げました。朝食サーバーにクーポンを提示したとき、彼は失礼で意地悪でした。後でホテルのビジネスはとても悪いと言われました。

I didn't realize there was no surface lots and I'd have to pay $25/day for parking. I might have missed that in the description so that's not really an issue. We were given a room on the top floor, in practically the farthest corner away from the elevator which was quiet, but far away from the rest of my daughter's teammates who were staying on lower floors. We dropped our stuff and went right to the pool. There were only 4 chairs and no towels left so we had to go searching for them and most of our stuff got wet sitting on the floor so that was frustrating. The signs on each floor say ”ice and vending” but the floors I checked had ice machines only and I had to resort to paying $4.00 for a can of orange soda at the bar for my daughter. The store in the hotel was closed, though I'm not sure if it would've been cheaper. After swimming and hanging out in the spacious lobby, we returned to our room to realize it wasn't very clean but it was time for my daughter to shower and go to bed since she had a gymnastics meet at 7:45 am. I took pictures of the hair tie in the sink, the bug on the bathroom floor, the hair on the vanity and floor, the stains on the bed skirt, etc. Kind of disappointed bc I usually stay at Marriott hotels for work and never have these issues. The coffee shop in the lobby was quick the next morning though which was good since we had to get up so early.

My first night at the hotel was fantastic, setting a positive tone for my stay. The second night brought a few challenges—minimal bathroom ventilation, a louder air conditioner, and some trouble connecting to Wi-Fi. However, the hotel staff were attentive and promptly offered me a new room, which resolved these issues and provided a much smoother experience. I took advantage of the fitness center, though navigating the new treadmills was a bit tricky since they weren’t pre-programmed. While the pool closure was disappointing, the hotel acknowledged my concerns and generously offered me a complimentary dinner with a drink. On the third night, I accidentally left my car keys behind when heading out in the morning. Upon returning, my key card didn’t work, but the staff quickly resolved the issue. Later, I relaxed in my room, appreciating the view despite a minor inconvenience with a broken curtain rod. Once again, the hotel addressed my concerns with care, granting me a complimentary night and a refund as a gesture of goodwill. While the hotel has room for improvement with its facilities, the staff truly stood out with their professionalism, teamwork, and genuine efforts to ensure my comfort. Their dedication turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that left me feeling valued. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

設施：品質不錯，床軟硬適中，床品乾淨整潔，質量可以。 衞生：衞生乾淨，整潔。 環境：房間不隔音，隔壁房間的説話聲，笑聲都能清晰地傳到我們的房間。 離學校校園非常近。但酒店幾乎可以説是處於一個主幹道上，而且離學校的草坪非常近，所以晚上會聽到摩託車聲會聽到音樂聲説話聲唱歌聲。 服務：服務人員都非常友善，尤其是前台工作人員很友好，也非常願意提供幫助。 總體來説，對這個酒店的人，我的印象非常好，酒店的設施酒店的床品的品質印象都不錯。但的確不好，可能是酒店房間朝向的原因

位於哈特福德郊外，沿途領略美國鄉村風光，路邊都是精緻的住宅小樓，草坪修剪得很整齊，非常優美。酒店房間非常寬敞，早餐也很不錯，服務態度都很友善禮貌。木樓結構，隔音稍差一些，上一層的住客腳步力度大一點就能影響到下一層。整體還是很滿意的。提示，早餐豐富，燕麥粥符合國人的胃，bagel 抹牛油很喜歡。

自分で車を持っているので、事前に食べ物や飲み物の日用品を購入すると、とても良いでしょう。家に住みたい気分に適しています。小さなキッチンがあり、バスルームはウェットとドライから分離されています...エアコンの温度は制御可能で、寝具は快適です。ホテルのロビーなどの付属設備はなく、簡単な朝食があります。一般的なアメリカンファミリーブレックファーストに似ています。コーヒー、ミルク、卵、熱いオートミール...つまり、日用品と荷物を購入すると、「家にいる」ように快適に感じることができます。したがって、チェックイン前にターゲットに行きます。近くで読書する子供に適しています。長生きするようになります。覚えておいてください!必ず自分の車を持参してください。

I would travel and stay here but not for the ****** 😭 the area was quiet and friendly service

場所は少し離れていますが、運転している場合に大きな違いはありません。部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、設備は比較的古く、朝食は比較的シンプルで、全体的に良い経験です

Stayed just for night but loved it. We stayed in King room and it was big. The indoor pool was great thing too. Free parking outside the hotel and within hotel grounds was excellent. And just a 10-15 min drive to Mystic and Groton. A great stay for the price.
