最高のロケーション。30 分間隔で運行する無料シャトルで空港まで 10 分。受付からポーター、シャトルの運転手まで、フレンドリーなスタッフ。ホテルは美しく、豪華で素敵な装飾が施されています。ベッドは大きく、贅沢な寝心地です。マットレスと枕は完璧です。バスルームはとても広く、シャワーとバスタブがあり、バスアメニティも素敵です。また必ず泊まりたいです。

I was genuinely impressed. The professionalism of the staff was outstanding, they were welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive throughout my visit. Everything was well organized, modern and up to date, reflecting a business that values excellence and quality. There was a clear commitment to safety, with well maintained premises.

I had the best time just relaxing at the hotel . The staff were very friendly and because it was my birthday they upgraded my room and gave me free breakfast . I had an amazing time and I can’t wait to go back . Room services was also really great and the views were amazing .

This is a great hotel , in a good location. The check in was smooth, room service is a bit slow though. House keeping is excellent, I like them so much . The facility is great but I didn’t like the pool area , is always packed with so many people. Some of them weren’t even guest at the hotel . Which make it a bit unsafe to leave your belonging just lying around. I mean you have to pack up everything every time you go to the loo. The pool area had no space to sit and chill on especially in the afternoon. The bar takes a bit long to prepare drinks . The waitress/waiter were amazing. I just didn’t like the check out time . 10 am it’s too early and they weren’t keen on extending with just one hour . I don’t think I’ll book again . Safety issues. If other people didn’t have that much access to the hotel I wouldn’t mind staying there again.

ミント ホテル 84 は、清潔で快適な客室とフレンドリーなサービス スタッフを備え、基本的な機能を備えています。私の部屋はクイーンベッドのあるスタンダードダブルで、デスク、コーヒーメーカー、シャワーの水圧も十分で、必要なものがすべて揃っていました。ベッドはかなり快適で、部屋は毎日すぐに掃除されていました。 ダイニングエリアでの朝食には、シリアル、トースト、フルーツ、ペストリー、*など、さまざまなオプションがありました。食べ物は平均的な品質と新鮮さで、特別なものはありませんでしたが、一日を始めるのに十分でした。 フロントデスクとコンシェルジュのサービススタッフは感じが良く、親切で、質問があるたびにテキパキと対応してくれました。彼らはその地域のレストランや観光スポットの推奨事項を提供しました。 ホテルには屋外プールとフィットネスセンターがありますが、滞在中はフィットネスセンターを利用しませんでした。廊下や公共エリアはよく手入れされており、清潔でした。 全体として、ミント ホテル 84 は、キャサリンの探索に便利なロケーションにある、質の高い飾り気のない宿泊施設を提供しています。品質の割に価格も手頃なので、標準的なビジネス旅行やレジャー旅行に最適です。

最近、ホリデイ イン ヨハネスブルグ エアポートに宿泊する機会がありましたが、とても良い経験でした。このホテルの目立った特徴の 1 つは、シャトル サービスです。非常に便利で、空港への往復に手間がかからず、旅行者にとって大きなプラスになります。 ホテルのスタッフは特筆に値します。彼らはプロフェッショナルであるだけでなく、非常に親切でフレンドリーでした。荷物の手伝いでも、一般的な問い合わせでも、いつでも笑顔で対応してくれました。 もう 1 つのハイライトは、ビュッフェ式朝食です。さまざまなオプションがあり、どれも美味しく、よく調理されています。新鮮なフルーツやペストリーから温かい料理まで、食事の質は素晴らしく、1 日の始まりに最高のものでした。 全体的に、ホリデイ イン ヨハネスブルグ エアポートでの滞在は素晴らしいものでした。便利なロケーション、優れたサービス、ビュッフェ式朝食などの素晴らしいアメニティが組み合わさったこのホテルは、ヨハネスブルグを訪れるすべての人に絶対にお勧めします。ビジネスでもレジャーでも、このホテルは快適で心配のない滞在に最適です。

Stayed for two days at the Hyatt house . It’s a quiet, hidden gem with great food and a relaxing atmosphere. The only downside was the limited TV options — just DStv, no streaming services.

After a long day I was getting ready to have a hot bubble bath only to find out that there was no hot water. The maintenance staff came to check and casually told me to wait 40 minutes for the water to heat up. It was so late and I was so tired. We ended up having to move to a different room with hot water, only to find out later that night that there were monkeys on the roof making so much noise throughout the night and there was very loud music going into the night from a neighboring property. Safe to say we didn't get much sleep. Not to mention the food we ordered from the restaurant was horrible, the fish was not fresh and the chips were undercooked. The salad was also terrible. We didn't even bother to stay for breakfast after it had taken more than an hour to get someone to fix the broken hair dryer and deliver my pillow which I had left in the previous room. The staff clearly do not care. Our spa treatments were also not that great. I'm quite disappointed as I've heard such good things about this place and I won't be returning. The location is great but for the price I don't think its worth it.

The workers were so kind and friendly. I appreciate the care they gave to me as a customer. I would recommend to a solo traveler for sure.
