私はここで素晴らしい滞在をし、間違いなく戻ってきます。急な価格タグなしでハイエンドの体験をお探しの場合は、ここが最適な場所です。マリオットホテルのすぐ隣にあり、レイアウトも非常に似ています。非常に比較可能な部屋の設定を取得していますが、はるかに手頃な価格です. 部屋はきれいだった。部屋は驚くほど広としていて、窮屈に感じずにリラックスして働くのに十分な部屋を提供しました。

Loved that it was walking distance to the outstanding ShunFeng park, and also a few local cafes and eateries. The neighbourhood was chill. Didi easily gets you to other areas in Shunde. Room was good, except you need to take care to prevent water leaking out the door when showering. Enjoyed the complimentary tea (one time) and daily breakfasts in the in-house cafe. Their soy milk was sublime. I did feel that the receptionist/housekeeper provided better service to mainland Chinese (tone of speech, offering tea etc), or perhaps it's to customers who booked better rooms?? She thought our booking didn't include breakfast when it did. When we departed she didn't proactively offer a gift until nudged by visiting management. Otherwise she was still friendly and helpful in other ways, so idk. Minor gripes. Overall recommended, but might give an accommodation near a metro stop a try next time in Shunde instead.

I booked a last minute stay with Sheraton Shunde Hotel as my plan returning to GZ delayed. I find the location is not ideal as firstly it is right in the middle of no where, and there is no convenience stores any near to it. The nearest store is about 400m away which you have to walk past a park that is really dark and feel unsafe at night. Recommending the hotel to have convenience store vendors so that it will be more accessible for guests. Secondly, the air-conditioning in the room is terrible. Despite setting it to the lowest, the room temperature remains at the same and warm throughout the night. As its only a night and we are too tired, we didn't make any feedback directly on it. However I will have to compliment on their service staffs especially Mr. Tyler Hou who assisted me on my request and even helped me to place order on his ** app. The other staffs are also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciate their helpfulness and excellent service rendered. Keep it up! And do take thr River View room as it comes with a small balcony with splendid view! Loving this as a plus point.

初日は1時にチェックインしたので、とりあえず部屋が空いたので電話番号を残し、2時半までに昼食をとりに行きました。 、まだ空きがありませんでした。3時45分までに電話番号を残しましたが、再び電話の通知はありませんでした。電話番号を残してもどうすればいいのかわかりません。ホテルは禁煙ではないのですが、なぜそんなに臭いのですか？と言われました。着替える余地がなかったので、空気清浄機と煙除去処理が手配されました。夜に部屋に戻ったとき、臭いはまだ残っていましたが、朝食後もすべてがスムーズではありませんでした。もう一度フロントに電話すると、部屋を変更できると言われ、アップグレードされたバルコニーツインルーム1522に案内されました。1月にホテルに滞在したので、この手配は非常に便利です。千登湖、保利ショッピングモール、登湖西街が近くにあり便利です。

Absolutely amazing stay. The room is very clean and spacious. The location was also great as it has many shops and restaurants nearby. The woman at the front desk was very sweet and available for any questions and suggestions for local spots. Too bad I didn’t stay for more nights

Friendly staff, clean house and the whole area. Good service. Not enough European breakfast.

這是我入住的最差四星房間… 怪不得便宜 朋友們，兩百多的房間、還不如去快捷了。很少給差評，這家我得説説。 1.廁所門打開是這樣的，向外打開就佔過道了 2.隔音效果極其差，隔壁交談晚上異常清晰，碰上夜貓子鄰居，徹夜難眠。 服務、地理位置都不錯的、但是這兩百多的房間，屬實讓我開眼了，再一次印證優秀傳統文化，便宜沒好貨。 他們也有好房間，但很可惜，絕不是這兩百多的房。這兩百多的房太丟酒店面子。要麼不做、要麼做好。四星何以淪落至此、終是明白了。

It was okay. Price was still cheap, even during the holiday. First thing, if you want to find a reception of the hotel, you go to the given location, then look at the building to your right with the KFC and on the second floor, you can find the office / reception. You can climb up the stairs from behind the building. The stairs from the pedestrian street, not from the road. Then they will give you the location and the code of your room. The apartments are in the nearby buildings, 10 minutes walk from the reception. So the location of the hotel given here on trip.com is just the reception, the apartments are not exactly on the lake. Apartment was really nice, everything was clean. The bathroom is huge, it has a nice big shower. Beds were wide and soft. Balcony is also nice. You will have a problem if you are a light sleeper, since the main door of the apartment is not thick. There is a 1cm gap between the floor and the door, also on the sides. So all the noise in the hall is literally in your room. During this holiday a lot of families with kids were staying in the same building, so noises and cooking smells were all around. But I must say, inside the room everything was tidy and good.

A comfortable apartment in a pleasant area. It's not too busy, not too quiet in this area. There's a food market nearby and several bars within walking distance. For anyone who enjoys a night out, I would recommend checking ******* for offers and visiting Mengtian Livehouse nearby, but there are other places too.

Nice apartment type room, there is everything you need for a short stay. It was the only affordable option that has space. They take deposit before check in, when you checkout and and they check the room they return the deposit on time. Thanks for the service
