A great hotel to your stay in Donosti. The place is really modern and I love the style (simplicity and beauty at the same time). Everyone in the staff was really nice, and the breakfast has a lot of variety (I really appreciate the healthy choices). The bedroom was simple but very clean and quite big. I will come back again, no doubt

サンセバスティアンでの素晴らしい滞在。古いビクトリア様式のヴィラをブティックホテルとして改装しました。コンセプトも部屋も最高です。清掃スタッフは丁寧で、スタッフ全員が素晴らしく親切でした。ホテルではあまり時間を過ごしませんでしたが、街自体が素晴らしいので、滞在する必要はありませんでした。

Gran hotel tanto por su ubicación como por sus servicios. El personal de la recepción super agradable y el personal de limpieza igualmente. El desayuno buffet muy variado con unos productos locales de calidad. Repetiremos seguro en nuestra próxima visita a Durango.

A boutique hotel close to the Dona Katalina Zubia. There are two entrances to the hotel, the main one facing the road and the other entrance facing the Urumea River. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is quite clean and everything is within 15mins walk. The amenities are limited, but there is a 24 hour reception and bar downstairs, a nice roof top sunbathing area and a gym. Please double check the other amenities listing when booking, as I don't recall seeing the Public Bath, Foot Bath and Clothes Dryer as advertise. I would also suggest to check the batteries of the remotes before someone check ins, as I had to request it to be changed and it wasn't available until the next day, more compliment bottles of water and dental kits (given there was 3 of us and only 2 bottles and 1 kit). Overall though, I enjoyed the stay and would come back again.

今年のセマナ・グランデは本当に素晴らしい時間でした。アクセルホテルは私たちにとって最高のロケーションでした。川沿いにあり、ドリンクや食事を楽しめる最高の場所のすぐ隣にあります。屋上プールは花火鑑賞にも最高の場所です！スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーでした。滞在中はハウスキーピングは必要なかったのですが、毎日部屋の掃除やタオルや必需品の交換を申し出てくれました。本当に素晴らしい経験でした。また必ず戻ってきます！

Personal MUY amable. Buenas instalaciones y limpias. Desayuno bastante bueno. Cama y almohadas cómodas, sin mas. La ubicación, buena, pero necesitas coche o bien el bus, para enfrente del hotel, no se con que frecuencia. Relación calidad precio muy buena.

立地は悪くなく、海から少し入ったところにあります。共用スペースは少し狭く、入り口を入るとすぐにフロントです。朝食は、シンプルなスクランブルエッグや目玉焼きに野菜を添えたものが注文でき、これは良い点でした。結局のところ、どんなにシンプルでも作りたての方が、見た目だけ豪華で質の低いビュッフェよりはるかにマシです。ただ、朝食のカウンターに汚れたお皿がいくつかあったのは、非常に残念でした。

ゲゲスト素敵なホテルです。必要なものはすべてそこにあります。周りの良い街の部分。しかし、悪魔は細部に隠されていました。
1) チェックインすると、洗面台のシャンプーホルダーに、あごひげを刈った髪の毛が見つかりました(私は叫びながら、私のパートナーがちょうどそれを洗い流したサークルを走り回っていました)。
2) 棚やテレビに何世紀もかけて積もったほこり。
3) 2024年3月01日の時計はまだ1時間前に設定されています。午後8時40分に、私は着替えて午後9時までに会議に出かけます。後で1.20分になることが判明しました。答え:技術者は今日ホテルにいません、私たちは彼に知らせます。2024 年 3 月 4 日、出発時刻に時計が間違った時刻を示しています。
「それでは 生きていけ」と思いました
3)部屋は暑いです、それは本当に暑いです。私たちはドイツ人なので、夜に+17度で寝ていました(お金のエネルギーと健康を節約します)。また、私のパートナーは熱をまったく容認しません(また、年齢の変化がある場合、または他の何か...それは恐怖になる可能性があります).ホテルの答え:「冬です。エアコンは暖房のみに機能します」。これは、1日半「冷やす」後に明らかになります(ただし、ホテルの説明にはエアコン付きの138室があります!?)。
4) 冷却するファンを用意しました。
5)私はシーツが50%、枕が52%の合成であることを発見しました((現時点では、私は彼らがなぜ眠りに落ちるのに汗をかいて暑いのか理解しています。
このホテルは私の評価で5分の3を受け取りました。
追記:メガネは完全に洗われていませんでした(ただのガスパチョで、油絵具や紅茶ではありません)
トイレットペーパーホルダーは、トイレに座るたびにお尻で叩き、座ると胸に横になるように配置されています。

とても良い
ゲゲストヌマッドスタジオは、実際には長期滞在者や学生向けで、ホテルのような雰囲気ではありませんでした。人によってはそれが気に入るかもしれません。
短期滞在（3泊）として滞在したのですが、ホテルの宿泊客のような対応を期待していました。部屋には水のボトルが1本、タオルは複数枚、タオルを掛けるフックもちゃんとある、といった具合です。
残念ながら、部屋の周りには足場が組まれていて、私の窓の高さで作業員がバンバンと音を立てていました。工事の影響について最初にアンケートに回答したところ、翌日の午前8時に工事の音で目が覚めました。これはチェックアウト日のことでした。
出発時にフロントに連絡したところ、滞在に満足したかどうかを確認するために、もっと早く連絡してほしいと言われました。
親切な心遣いではありましたが、最初の連絡は長いハイキングの後（フィードバックはすぐに電子的に提供されました）、出発日の朝2日目でした。当時は、彼女にできることはあまりなかったと思います。しかし、工事現場の場所、特に部屋の窓付近で作業員が作業を行う場合は、事前に把握しておくべきだと感じました。
市内へのアクセスは良好ですが、病院や技術系のオフィス、教育機関などがある郊外のエリアです。
部屋はとても清潔で交通の便も良かったのですが、雰囲気が欠けていました。仕事や勉強でこの地域に来るならここに泊まることをお勧めしますが、そうでない場合は市内に近いホテルの方が良いでしょう。
また、予約した部屋は空いておらず、代わりに広いスタジオルームではなく、実質的に2部屋が隣接した部屋が提供されました。これは良い代替案でしたが、足場が設置されていた場所だったので残念でした。

MMuedraインテリアデザインがとても良く、部屋はとても快適です。私の部屋にはヘアドライヤーはありませんでしたが、フロントで借りることができます。
コーヒー（約3ユーロ）は美味しいですが、ジントニックは9ユーロ（非常に高価）です。

BbaraoGuild**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”**
Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room.
At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed.
However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded.
I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day.
Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better.
The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room.
While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests.
In the end, we ended up paying the €25.

ゲゲストLa estancia fue agradable en general. Las habitaciones son bastante sencillas y el aislamiento acústico podría mejorar, ya que se escucha con claridad lo que ocurre en las habitaciones contiguas. Una de las noches, por ejemplo, llegamos a oír claramente la conversación del señor de la habitación de al lado.
En cuanto a la habitación, no destaca especialmente por nada en particular. Algo que llama la atención al entrar es el olor, que es bastante perceptible al principio, aunque uno termina acostumbrándose. Sospecho que proviene de las cortinas.
El hotel está bien ubicado, en una zona muy tranquila. Eso sí, si planeas moverte a pie, ten en cuenta que el regreso puede ser algo exigente por las cuestas. La gran ventaja de su localización es el fácil acceso desde cualquier punto sin necesidad de atravesar el centro de la ciudad, ya que está muy bien conectado con autopistas y carreteras principales.
El desayuno merece una mención especial: muy completo, con gran variedad y productos de calidad.

HHosanChoose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city.
What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage.
The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers.
We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom.
The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

- アイテムごとの注文は、少なくとも私たちが行ったランチタイムには利用できません。デザートを含む1人あたり2アイテムを注文する必要がありました
- 場所はサンセバスティアンの繁華街からは少し離れていますが、タクシーなら夜でも12～13ユーロしかかからず、バス停までは1分以内なので途中のバスも簡単です。
全体として、タクシーやバスを使って気楽に移動し、静かなエリアで寝るのが好きな人には、このホテルを強くお勧めします。

ゲゲスト部屋は広くて清潔で、旧市街からは徒歩わずか10分です。主な点は、フロントデスクのスタッフが英語を話すことができるため、荷物を無料で保管できることです。ヘルプ用に印刷されます。以前泊まったくだらないAirbnbとは大きく異なり、なぜここ数日間もっとお金を出してここに泊まらなかったのかと後悔しました。また、ホテルはシェルビーチに非常に近く、近くには多くのレストランがあります。
