Visiting Yading nature reserve is a once in a lifetime experience and staying in the village itself was a must for me. This hotel must have one of the best views in Yading village. It's situated right at the top of the village. The location is convenient right next to bus stop 1. The front desk staff member Simone is very responsive and will try her best to help with anything you need. There is a lot of options for breakfast and the food tastes great. The rooms are really bright and comfortable. The shower is great and the hot water comes quickly. They provide tea for free and 2 bottles of drinking water. Above all I think the price of the room is really great value.

素晴らしいホテルです。稲城亜丁の観光スタート地点まで行くバス停の目の前にあるホテルです。 暖房もあり、付属のお茶もとてもおいしかったです。シャワーやトイレも別で、シャワーの水圧は素晴らしかったですし、とても清潔です。 冬の間でもホテルがとても暖かいので、ぐっすり眠れました。周辺にレストランはないので、ホテルで夜ご飯と朝ご飯をいただきましたが、本当においしかったです。 受付の方も優しくて、観光の間荷物を預かっていただきました。このホテルに泊まったことで、稲城亜丁の保護景区内を2日間ハイキングすることができ、最高の思い出になりました。稲城亜丁に来た際は、ぜひ利用してみてください。ありがとうございました。

First of all I would like to thank the 2 young women on daytime reception for their help, particularly in translating- I speak neither Chinese nor *******. When I stayed, this hotel had huge clientele, - even though the National Holidays were over- many coaches and minibuses. With so many people there for one reason - walking in the Yading National Park - breakfast had a base-camp feel, as people rushed to get to the mountain or the airport. The situation of the hotel is good just outside Shangri-la Town (and right next door to the hospital) It is convenient to get to the scenic area whilst staying at a relatively low height...altitude sickness being a risk at these heights. The room was cosy and warm.

酒店硬件設施中規中矩不出彩，但前台小姐姐服務非常好，服務體驗堪比麗晶和六善。ihg會員專屬櫃枱正常開設，不像有的酒店會員櫃枱無人值守，形同虛設。check-in的時候剛好有個旅行團也在辦理，高卡會員免排長隊優先辦理入住的感受着實很好，這點表揚。前台小姐姐在入住期間耐心講授高反注意事項和稻城亞丁景區遊玩攻略，非常熱情耐心，好評！另外房卡很有特色，是藏族服飾的一男一女兩張人形卡片，得到前台允許後帶走收藏了～

Very friendly and helpful staff. They collected me from the bus station as no Didi was available. They also helped to organise my onward travel. The room was very nice. A great place for relaxing but not great as a solo traveller. They had no food suitable for one person and brought a vast amount of bread that mostly had to go to waste. Breakfast was very disappointing as there was no buffet and what arrived was presented very nicely but not great. It was also ironic that for the location of the hotel for the dark skies there was so much light pollution from the walkway outside which didn't switch off until 3am and from various lights in the room that are glowing even without electric current.

The best hotel we stayed in! Room was spacious and clean, great bathrobes and towels, heated floors, very comfortable bed, the bathtub was wonderful, smart toilet and a nice view. Staff were nice. Only thing to mention- when we first checked in we were shown a different room than the one I booked (no bathtub, no view and also much smaller). When I asked why the room is different than the picture, staff claimed this is an upgraded room (I honestly couldn’t see anything better and “upgraded” in the new room), we asked to have the original room we booked and they didn’t have an issue with this.
