I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the property itself was impressive, my experience was a bit mixed. The hotel is very nice, modern, and feels fresh and clean, likely because it’s recently opened. The rooms and facilities were well-maintained, which made for a pleasant stay overall.
However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. During check-in, the reception staff tried to charge me additional fees—around $100—claiming I had only prepaid a portion as credit. This was both unexpected and frustrating, as I had already settled the payment in full prior to arrival. The situation wasn’t handled professionally, which put a damper on an otherwise good experience.
In summary, while the hotel itself is great, the poor customer service and billing issues make me hesitant to recommend it without caution. Hopefully, management can address these concerns to improve the guest experience in the future.

The hotel organised our taxi pick-up from the airport with Pari who was very helpful and courteous.
The hotel check-in went smoothly with delightful staff to assist us and we had a delightful room, spacious and clean and we had a marina view from our balcony.
We had dinner on the terrace just by the waters edge it was lovely and on the way back to St Vincent to catch our flight we will stop there for a couple of hours in the afternoon and have a bite to eat before our flight home.
