素敵なホテルです。必要なものはすべてそこにあります。周りの良い街の部分。しかし、悪魔は細部に隠されていました。 1) チェックインすると、洗面台のシャンプーホルダーに、あごひげを刈った髪の毛が見つかりました(私は叫びながら、私のパートナーがちょうどそれを洗い流したサークルを走り回っていました)。 2) 棚やテレビに何世紀もかけて積もったほこり。 3) 2024年3月01日の時計はまだ1時間前に設定されています。午後8時40分に、私は着替えて午後9時までに会議に出かけます。後で1.20分になることが判明しました。答え:技術者は今日ホテルにいません、私たちは彼に知らせます。2024 年 3 月 4 日、出発時刻に時計が間違った時刻を示しています。 「それでは 生きていけ」と思いました 3)部屋は暑いです、それは本当に暑いです。私たちはドイツ人なので、夜に+17度で寝ていました(お金のエネルギーと健康を節約します)。また、私のパートナーは熱をまったく容認しません(また、年齢の変化がある場合、または他の何か...それは恐怖になる可能性があります).ホテルの答え:「冬です。エアコンは暖房のみに機能します」。これは、1日半「冷やす」後に明らかになります(ただし、ホテルの説明にはエアコン付きの138室があります!?)。 4) 冷却するファンを用意しました。 5)私はシーツが50%、枕が52%の合成であることを発見しました((現時点では、私は彼らがなぜ眠りに落ちるのに汗をかいて暑いのか理解しています。 このホテルは私の評価で5分の3を受け取りました。 追記:メガネは完全に洗われていませんでした(ただのガスパチョで、油絵具や紅茶ではありません) トイレットペーパーホルダーは、トイレに座るたびにお尻で叩き、座ると胸に横になるように配置されています。

これまでの滞在はとても良かったのですが、今回の滞在は最悪でした。いつものように大きなベッドが1つある部屋を予約し、仕事で疲れた一日を終え、スーツケースを開け、シャワーを浴び、夕食を済ませた後、パジャマ姿で寝ようとしたところ、予約時に部屋の説明に記載されていたはずの大きなベッドが、実際には小さなマットレス2つをくっつけたものだったことに気づいて驚きました。信じられないほど寝心地が悪く、マットレスが真ん中で裂けてしまうので、非常に不快でした。予約時に表示されていたサイズのベッドがないのであれば、事前に知らせるべきでした。これは虚偽広告です。非常にがっかりしました。3日後に部屋を出る際、フロントにこの状況がおかしいと伝えましたが、何の釈明もありませんでした。

喧騒から離れて静かに過ごしたいなら、この場所はぴったりかもしれません。ただし、目立った観光スポットから少し離れていることを気にしない方であれば、という条件付きです。とはいえ、完全に孤立しているわけではありません。ホテルのすぐ外にバス停があり、約15分から30分間隔でバスが運行しているので、移動はそれほど大変ではありません。 静かで落ち着いた雰囲気で、ホテル内には素敵なバーがあり、タパスの種類も豊富で、夜のひとときを楽しく過ごせました。しかし、滞在中にいくつか残念な点もありました。部屋のテレビが全く映らなかったのです。リモコンの電池切れなのか、もっと深刻な問題なのかは分かりませんが、電源が入らず、とても残念でした。 朝食はきちんとしていて、エネルギー補給にはなりましたが、数日経つと少し単調に感じました。特にペストリーは少し期待外れで、パサパサしていて新鮮さに欠けていました。 全体的に見て、静けさを重視し、多少の孤立感に耐えられるなら良い場所です。交通の便も良く、リラックスできる拠点となりますが、改善の余地がある点もいくつかあります。徒歩約10分のところにコンビニエンスストアと食事のできるバーがあり、子供向けの遊び場は主に住宅街にあります。

Équipe accueillante avec une attention particulière pour notre venue avec notre petit garçon de 2 ans. Petit déjeuner très complet, avec un personnel sympathique. Petit bémol pour nous, il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre, nous n'avons pas su régler l'éventuelle ventilation. Nous recommandons tout de même cet hôtel.

**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”** Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room. At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed. However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded. I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day. Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better. The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room. While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests. In the end, we ended up paying the €25. **Beware of the 'Upgrade.'”**

映画祭期間中だったので、ホテルの宿泊客なのかと何十回も聞かれました。私は祭りの客としてではなく、ただの客としてそこにいたので、彼らの邪魔をしたという印象がありました。それとも頭が彼らに戻るべきではなかったのですか... このフェスティバルのせいでホテルに通常の2倍のお金を払って、常に監視されている侵入者であるという印象を持ったら...ホテルはそう言われたように感じますこの機会に「単純な」顧客に対してのみドアを閉める必要がありました。

敷地内駐車場は1日22ユーロです。グッゲンハイム美術館や市内中心部まで徒歩40分と、市内から出るのに最適です。ただし、夜に住宅街を歩いて戻るのは少し大変です。2階にあるため、階段がたくさんあります。街の景色を眺めながら楽しめる、種類豊富で素晴らしい朝食です。ベッドも快適です。

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

Whilst the facilities of the room are good the communication is absolutely woeful. We tried for 3 days to contact the property after they sent the pre-registration email through ALL of their channels - email, Whatsapp and phone call with not one response. It came to the day of arrival and with no response we had to try via Trip.com and finally got to live chat with a person who then followed up with the hotel. Needless stress for us that could have been avoided with a simple reply. Whilst we had an enjoyable stay the public areas are very dark (the walls and ceiling are painted a very dark grey) and similarly in the bathroom of the room - seemed a very odd colour choice. Also, we could smell what others were cooking in their rooms. Finally, (not the hotels fault) but we had noisy neighbours in the room above and as the floors are timber we could here them (or their kids) making noise til 1 am. Overall, disappointed.
