オーストリアオーバーエスターライヒ州で、ジムのあるホテル

COOEE alpin Dachsteinに宿泊し、本当に素晴らしい体験をしました！🏔️✨ モダンな快適さとアルプスの居心地の良い雰囲気が完璧に融合したホテルです。お部屋は清潔で明るく、素晴らしい山々の景色を眺めることができました。毎朝、絵葉書のようなひとときを目覚めさせてくれるような気分でした。 スタッフは温かく迎えてくれ、アクティビティや交通手段のアドバイスなど、いつでも親身になって教えてくれました。朝食も本当に美味しく、新鮮でボリュームたっぷりで、観光旅行の前にまさに必要なものでした。 立地的には、ハイキングスポットや自然、そして息を呑むほど美しいオーストリアの景色に簡単にアクセスしたい方に最適です。すべてがシンプルでリラックスでき、ストレスフリーで、まさに山での休暇にふさわしい雰囲気です。 ダッハシュタインを訪れる方には、快適でフレンドリー、そして最高の景色に囲まれたこのホテルを強くお勧めします。🇦🇹🤍🌲

素晴らしいリゾートで、素敵で居心地がよかったです。ただし、デポジットが 300 ユーロあり、ちょっとショックでした。他のホテルでは通常 100 ユーロです。でも、チェックアウトしたら返金されるので心配ありません。全体的には素晴らしく、ここでの滞在は快適でした。

Disappointing stay at this hotel. 1. Thermostat not working within the room were the ambient temperature I guess was around 25 degrees. As front desk to resolve and was advised that none of the thermostats within the hotel worked as it was centrally heated. Advise was to open the window...obviously the front desk rep would not have slept in this room with the window open to the traffic noise. 2. Paid room tax by cash upon arrival and requested receipt for expenses and was advised i would receive this at checkout. So at checkout I was then advised the hotel had emailed the receipt to me and as you can guess I never received. Front desk then advised it was being resent and likewise never received. To the manager...I will ensure a return visit to your hotel in the coming weeks and expect you to refund my 4.50 Euros!

The hotel is a Marriott brand so they have strong attention to customers. Unfortunately I had some issues with the cleanness of the towel and water pressure in the shower and I reported it immediately. I received the full support from management. In particular, Taj from reception went above and beyond to help and make my stay enjoyable, Thank you so much Taj: those subtleties turn what could have remained a bad experience into an enjoyable memory. A big thank you to all the staff! A special thanks goes also to Laura, a young smiling girl in the breakfast service. She prepared delicious omelettes every morning with great care and love :) Thank you so much and wish you all the very best!

My stay was exemplary, characterized by a prime location and outstanding facilities. The room’s cleanliness was maintained to the highest standards, and the culinary offerings were truly world-class. Above all, the staff’s professional service ensured a seamless experience from check-in to departure.

ホテルは市内中心部に位置し、電車の駅からは徒歩10～15分です。中央駅まではライトレールで2駅です。 周辺には多くのスーパーマーケットがあります。 ホテルにはカジノがあり、高齢者の方々がバスでグループでアクティビティに参加しているようです。 部屋の排水口が詰まっていました。フロントに問い合わせたところ、週末は誰もいないので部屋を変えてもらえるとのことでしたが、結局誰も修理に来てくれませんでした。 全体的に見て、市内と湖水地方を結ぶ拠点としてはまずまずの宿泊施設です。 ここから湖水地方の交通拠点であるバート・イシュルまでは電車で2時間弱です。オーストリア・レジャーカードを使えば無料で移動できます。

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The property is clean, and the facilities are of excellent quality. The breakfast was lovely, and I appreciated the availability of refillable drinking water at the pantry. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the train and bus stations, with the old town right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again!

部屋は素晴らしく、とても快適で居心地が良かったです。バスルームは2つあり、冷蔵庫にはたくさんの飲み物が用意されていて、美味しい赤ワインの小瓶もありました！通りの向かいにある小さな公園を見渡せる大きなバルコニーがあり、公園のすぐ隣にはスーパーマーケットがありました！教会や歩行者天国にもとても近く、最高のロケーションでした。

このホテルに2泊3日滞在し、朝食付きプランを選びました。ホテルはとても清潔でモダン、そして快適でした。レストランのスタッフはフレンドリーで丁寧な対応で、朝食の種類も豊富で満足のいくものでした。 しかし、滞在中にいくつか問題がありました。まず、チェックイン当日（午前10時頃）、フロントデスクに朝食をお願いしました（アプリでは朝食は含まれていないと表示されていました）。スタッフは朝食は可能と答えましたが、追加料金や金額については何も教えてくれませんでした。チェックアウトまで朝食代金の支払いを知らされず、非常に不愉快でした。朝食代を支払うことに抵抗はありませんが、誤解を避けるためにも、フロントデスクが事前に料金を明確に説明してくれていれば良かったと思います。 次に、客室清掃サービスには改善の余地がありました。2日目の午前9時、ハウスキーピング担当者がドアをノックし、清掃の準備ができたと伝えてきました。しかし、まだホテル内にいたので、2時間後に戻ってくるように伝え、ドアに清掃中と書かれた札を掛けてもらいました。しかし、その日の夕方、部屋に戻ると全く清掃されておらず、がっかりしました。 ホテルの設備とレストランのサービスは全体的に満足のいくものでしたが、フロントデスクのコミュニケーションとハウスキーピングの手順は改善の余地があります。これらの問題が改善され、より快適な滞在を提供できるよう願っています。

Freundlicher Empfang, alles sehr sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage, nur einen Steinwurf zu Fuß zum Zentrum. Genügend Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage, allerdings gegen Aufpreis. Exorbitantes Frühstück, es fehlte an nichts. Vielseitig und ausreichend!
