ホテルは優れた設備と絶好のロケーション、寺院の谷へのプライベートエントランスを誇っています。ただし、サービス部門には改善の余地があります。一貫した5つ星の経験を提供するには足りません。スタッフは顧客指向を強化し、ゲストへの選択的な注意を避けることができます。

カターニア空港から、バスで向かいました。到着が夜だったのでバス停からも近そうなこのホテルにしました。バス停からは6分くらいです。街中にも5分程度で行けるので、ロケーションは最高です。 部屋からは海が見えます。設備はクラシックですが、暖房も効いていて、お湯も問題なく出ました。朝食も充実しています。 また良きシーズンに戻って来たいホテルです。

Torniamo almeno 1 volta all'anno, sempre soddisfatti. Lo consigliamo a tutti, sia in coppia che con i bambini. Quest'anno siamo riusciti a prenotare durante la festa della fragola, imperdibile

Mercure hotel although out of Ortigia out town enjoys a very nice location next to the archeological site and next to regional bus stops that take you to cities like Noto. The pool on the rooftop is clean and well maintained and the reception is nice and welcoming. The rooms are cool with floor to ceiling window bays and the breakfast on the rooftop is heavenly especially with the fresh ricotta and cannelloni. This is for me the must be in hotel when in Siracusa.

Struttura bellissima, personale sempre molto gentile e cortese i ragazzi della sala sono fantastici sempre con il sorriso e pronti a soddisfare le richieste. La cucina è DIVINA non ci sono parole per descrivere la qualità dei piatti. Le camere bellissime, ampie ma soprattutto molto luminose e pulite.

非常に完璧なホテル、場所はとても良いです、寺院の谷に非常に近く、ホテルには寺院の谷を遠くに見ることができる美しい庭園があり、隣に2つのスーパーマーケットがあり、トルコの階段まで車で18分です。

It was very nice and the decoration and Furniture was very antique and nice. The rooms were nice and had clean sheets and Two TV’s. The bathroom as well was very clean and nice although there was no toothbrush holder. Besides the rooms the Hotel had amazing breakfast service and very clean nice courtyards and a Poll and Scuba diving, They also have a Spa and restaurant. An Overall amazing Hotel, The only downside was the location being far from the City but with horrible Traffic inside the city it was nice to be a little bit away from the city center.

Ottima struttura nelle madonie! Rilassante il percorso spa. Camera spaziosa e confortevole; colazione varia e abbondante! Torneremo!
